Great experience. Great help working through starting long term care for my husband. Then Mother in hospice needing more help. Very helpful and confident the help is great and will be there. Can’t say enough how helpful and how much I needed the help!

[name removed]was very helpful help setting up our schedule and continuing with it. All of the home caregivers were excellent, especially [name removed], she was very kind to my mother and helpful and firm when they needed to be so she wouldn’t go out the door. She made us feel so secure.

This is our first experience with homecare services and they did not disappoint. [name removed] and her crew are helpful, understanding and supportive. They have been responsive to our last minute request as well.

The care giver from Bright Star has nurtured a healthy relationship with our father in his 90’s. He trusts the care giver and therefore his state of health and personal hygiene are much improved. Family members are thankful for the care being provided.

I have had a really nice experience with the caregivers sent to help me. I’m very grateful. They have been punctual, respectful, and supportive. They are willing to carry out directions with a positive attitude and help me get to appointments in a timely manner. They have definitely eased my stress level.

With Parkinson’s comes some challenges and Seniors Helping Seniors Lakeshore they have been by our side the whole way. Always available and supportive. One of the things that has been good for my brother is they assign the same senior to him so he has built a friendship and a trust with this person. I highly recommend this business.

They were professional and very helpful by connecting me with businesses to assist caring for my husband after major surgery. They provided more than enough good business choices. It all worked out quite well. The care my husband and help I received was more than we were hoping for. This is a great agency that contacted me immediately when I said I needed help with my dad. [name removed] came out to visit me at home and had clearly done research about my parents had found articles that were available via Google. It was fast and easy and convenient. I highly recommend.

I partnered with Synergy a place for mom as my mother was going through the last stages of hospice care. It had gotten to the point where I could not leave at all, mom needed me 24/7. Good Shepherd, hospice gave me a list of providers in my county, and I selected Synergy. They were helpful, professional, and I would use them again.

Excellent service. Helped get home aides on very short notice. Each aide was friendly professional and caring. The administration at Synergy is understanding friendly and cooperative Very pleasant group of individuals

Have really helped keep my in laws in their home. Willing to go above and beyond simple care. Am very grateful for their help. Always friendly and caring. The office people are great always available to answer questions or just to listen.

We had a great experience with Home Helpers Home Care of Mission Valley although it was brief as my father in-law is now in the hospital and probably won't make it much longer. [name removed], the administrator, was very empathetic and helpful to us. He even went above and beyond and visited my father in-law in the hospital which was so kind and supportive. We would definitely recommend this agency for anyone needing in home health care assistance.

I’ve used Cornerstone Cargivers for months. We had one no show resource but [name removed] was on it in a minute and had staff at our home immediately. The staff we have had have been wonderful (with that one exception.)

With very little notice, the agency was able to provide 24-hour assistance with competent, caring staff. The owners worked closely with us with the flexibility our situation required. We were very grateful for the good care they provided. We certainly would use them again.

I'm very happy with Firstlight as a caregiver provider. Both of the owners ([name removed] and [name removed]) are kind and caring people. They worked with me to provide a live-in caregiver for my husband for 10 days. The caregiver was lovely, kind, and competent. Since then I've been using their services off and on on an hourly basis. They're very responsive and extremely easy to work with.

I hired Cornerstone for my mom. From our first interview I knew they were the right organization for us. Well versed with all levels of care and needs. Compassionate and very professional. They helped my mom with transportation and company for her Dr and shopping appointments. [name removed] and team were always professional, on time and courteous. We continue to use them when needed. Would recommend Cornerstone for various needs.

We chose senior helpers of Dover because they do all the background checks on their employees and all of them are insured through senior helpers. The manager came out to the house as planned met. My parents had some questions and overall he was very responsive and answered all our questions And was able to arrange for in-home visits as soon as the next day. There is no contracts to sign which was a big relief and they do have a minimum of five hours per visit, which worked out fine. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have help for a loved one in their home. The woman who came paid a lot of attention to my parent And was a great companion, giving her a lot of attention and listening and talking and being there with her it was a nice relief for everyone.

I had total support from the leadership and staff helping with my husband ever changing needs. Everyone was courteous. Professional understanding. I only have good things to say. I recommend highly for qualified professionals
