At 100 years old my father needs a great deal of TLC which he joyfully receives from [name removed], [name removed],[name removed] and a host of others over the years. This includes [name removed] who also assists with our needs. If it weren't for this team of dedicated individuals we would not be able to keep our father in his cherished home.

I find this company to have very dependable people working for them. They are very professional and personable. I feel the company and its employees are trustworthy and their fees are reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

I would give each of them a 5; since my husbands care is intermittent it is expensive but I understand why this is the case. I looked into several agencies and had two come to the house. Both my husband and I were most comfortable with Eucalyptus. When the home visit was made both the doctor and administrator came to the house (they started the business). They spent two hours here, viewing the set up and speaking directly to [name removed] which made him feel seen. They spent time finding his interests and preferences so they could match him with the best caregiver. They asked questions which I had never thought of and I felt far less anxious about leaving for the week. The lady who they sent came before the week I left to meet with us and talked with [name removed]. She arrived promptly on the morning I was to leave and gave me her card in case I wanted to call her. On my return I asked [name removed] how he felt about the week and he was very content and would feel comfortable using her again. She took time to ask him if he needed anything several times a day and was very attentive.

They actually come to your house, not a facility that I was aware of. I really liked the owner and how much she cared

I absolutely love the care that my grandfather receive . The company is very professional . It’s always very clear about his care plan and what was done . He is always happy when his caretaker is gone and telling me how much he enjoyed them and enjoyed them being there

Staff is caring and responsive to my dad's needs and demonstrates compassion and patience. Administrative staff communicates well with family and responds to issues or concerns that require additional help, such as transportation and assistance with doctors appointments.

This agency is the best. We have used many agencies over the years my mother has needed home care and they have been the most reliable and their caregivers have all been people who have become like family to us. I can't recommend Silver Linings enough.

They really would prefer a contract for a minimum of 20 hours per week. We were using less than that and felt pressure to add more. They were unable to keep an aide who had a car to drive my sister to Dr appointments but were willing to pay for the Uber. Because of the few hours aide turnover has been high, but Confia always had someone there on the needed days. Also, the director/owner is a home health care nurse and was willing to help with INR blood checks if needed.

The owner, [name removed], is an amazing, talented, kind, efficient caregiver. She helps with my husband who has Alzheimer's and has been an enthusiastic, supportive, always friendly, patient person. She will go beyond one's expectations to assist both the client and the caregiver that needs respite.

There are flexible hours for care, and although staff may be different each week, HopeBridge is flexible in trying to support you with wishes. For example, if you have a caregiver that your loved one prefers, you can request that and HopeBridge will try to accommodate that. If you need transportation to an appointment, or shopping, that can also be arranged, in their car or your own. And I don't know answer to this, but may be helpful to have info about medication management at each level of care- like if you need help with reminders to take meds, what level can do that, and if they need to manage the meds, what level does that?

I have been very happy with Cedas and the care that they are giving my brother. I found the process to be very easy and supportive. " A Place for Mom" was very helpful. I engaged Cedas Home Care Services through them. Cedas has been great so far!

The owner is super friendly and professional. They are a small business with only a few patients so you individual care and attention from the management. The prices are competitive as well! The place is clean and spacious and the caregivers they hire are strictly vetted.
