My sister lives at the Santa Maria Terrace. We are very happy with the facility. Michelle Kiel did a great job. She was extremely helpful. I can't rate the care services or the activities because I was not there long enough. This is a nice place.

I toured Sterling House of Fond du Lac when looking for a place for my father. We ended up deciding on another place that was more independent with an apartment like setup as he did not need a lot of one on one special care at this point, but if he did I would have given Sterling House serious consideration. All the staff there was very nice and helpful.

Was very nice place- they were very helpful in providing info we needed and they did assessment same day.

Brook dale was a nice facility, which could be considered for a longer term care. At this time, though, we are looking for a facility to meet our needs of more than one short term care periods.

Placed by Aunt at Harmony Assisted Living Center on February 9th 2015 - her adjustment was very seamless, the staff continues to do an excellent job in being there for her every need. She was very nervous about the transition, but eased into her new lifestyle very well.

So far we are mostly happy. There are no major issues. They could be a little more proactive, and responsive, when a resident is having an issue. We don't get complaints about food. It's pretty good so far.

On weekends and days in the mornings there should be 3 RAs. As sometimes I wait 30 minutes to get up and dressed. Also, the schedule of activities is more of a suggestion that what takes place - at least 2 times a week scheduled activity does not occur. On the plus side, staff is friendly and listen to me.

The one thing I have gone in and toured, filled out the paperwork and then got a call that they could not find all the paperwork. My mom seems to like it and they do go out of their way to make her feel at home.

We visited this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I really liked this place, it seemed very nice from what I saw! The facility was well kept and clean, and the staff all seemed friendly.

My husband and I went to visit this community a couple of weeks ago. There were some things I liked and some things I did not like. My main concern was the smell in the rooms we looked at. It smelled like urine and was not pleasant. Also in the shower, the door that opens and closes was broken and I don't like fall risks. It could be dangerous. Although the smell was bad and the fall risk was there, it is just a minor thing that the community could work on. Nothing major. The price range was from 5200-5400 which was a little high for us. I felt the rooms should be better for the price you would have to pay. Furthermore, the girl who showed us around was great! She was bubbly and is also the one who is in charge of the activities held in the community. They had so many activities such as sing-alongs, coloring, magazines and they interacted with the residents. The community's care services were also very excellent. They have different categories and different groups depending on the level of care. They always have someone there caring for the residents. Overall, our visit was nice despite the few minor issues.

We did not have an exceptional experience with this community. It seems that they have a caring staff however they are spread thin and have quite a workload. This community was very clean but the activities were not as we expected. Their care services also were not as we expected. My Mom recently passed away and we've had a hard time retrieving some of her personal items that were left behind.

i HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE i FOUND EVERYTHING TO BE QUITE A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF IS DOING A WONDERFUL JOB, THE COMMUNITY IS ADEQUATE FOR LIVING, THE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL. i ONLY WISH THAT MY LOVED ONE WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR, INSTEAD OF THE SECOND BUT THAT WAS THE ONLY OPENING. i WILL SAY THOUGH THAT THEY ARE ESCORTED DOWN TO THE LOWER FLOOR WHEN AND WHEREVER THEY DECIDE TO GO.

My loved one resides at Carrington Manor & overall - I am pleased with the care. Staff is friendly, food is decent, rooms are clean. One concern I have is security though. I suggest they get a push button alarm system that needs a key coded to enter or leave. Currently anyone coming & going is not monitored real well.

They have really good staff at Heritage Assisted Living and Memory Care. They are very friendly and keep me updated on things. Mom seems to really like the food they have, and they are taking really good care of her.

My 90 year old Mom has been here 10 months and is doing great. The staff are warm and caring, yet professional in manner. They assist with whatever she needs, including packing packages for mailing, or helping replace her television, or accompanying her to medical appointments to help with communication (have to write to Mom since she is deaf). The Wellness Center might benefit from more staff, though Mom is getting the care she needs. And with better nutrition from the dining room plus being well cared for, Mom has gained weight and is now healthier at a whopping 95 pounds! And the church she belongs to provides services at the Citadel too!

We are doing fine right now. The bathroom is not always the cleanest, in the room. I would like to see them clean it at least once a day. The staff is super friendly, and the food is good, and the activities are good. I wish they would check the residents a little more often for accidents, especially for the memory care residents. Other than that it's great, she is happy there, we really like it.

They have really done an excellent job at making mom feel welcome, and making him feel included in everything. Everything I need for me has been handled very well. I can say that I think it might have been possible for him to have been monitored a little more, as he tends to stay on his own and I feel he could be encouraged to get out a little more.

The staff at Emeritus at Salt Lake City are just excellent. I really just love the people. They have recently transitioned ownership (Emeritus is now owned by Brookdale) and there have been a few changes that has brought along, not all of which have been positive. For one, the food is not as good now as it used to be, and it takes a while for mom to get her meal. That really is the only area of improvement I have noticed though. Overall they are excellent and we are satisfied.

They're doing a great job at Arbor Hour of Temple. They seem to take a genuine interest in each of their residents, and they work hard to learn how best to care for each person as an individual. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they've got a good variety of services that they offer.
