[name removed] was very friendly and gave us a lot of information while making us feel at home. The place was bustling with activity and the residents and staff seemed to be enjoying whatever they were doing.

The staff was very helpful and tried to get my husband to eat. I would give them 5 stars. They cared about my husband and tried to get him to engage in activities. I would definitely recommend them for senior living.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Spring Arbor of Bristol, and I was very impressed. The facility was clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to answer questions and made everyone feel comfortable and respected. The residents appeared happy, engaged, and well cared for, which says a lot about the quality of care provided. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, more like a home than a facility. I would feel confident recommending Spring Arbor of Bristol to anyone looking for a safe, compassionate, and supportive place for my mother.

Wonderful staff...friendly and helpful, always display a happy attitude and give genuine care to each resident. Very clean rooms, lots of fantastic activities. The food is outstanding.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They communicate with me well and I can always call with questions. It's nice to see Dad socializing with the staff and other residents.

We visited 3 places, staff at all were extremely helpful, friendly and gracious. We chose Alto because of location. We would recommend any of the three, services, cost, and amenities were similar. (Wesley's in Macon did not offer the level of care we were looking for). We have been over the top pleased with Alto Warner Robins. The staff (all that we've met) have been very friendly and accommodating, I feel like they've gone out of their way to make the transition for my mother in law easy, but I'm pretty sure that's their everyday working ethic. They were experiencing staff turnover as we were getting evaluated and moved, so a few little glitches the first week, but all is well now, and they addressed each concern immediately. The other residents we've met seem happy, and activities to take part in are plentiful. My MIL is almost completely blind and 102 with some mobility issues, but the staff have included her in bingo games, cards, auctions, etc., helping her when she needs help to see. She went to a patriotic concert since being there (ride was provided so she could stay in her wheelchair), which she thoroughly enjoyed. She has signed on with the physicians and pharmacy group that come to Alto, making checkups and routine care more doable for her. The food is plentiful (ample serving sizes) and delicious. We've enjoyed eating with her many times in the dining hall. The staff welcomed 9 great grandchildren in to visit Grandma and provided activities that we all enjoyed. This feature means the world to all of us, her family members. We used to be almost 2 hours away, now all 4 family groups are not more than 10-15 minutes away. God is so good. I can't recommend Alto enough, the transition to assisted living has been smooth and easy for us, but most importantly, easy for my precious mother in law.

The staff are friendly and help on the spot taking care of her. The staff shares how she is adjusting to new life. The rooms are always clean. She likes the food. Staff share what she does that day. The room she is at is great size for her. Overall she is very happy at this facility. Great fit for her.

My mom passed away at the Piper so we have not been there since December. Excellent facility for seniors and what we liked the most about the community is the attentive from all staff. RN present. Community dining Access

[Name Removed] the nurse made it so easy by transferring all her medication's over and making sure the day she moved in she had it all ready to go. All the staff members there are very friendly and my mom feels very comfortable there. The activities Director [Name Removed] is amazing and does such fun things with all of them. They come and get my mom and take her to the activities to make sure she feels included, and I've already done a spotlight on her in their monthly newsletter. Her apartments that she has in the closer to Care hallway is not big, but she does not need a lot of space. We had to get rid of some furniture, but that was OK as it was not necessary to have anyway. She has her main room, living room, kitchen in one room and a doorway to her bedroom, which has her bathroom in the bedroom behind another door.

Spring Arbor was the sixth place I visited. At each facility, I would look at the staff and residents and think “Are these people my mother would be friends with?” Spring Arbor was the place that immediately made me know I was making the right decision for my mother. She has thrived at Spring Arbor. A complete 180 degree turn from where she was at home. The staff have been amazing. They care about her and her success. She has made dear friends. She went from not knowing who I was to being thrilled to see me. I am able to be her daughter now, and not her caregiver. I know she is safe at all times. The memory care side is not a maze where people are wandering around without direction. It’s bright and spacious, but the wing is easy to navigate. The residents spend a lot of time together, which is exactly what my mother needed. They keep them busy with activities, exercise, and field trips. They have opportunities to interact with the assisted living residents. The assisted living common area is big and bright and cozy. Everyone seems very happy.

My mom is very happy and the staff has been helpful, caring and nice. My mom is taking advantage of physical therapy being offered and her strength has improved greatly since moving in. She's very happy and so is our family!!

Spring Arbor has been a wonderful place for my Mom. Her mobility continues to decrease and they are very good at helping her get around. She is not a social person but if she was they offer all sorts of activities daily. She will be 96 in a few weeks and we hope that she will continue to make her home at Spring Arbor. The staff treat her like she is part of a family. She is sick with a cold now and they bring her meals to her room. They have contacted the NP about additional meds to help her feel better. They keep me posted about her if she has any issues that they feel needs to be addressed.

I'd recommend it. It's a nice place, and the food looked very good. There are advantages--a family member or visitor can be admitted to the assisted living side with a memory care resident. There's a cute little "cafe" there with snacks & drinks. There is a nice courtyard but it's locked--has to be opened by staff.

Definitely the communication is amazing. One or more of the staff calls me weekly to give me updates and suggestions. My cousin has been very difficult past two years, but he seems to have mellowed a lot and also seems to have settled in nicely.

Spring Arbor is wonderful! The staff is extremely friendly. They have bent over backwards to accommodate my father‘s needs. The 24 seven nursing in assisted living and the progression to memory care were important features for my father. Their continuum of care, with dignity at every stage, stands out the moment you walk in the door. The outside grounds have beautiful plantings and structures for residents to enjoy and have picnics or gatherings. The rooms and apartments are beautifully appointed, with attention to details like crown molding and granite. Many of the rooms have access to the outside, which truly makes them feel more like a home than a facility. Definitely the top of our list when we were looking!

The staff is extremely attentive to my Aunt[Name Removed] They come get her for meals. They take her back to her room after meals. They take her out on field trips. They get her out of her room regularly. They're all very friendly . My sister has all the staff's cell phone numbers!! This was a gigantic step to move Aunt[Name Removed] from Chattanooga up to Athens closer to her daughter [Name removed] and grandson [Name removed]. [Name Removed] was unhappy, depressed and didn't want to get out of her room at the facility she moved from. The only complaint I have is the internet provider is absolutely horrible to deal with. Please find a different option. Comcast/Xfinity has the worst customer service in the world.

Absolutely! Can't say enough good things about the staff/facility and food. Mom went from being a shell of herself to a glowing, moving almost 90 year old. She is happy, and now walking and going to exercise class on her own 3 days a week.

I'm happy because the Memory Care Director has been important for my transition as well as Jeff, who is the resident. We are working through Jeff's behaviors of restlessness and aggression and a wound that has appeared on his foot. She takes on a true attitude of education with me and her staff and it is welcoming.

They're great. So far, I have seen nothing but dedicated, friendly staff. I would recommend to others. Great organization run by great people.

Mom's arrival included a walk on the red carpet to cut a ribbon and a welcome home greeting from the staff who then personally introduced themselves. The staff is friendly, loving, and amazing. The food is wonderful. Highly engaging activities and a strong sense of community.Highly recommended!
