She was surprised and very concerned with what little bit I was getting in my condition. She told me she could help with supplies and stuff I need. The Director of Business Development was so knowledgeable and helpful in getting us started with proper care. She has many years of experience in healthcare. All the caregivers are experienced, compassionate, and always go the extra mile. They love working for the company. That is very important to me. The owner of Giving Hearts is very hands on, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. The owner himself will personally visit to check on me and my husband periodically. Again, this is very important to me. This is the ONLY agency I would use and I highly recommend them.

We hired Canaan Home Care to provide respite care when my Dad was on hospice at home and my mother was caring for him. When it became too much for my mother to manage his care, we increased to 24/7 caregiving through Canaan. The two caregivers we worked with were very professional and caring with my Dad. It was a great comfort to us to have them here, especially when he passed.
