Right At Home

She has been very happy with the woman that has been helping with my dad. She was helping with light housework, and she keeps my dad company and watches him while my mom goes to the store.

Our caregiver was great! I have nothing bad to say about her or about Right at Home. They were fantastic. I think that hey were very accommodating. Every time I had a question or a concern they were right on top of it. Our caregiver was great! I loved her! She was friendly and took good care of my mom but unfortunately my mom didn't take great care of herself and we had to move her to a nursing home.

Our caregiver was very good at getting my mom to bathe. I actually would really like it if she would talk to the community that my mom is currently in to give them advice on how to bathe patients with Alzheimer's. I was very pleased with the service that we got with Right at Home.

I think they've done a good job for me.

We have one really good gal and one that's kind of a little hard to reign in. mom won't tell the office and get a new caregiver because she's afraid of getting someone worse. I told her if that happens then we'll just get another one but she is very reluctant to complain. They are coming in to relieve my mom in the evening, bathe my dad, do his exercise and do some light housework. The caregiver we are not totally happy with rushes through her work and then asks my mom a million questions. We hired them so my mom could just put her feet up and not do anything. We've also noticed that she's not very diligent about oral care. The other caregiver is really really good. I'm very happy with he ability to get my mom some relief.

It's been absolutely phenomenal. My mother died of breast cancer and my father is in a wheelchair, he attempts to be independent, but he is paralyzed on one entire site. Fortunately, before my mother passed away she had the house totally blown away to make it wheelchair accessible and he has long term insurance so he never has to leave his home. I had 2 private CNA's coming since 1981, my evening CNA was in a terrible car accident so she had to quit, but that was my opportunity to talk to dad. A place for mom helped me find right at home and the owner was over there the very next day, I told her he would be a little hesitant, but she won him over like butter on bread. I still have my day CNA because she's been with my dad since 1981, but the evening CNA's with right at home are so consistent, there's never any subbing out. I'm free to call them, they call me, we have a really good rapport, they've gone out of their way. Dad was out of his meds one day and he couldn't tell me but she just went out and got them on her own. They just care and he really likes them. I have two evening CNA's, one during the week and one on the weekends and I've never met them, I've had neighbors go in and they say they're really nice, but I've never felt the necessity to go. They're cooking and doing everything and I couldn't be happier.

They were very friendly, very. I thought they provided very good care, we used Right at Home two or three times and each time it was a different care giver and each one was very nice. We ended up moving her to a community because she needed more care.

They're very nice, very capable and very helpful.

The staff were very very friendly. I don't know any ways that they could improve. We only had them briefly because my mother only lasted a week after we brought her home but the person that we had was so proactive and helpful and kind.

They're really good. They were really nice people. I thought the cost was very reasonable. They did everything that was required of them and they went a little bit beyond so it was good. My mother has since passed on but we had the care all scheduled and they came everyday and she really liked the people that were helping her. I can't think of anything they can improve on.

They were absolutely wonderful! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Awesome, awesome, awesome!

They helped with task around the house and they even prepared a meal or two. They did the best they could while dealing with our loved one. The owner is just superb and totally helpful. They couldn't have been more helpful. We were very pleased with their services and would recommend them to anyone.

It's expensive but I feel comfortable that they're trying and would be able to know what to do in an emergency. Because we're on a fixed budget the expense is a lot. I know it costs to train them and that's part of it. That's the only draw back because I can't have them as often because of the cost. Also you have to have at least 4 hours at a time. That's a bit restrictive because sometimes you only need 2 or 3 hours.

There were so many people calling and I just didn't know who to go with, I thought I was going with the first person that I talked to; I had called an ad in our gazette and this lady came out and called me and she was just wonderful. Then they brought out another little girl, Noreen and she was wonderful too, she's right on time, right on the button. We only have her on wednesdays and the other days we take care of my mom but they are very nice and are very effective for us.

Met with the owner and we really liked her. She had been through a similar situation with her mother so it made it feel like she would be more sensitive and understanding to our situation. They were very responsive, we called them and they had someone at our house evaluating our loved one within two hours. They were like angels that we are so grateful to have. We are grateful we found A Place for Mom that helped us find Right at Home. They allow you to pay your bill online and have really made it very convenient for our family to make the payments. We are very grateful to have found them and really feel blessed to have them. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

They are a great and terrific company. We are very happy with them and the care they are providing. When we call to setup a time for care they try to get us the same individual every time. The care giver is very dependable, reliable and a very hard worker. They really go above and beyond. The owner actually came down to meet us personally. He noticed that we could receive Veteran Benefits and started the process for us to receive the benefits from the VA. He would bring us paperwork to the house to get it all taken care of and situated; all of this was before we even signed a contract with them. We would highly recommend them and their services.

So far we are very pleased. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My dad is happy with the 'girls' who are the actual care givers.

Ron came to the office for an interview and assessment and immediately my mom was impressed by him and his services. Ron was very open and honest and made my mom so comfortable.

The care giver they sent is very quiet and very polite. Value wise it was definitely what I was looking for. It is nice to have a care giver that is reliable and is there every day I am happy her. When I have questions I call Right at Home and they call back right away and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend. Having help just gives me the time accomplish task that were becoming increasingly difficult.

I have just about met the entire staff and everyone has been so friendly. The staff is true professionals and it is what set Right at Home apart. I did a lot of shopping around and other places were comparable in price but when I spoke with Serena (Director) she presented it so well we decided and never looked back. It feels like the staff really cares about my mom and her needs. They follow any instructions left by myself or any supervisor as best as they can. Stella is always very prompt and is always early; she keeps her log book up to date and full of information. Melissa is always very helpful and has helped on numerous points. Diane is the book keeper and she helped set me up with email billing so it is much more convenient. The staff is so good at calling and letting us know when the holidays are because it is a little more costly on holiday so they make sure you are aware in time before so you can make other plans if need be. Every time I call, which is a lot, they do not answer like it's this guy again but rather answer and are happy to help. When I can to cancel an appointment they are very understanding and do not make it a big ordeal. The staff just seems to cover the entire basis and anything that is a significant impact on us. They take my mom outside and go for walks. I leave my car at the house and they will drive it and take my mom where she needs to go. Overall I am completely pleased with our decision to use Right at Home and would recommend it to my closes friends.
