The care givers have been so kind and helpful. My father in law has improved greatly. He has gained 10 pounds and his spirit has been built back up by the care of Nurse [name removed] and [name removed] that helps with his house care. Been a easy on the families mind having them come.

There were only 2 home visits. Both times were good. The 2nd person left 40 minutes early instead of staying 2 hours, and didn't clean our relative's toilet as we had hoped, but we didn't mention it to the company. Also, the 2nd person was "terrified" of dogs, but the company knew we have dogs. It worked out okay though. Overall, it was a good experience for us.

Truly appreciate the flexibility of the caregivers to change duties each visit depending on my mother's needs. Every caregiver who has assisted my mother is also very friendly and good company, an extra plus for an older person living alone.

Only one no show and the schedule person found a replacement quickly. Scheduler has made numerous adjustments as my wife's needs changed. They've been great

We use Griswold only for a companion for my husband with Alzheimer's, and they provided a very nice young man. He's been reliable and very pleasant. I haven't had any reason to be in touch with the company as the companion continues to show up.

They have always been prompt and professional. They have been kind and patient working with my husband and he really likes them. They have worked well with my long term care insurance. We love them and so grateful for their help!

Always helpful in working out time and dates everyone is friendly and knows what and how to do whatever is requested friendly and knowledgeable about illnesrses and injuries office workers do well getting someone to help and set the dates requested. I really like using this company

Cornerstone and their staff take care of my grandmother like she is part of their own family. I have not made one request that was not adhere to. [name removed] is my Grandmother's care giver and she is the best! My grandmother trust her and loves her! She looks forward to her coming daily.

Utilized the services for a short time, as.i was hospitalized. They sent a very cordial and reliable young woman. She performed the tasks assigned with minimal need for training or reminders. I highly recommend this company, as the supervisor was readily available for any need for substitution or change in schedule.

We found this company after reading many website reviews! gave them a hit, and the owner called back right away! very pleasant and agreed to meet with us the next day! she came introduced herself and briefly evaluated our situation for level of care needed! we then reviewed service rate, ins, etc! we excepted her service and the care plan has exceeded itself! my sister is sooo happy and pleased with the staff! communication is on point and we love the newsletter which keeps us informed! yes come join this family! they care and want your love one to get better, stay happy and safe! be blessed

l have used Arose Services for about six months. [name removed] owns the company and works for me. She is a fantastic employee. She is always on time. She has about thirty years of experience in health care. She is very knowledgeable and helps me a lot with my husband’s dementia care.

They were amazing and every single person was so caring and responsive! Punctuality. Communication is above and beyond always let us know any changes or info they thought was important. They genuinely care for their patients

My caregiver was extremely helpful and worked above and beyond to help my invalid mother and myself. Everything went very well and was a tremendous help. The two young women I dealt with were both very pleasant and dependable.

We found the representative with Cornerstone a pleasant person to work with and easy to communicate with. She is dependable, accessible, and open--no beating around the bush. She is not pushy; lets you make your own decisions.

Our dad has refused to move off the farm but is in need of help remembering to drink and eat to keep him out of the ER. It has taken a few different caregivers to find the best fit but we got a great person now. I know it has been more difficult to find someone to drive out to the country for 4 hours a day to be worth their time and wear on their car. Cornerstone has been a blessing. Just knowing someone is checking on him daily and providing some stimulation by driving around in he country with him and interacting with him. They have alerted us if they feel he needs medical attention. It eases our guilt and worries not being able to be there ourselves. I truly appreciate their service. Thank you!

I was put in a position of finding immediate care for my family member and Home Helpers of Mentor worked through the weekend to make sure things were handled. They were compassionate and responsive.

Visiting Angels has been very helpful to fill care giver support at home to my father on short notice. They use a checklist system to ensure support items are completed if the visiting angel rotates to new staff. All staff have been professional.

When Houck's Family Services say they are driven by compassion, they truly mean it! On their 2nd day with my Mom, [name removed] recognized that my Mom was in bad shape and called the ambulance. Houck's stayed in contact with me and checked on Mom's progress during my Mom's hospital and rehabilitation stays. They were compassionate and empathetic throughout her over 2 month stay in different facilities! They came highly recommended by a Place for Mom. Every step of the process was met with compassion and flexibility. They really make it customizable to meet your needs! When Mom finally came out of the. Multiple hospital stays, nursing home stays, and the stay at the rehabilitation hospital, Houck's made themselves available to be there for Mom again!!! They are still with Mom and I can not thank them enough!
