We love this place & the Staff is wonderful. A lot to adjust to but all worth our while & we are glad we made the move.

The facility is clean and the people seem to be pleasant and courteous. The staff has helped us and answered all questions that we asked. They have been always been helpful.

They truly care for the families as much as the patient. Very honest and upfront with info. They will work with you on any areas you have questions about. Their first priority is the care and well being of your loved ones. It is a comfort to know my dad is in their hands! I'm very please with Scott, Candyss, Barb, John and the rest of the crew. I have no complaints :) They are a top notch facility.

The food was good. They need to know their wi-fi password and it's only accessible in one location, we like to try to skype with family and we need the wi-fi for the computer, and we have to take him to a different part of the building for that. With dementia patients, they sometimes take each others stuff thinking it's theirs, and the staff is good about looking for it and trying to track it down. We are really happy with the place and the staff. Location was an important factor in making a decision and the number and variety of activities they have there. It was also sort of a busy place with people coming and going so it wasn't a sad kind of a place.

My husband is not at Summerplace because the didn't have any openings at the time. My daughter and I spent an hour with Grace there. They didn't have openings at that time so he was put on the waiting list. My daughter and I both loved it. We were hoping that we could put him there. The atmosphere was friendly and I've heard others have been there too. My neighbor's father was there and he had good care.

The nurses at another place had been so good with my ex mother in law but that place closed and all of the nurses went here. Dee Matteo was just a fantastic nurse and all of the nurses who worked with her. She got them all trained on the things mom needed and would do and she was the one that made it great there. It was clean, very nice, the food was decent, there was only one bad nurse there and we got things straightened out so things went smoothly after. It was clean, it was nice and the people there were mostly good and when I had a complaint (I didn't complain very much) they would listen.

Assisted Living at Summerplace is a great place. It is everything we thought it would be and more. They are just a top notch community. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a community for their loved one.

The cottages are really nice. They provide plenty of privacy and are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. We are very satisfied with Sullivan Park and would recommend them to anyone.

It's great. My mom have been there for a week and it was hard for her at first but it's good. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. So far, the care is very good. It's kind of difficult to rate the value just yet. We chose it because they had a patio unti that was available and a lot of places don't have patios and my mom really enjoys it with all her potted plants and things. Also, looking at the overall condition of the place - they've gotten an award 2 years back to back!

My parents are doing wonderfully at Homewood Heights. I like that they are smaller than the bigger communities. It gives a little bit more of a one-on-one feel. They staff work with us and everything is fine. My parents like the food really well and I like that there is a door on their apartment that goes to the outside world and it has a decent view. Some places don't have any reference to the outside besides a small courtyard.

My Mother In Law lived at Autumn Wind last summer before we lost her to Lymphoma, but she was so happy during her short time there. The staff was just precious to her and her kitty cat Polly Anna. One of the Caregivers took Polly to her farm house in the country after we lost Mom, because we didn't have anywhere else for Polly to go. They truly care and go the extra mile. Also, my 94 year old Grandmother now resides at Autumn Wind and she just loves her daily gossip session with the ladies she sits with in the beautiful dining room. She has gained weight and looks great. Grandma was sure against leaving her own home, but has made the adjustment beautifully, it just took a time of transition and the attentive caregivers at Autumn Wind to help her.

Many communities only provide an RN over-site, where as Parkwood Meadows has a wonderful RN on staff over 40 hours a week to ensure the best possible care.

Legends Park quickly became home for my grandfather, the staff were very attenative to all his needs! Legends Park has a very friendly home like enviroment, that our family fell in love with. I would recommend Legends Park to anyone looking for Assisted Living for their loved one!!

Prestige has a wonderful community with many activities. Laura was very helpful in answering questions. No pressure to make a decision now. Can have pets, love the homey atmosphere and the expressions program.

Definitely second on our list. Very nice people, beautiful facility and lots of activities.

Wonderful place. Very clean. built for memory cases - ie. black toilet seats. would be wonderful for anyone. Logically, for the cost, Dad would share a room or a bathroom with another person.

my choice of senior living facility

The manager when our loved one was moving in was so accommodating and has continued to be - she gave our loved one an electric scoot on her first day and even helped us with our loved ones living room furniture. The staff have always been willing to work with us. They have just gone above and beyond. They have a gourmet chef there which is our loved ones favorite thing - that is the biggest highlight. They have plenty of activities going on - social and happy hours every day. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

When I could no longer provide care for my mom in my home due to her health she went to stay at the Villages of Jackson Creek. I am amazed at how they brought back smiles to my mom's face! She loves the cna's, she will do things for them that she wouldn't do for me at home, and she's happy about it! They helped her get to a higher physical function than she has had in 20 years. Doesn't complain about pain and now rarely takes pain medication. I believe she feels cared about and has the desire to live again. What more can an adult child ask for than a happy healthy and safe elderly parent? The Villages exceeds my expectations

My mother is in independent living and they offer a life line in her apartment.She has made good friends with her neighbor and they play games together. She is taking advantage of the social aspects of the community but wishes they had more options in activities. She is not much of a food person but they have plenty varieties and offer an everyday alternative menu if she doesn't like what they are serving that day.We chose Cheyenne Place because it is less than ten minutes from me and offered a nicer room than more expensive options in the area.
