We picked this community because of the location to family, community appearance, location to shopping, friendly staff, apartment size and appearance, available activities

We have recently had problems with Rose Estates--some due to lack of staffing, which is a common problem with such facilities and some due to some irresponsible staff members.

This is an update to my previous review. Thankfully my brother lives in Belleville and was able to go to admin at St. Paul's to resolve the rent spike. My mom will be able to stay at her current rent for a year and if the rent does increase my brother was told it would only be 2-3% raise and not 27%. [name removed] at St. Paul's called me today to talk through the events and stated the rent increase was a "mistake". I don't really believe that and think if my brother wasn't there to advocate for my mom a rent increase would have happened. My mom tells me that there are still issues with her HVAC and that outlets in her apartment from cable (they've now switched all residents to Dish) and old phone lines are still holes in the wall without the proper plastic outlet covers. Still very low water pressure. The staff in the kitchen are very friendly to my mom and [name removed] is putting together a new "sit and fit" class that my mom loves. I hope she can safely stay there for many years.

As far as areas to improve on, I would say there was some major misinformation with pricing- I was given one price/amount that I was told was the total to be written on the check, and on move-in day was told that they forgot to add in the "$[removed] community fee".. after some back-and-forth, this fee was waived, but almost resulted in my parents not moving in at all. After the first few days, the dinners drastically went downhill, so much so, they started avoiding avoid the dinners all together. We were also told that there were to be hydration visits three times a day, and these barely existed once a day. Also, there didn't seem to be any verbal reminders or motivation to get them to partake in any of the activities. It seemed as if they had no idea they were happening. I wish the room would've been 100% ready for them but instead I had to track down a shower curtain, toilet paper, a working cable remote, and have the loose toilet seat tightened. My parents were also very turned off by the number of sick people walking around, coughing, which I don't think there's much the facility can do with that. On the upside, everyone was very friendly, accommodations and facilities were nice.

The staff members are friendly and helpful getting folks involved with activities Mom fell just 4 days after getting there has a surgery went 3 weeks rehab been back there for a week and they reduced the rent for days she was out which was great

Comments: Two staff members go above AND beyond. [name removed] and [name removed]. [name removed]is exceptional at her job! The facility and my Dads apartment are always very clean! She is detailed in her work! [name removed] is a caring soul. She is friendly and takes time out to help me getting my Dad off to his Dr appointments since I struggle with mobility issues myself. My Dad constantly complains about the food. He says the selections they have aren't appealing and they usually get his orders wrong. He also says they run out of things often. He is upset they raised his rent [fee removed]. I often feel he doesn't ask for more help from time to time thinking he will get more points on level of care and be charged even more per month.

Mom has been here over 1 year. We are very satisfied with everything at this facility.

Good place - people are friendly and the team work well together. Other then the poor parking for handicap the amenities are great. You don’t have to do anything everything is done for you. I’m happy with my experience so far.

The staff is wonderful, and I would recommend to other families.

My uncle has nothing but good things to say about Fox Ridge Manor. From the food to the staff to the facilities he is very happy there. When I visit I am impressed by the overall setting.

The move in for our loved one was smooth. They are happy with everything. A lower score for the staff is because of a maintenance person. However, based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families.

My loved one is currently a resident at Five Star Residences of Noblesville and overall things have been pretty good for him at this facility. The friendliness and staff are okay. The cleanliness, care services, meals and activities are good. The value for the cost is also good. I visit my loved one often, but we are still new to this community and these are my observations so far.

We like some of the staff members that are working here at Park Place of West Knoxville community, but an area they could improve on would definitely be with the food. Everyone here complains about it

So far I have been satisfied with Tiffany Springs Senior Living and I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

Overall, the facility is clean. I believe due to staffing shortages, to some people it is just a job and they lack the empathy needed in a facility of this type. Their food much improved after changing food services. They probably could have more activities. Tiffany is at the top of the scale for what we would want to pay. Their services to residents lack in cleaning apartments well enough.

My loved one is currently a resident at Morningside of Sterling and overall her experience at this facility has been very good. The staff has been great. The meals are very good. The cleanliness and quality of care are good. I think the value for cost is very good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Everyone is really great to work with. Super nice and helpful. The food is really limited and not great. But I would still recommend Brenden Gardens. I think the 2 bedroom apartment is great for one person, but the one bedroom is really small. This makes it more expensive for just one person.

The staff is very nice and the Aides are dependable and get medications to the residents, even when they are out late! I think they are having trouble keeping a housekeeper. The common areas seem to get cleaned, but the individual apartments, not so much. The meals are very good. My dad especially enjoys them. My parents wanted Independent Living, but we felt that they needed more help. This place is a great compromise. It's not perfect, but we're all pretty happy with it. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We toured River Crossing when searching for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was nice. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. However, it was too far from home for us although we wanted 2 bedrooms.
