Spring Hills

We loved the community and [name removed] was awesome...she took time to answer all our questions and was very helpful and honest.

Spring Hills is much better than my mom's prior care facility. The smaller size enables the entire staff, but particularly the management to be more in tune with her needs and to genuinely try to address them. They seem much more stable, consistent, sincere, and honest than what we experienced previously. They could do a little more regarding personalization of meal choices and drawing my mom into activities, but overall I've seen improvements in her physical and emotional health since she moved there 3 months ago. I would definitely and strongly recommend Spring Hills for someone who is not quite mentally independent, but not in need of constant or "traditional" nursing care.

The facility overall is really nice. The memory unit has under 26 resident so the staff can really spend time with residents. The care team is phenomenal! The always keeps our family up to date on how Mom is doing. They know Mom and her preferences and habits and contacts is whenever something seems amiss. I rest well knowing my mom is well cared for

A nice location and nice to have a nursing care facility next door. A little older w/smaller rooms. The courtyard needed tending to but it was contained which is nice for the dogs. Homey type feel w 24/7 nursing care available. Assigned seating for meals.

Only kitchenettes, not kitchens.

Nice setting as you drive up & nice location for the Metropolitan area. Friendly staff and members. Lots of activities & the chef meets w/each member a month. Got lots of resources from the staff in helping through this journey w/my mother. SPACIOUS STUDIOUS & 1-BR's.

Great home and care!

It's a nice place with lots of nice people - residents + staff. Lots of fun & interesting activities including barbecues on the patio, sometimes with live music.

Located in more community atmosphere. Great menus Choices. Spacious rooms. Lots of folks in wheelchairs. Very nice staff.

The building and rooms are very nice and there are a lot of areas for groups and socializing. There a lots of activities for the residents including a garden. I liked that the dining room is open to the residents all day. Staff were personable and caring towards the residents.

Mom has been doing okay since moving here.There have been some challenges to overcome but we are working through things. Mom will do the activities if someone comes and gets here which was one of the challenges we had in the beginning. Mom has a nice patio right off her apartment which is nice she can sit and enjoy the weather when it's nice. They have an outdoor courtyard that is secure so no worries about anyone wandering away from the property. The food is excellent. The community is well kept and maintained.

This was such a great place I loved being here. For the amount of time that I was here, I was taken care of very well. I really enjoyed being here. The people were so nice from the staffing to the residents. I went to exercise classes in the morning and I had physical therapy. I really enjoyed the food it was good. I would recommend this community to anyone.

I had a lovely tour of this community. Everyone was very kind, and helpful. The staff I met was helpful, and my questions were answered. The community looked nice, and clean from what I saw. Everything went well, and I had good experience.

I liked this community when I visited. The community seemed clean and the people were nice. The family did not think this community would work for our loved one.

My mother is doing great with her move to this community. I do feel comfortable with her move here. She is safe, and in good hands. They have a good staff, and they are providing her with good care. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the facility. There a nice meals, and offer good activities. The only issue I had was on our moving day the elevator went out, and that made moving day harder than what we thought it would be. Other than that issue everything is working out well, and this is a community I would recommend.

It's very rare to find such caring people in an environment such as a assisted living place but we definitely found them. My aunt had taken a fall out of bed and since she has been in the hospital and rehab some of the staff has gone to visit her now that is genuine affection. The staff is wonderful here it gives me such peace of mind to know my aunt is being taken care of and she has said she can't wait to get back there to all her friends and the staff. She was having a wonderful time doing the activities and enjoying the food there. The community is extremely clean and well maintained. The location can't be any more perfect she is only a few minute drive from us.

I like this community for the care and more attention for my wife's care. We were not happy that they kept moving her into different rooms and she had lost some personal items for a few weeks.They might want to consider staff to be informed in every area The menu is outstanding and she is pleased with the nice variety. We would recommend this community to other families for care of a loved one.

[Removed] was gracious and professional. She spent about an hour talking with us about Dad before beginning the tour. All parts of the facility were fresh and clean. There are only 19 memory care residents, and it appears that everyone gets individualized attention. I like the "flower" system. [Removed] had high praise for the activities coordinator, although we did not meet her. Memory care residents have access to Assisted Living facilities such as the dining room. Overall, we were impressed. I would like to do another tour after a few weeks where I could observe an activity, meet the Activity Coordinator, and have a meal.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community for my mother. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to give lots of great information as well as answer any questions that we had for them. They had a nice floor plan with lots of great amenities available for all of the residents. It was just not the right fit in the end decision in the end choice.
