Spring Hills

My father has recently moved into this community and so far I am pleased with how things are going for him. The staff have all gotten to know him on a personal level and have made sure to proved him with excellent care. I really like the dinning room experience that they have for the residents. They can order from a menu whatever they would like and the dinning staff are always so polite and helpful. I would defiantly recommend this small facility to anyone interested .

I had a nice tour of this community. Everyone was kind, and welcoming. The community was nice, and clean. The staff was polite, and informative. My questions were answered. The location was convenient, but I did find another community that suited our needs better.

There were some very nice and bright assisted living apartments here. [Removed] was exceptional in her communication and help with answering any questions. She is a real asset! We are choosing a different assisted living, but will keep Spring Hills in mind if things don't work out.

Things are going as good as to be expected since moving my father into the Spring Hills Hunters Creek. They are keeping him safe and doing what they can, but I still wish he could be in my care.

Spring hills was a great community for my mom, who suffers with dementia. They were a caring group of people who took very good care of my mom. [Removed] was fabulous! She is one of the most caring persons I know and she really knows her patients very well. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

I had a good tour but it didn't feel homey, it felt more like a business. They had activities, good staff, good meals, and it was clean. It made my mom feel odd. We got our questions answered and they seemed knowledgeable. However, they did make a few phone contacts for us and sent us a Thank You gift and went out of their way.

Mom enjoys the environment at Spring Hills as well as most of the food. The only difficulty we have had is with the giving of her medicines. But I think we have got that worked out.

Springhill is like my second home. I was so reluctant to let my husband leave our home but as soon as we arrived at Springhill, I knew I made the right decision. I can see him day or night & I know they will give him the best care possible. The staff became like family as soon as we moved in!

I have no complaints about the tour I received with my loved one during our visit at Spring Hills. The property is gorgeous with lots of scenery surrounding the building. It was just way to costly and not a reasonable price that my loved one could afford.

My mother is doing very well here at this community. They are caring for her and her needs very well. The community is very nice and clean. They do a very good job with the cleanliness. They have a wonderful staff here, they have been great to work with. She enjoys the activities they have offered. The meals are nice. Overall I know she is safe and being cared for well here.

There are various activities provided by the community like art, yoga, and stretching classes. The tour guide also explained the special features provided. I got to see that the place was clean and organized. The guide was very knowledgeable and very attentive to my questions. Meal plans are available for the residents as well.

I have POA for an 89 year old legally blind former neighbor. She has dementia and it seems to be getting progressively worst. She has been at Spring Hill a month and I feel like she made the transition okay- I was very worried. She does not seem unhappy there. (To be honest I am not sure happy is possible) She requires a great deal of care because of her eyes and she can not do some activities because they require sight but I think she does feel apart of the larger group (19) there. I also feel that the staff listens to me about her needs which is very important especially when you first go to a new place since the staff does not know her well enough. I hope as she is there longer that the staff will get to know her needs better.

Friendly staff, nice surroundings

My sister is doing very well here at this community. They are taking good of her and her needs. They do a good job with keeping her room and facility nice and clean. The staff is nice, they have been pretty helpful and kind. She is participating in few activities. She is getting more involved in the community everyday. I love the bright big windows she has in her room. She is meeting some new people. I'am confident about the care she is receiving.

My mom has been at Spring Hill for about 1 month. She has received great care! The room and facility in general are very nice. They have been very accommodating, and the transition so far has been good. I'm very thankful for Spring Hill.

I am happy with the choice we made to have my mother in Spring Hills. We visited many other communities closer to our home, but felt that Spring Hills was the best for hers and our needs. The only problem we have had is with her personal items being moved. I understand that this is very common in a mental health and social setting.

I only saw it on the initial visit, so that is the extent of my experience. The people were very warm and friendly. It was very clean. The other residents seemed to be alert and curious.

Clean, safe community for my mother; caring and friendly staff; Adrianne, the Community Relations Counselor is wonderful, caring and always available. Nurse Tawana has been a pleasure to talk with, and shows such care and concern for her patients, including my mom.
