We chose The Villages at Mission because we were in a hurry to make a decision and they had availability when we needed it. The location was also close to his address and would be the most convenient for me when I came in to stay. At the time, I compared it to two others and this was the only facility that had accessible green space which was the most important thing for us. His room also looks out to a green space. I would recommend them to others looking with some reservations - I think they are still making a lot of changes since they were recently bought out. I think the changes they are making are all for the good.

Mom is very happy with where she is at. I live out of state so I do not get to visit often, but I talk to her everyday. My family members who live closer visit a lot and say that she is doing very well here. One thing I do not like is the assigned seating at meal times. When they have assigned seats then they do not get to meet new people. Overall we are very pleased with our experience at Wesley Court.

The tour at The Villages of Marion Ridge was nice. But we felt the community was just okay - it didn’t grab us like the one we chose.

We were happy with this facility. They have outstanding activities. There is always something going on and they always try to get the residents involved. The staff was great about making the activities fun. The food was excellent. Mom really enjoyed her time there. It got to the point where mom needed more assistance and care than they could provide. The facility was honest with us about that and we understood. We ended up having to move her to a higher level of care. Overall, if the care level fits the needs of your loved one, I would recommend them!

They have one of the best kitchen directors with numerous good points with food sanitation. Past employment and present. Also best nutritional value over all.

Has always been top of his class with customer service. Food is always prepared like an five star restaurant. Always right in time and always delicious.

I have only been a resident for three weeks, but so far I'm pleased and getting acquainted. It has been an adjustment to a more structured lifestyle than what I had. I have my own apartment and furniture, my car and my cat. I relocated to an area that I knew nothing about to be closer to family. Food is good and ample and presented well. The staff is friendly and responsive. Once a week housekeeping is a bonus. Facility is quite clean and maintained. It takes time to get acquainted, but participating in various activities helps.

We went with Tiffany Springs because of the convenient location for family and it is a newer facility. The apartment sizes are very nice and spacious, comfortable to everywhere else. They do need more staffing for the dining room because there are only a couple of people so it does take longer to get served. Overall we have been very pleased and would recommend them to others looking.

We enjoy the staff not only being friendly to family but to our loved one as well, she has found friends amongst the staff. They are approachable and do respond to requests and concerns but not always in a timely manner. We have confidence in the nurse manager and her decision making, but we are not always confident in the decisions of others. We do think they could better improve their communication and alerting us on more things when it comes to decision making. Whenever we do have issues, we go to the director and they always listen, we never feel pushed aside. Our mother was welcomed immediately and really felt apart of things. We do not hear many complaints about the meals so we assume they are pretty good. We feel that our loved one is safe here.

Seemed pretty good but they didn't think they could care for my loved one.

The main reason that we went with Carnegie Village was because of the value for the money. We also really liked the layout of the facility, it has multiple stories and more space for activities and room to walk around. The grounds and gardens were beautiful as well.

Great community didn't like that the independent living wasn't connected to the main building. The main building is smaller than we had anticipated.

We chose Carnegie Village because of the location as well as the value for the money. The apartment sizes are very good. I do know they are having some staffing shortages so they are going through many different cooks which is why the food got a lower score, but it is covid related. Other than that everything has been good and we would recommend them to others looking.

I would tell others that this has been a pretty good experience for us. This is a newer place and still need more residents to get all the amenities going. My loved one seems to be happy with most of the staff. The food started out great and has gone down hill a bit. They do have some activities going on for the residents.

This community was a little too expensive for my loved ones and not as updated as the other community that we were looking into.

This community was out second choice but there was another community that stood out more to us.

I was impressed with Sugar Grove. This was actually our first choice, but after their assessment with dad, they said he would not be a good fit. It is a nice quiet community and all of the staff were friendly. The apartments looked newer and were very clean. I would recommend that others check this place out.
