We moved my mother into Columbia Place in August. She has a large studio apartment at the front of the building, so she overlooks the front lawn. She seems to really enjoy the view. There is round the clock care there and fortunately we have had no need for yet but it is a comfort to us knowing it’s there. Meals are mainly taken in the dining area on the main floor. My mother thinks the food is great.

My loved one has moved to a different facility that offered more care. I would recommend looking for a facility that offers all levels of care.

It was a good experience. I wish there had been more activities for my dad, but he also wasn't able to do a whole lot so it was okay. The staff that worked closely with the residents were fantastic!

The staff has changed since our loved one has been at Living Court Assisted Living Community, but overall the quality of care is good when I am able to visit and the food that is served is great

My mom has been happy at Prestige Senior Living at Colonial Vista. Since she's been there, management has changed and there has been lots of staff turnover. Rent has increased, which has her a bit concerned as she does not have that much money to be there more than another 5 years. Prestige does not take Medicaid, so if she needs to have assisted living she will have to find another place. Which is too bad, as she has established with many friends. For the time being we're not worrying about it. All will work as it should.

Even though it is independent living, there are several nurses that can be hired privately to help out. They seem to only have one handyman that can't seem to catch up. There are several broken porch lights and the underground plumbing needs work.

I think the community is friendly and helpful. Yes I would recommend it.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Move in process was great - they also help where they can. Meals are not as good as I would like. I feel they need someone with more nutritional experience. Also, the maintenance department is very slow. I would recommend them to others, but would let them know the problems.

We picked this community because it was a little more economical and rooms were available.

Communication and attentiveness were lacking, especially with regards to dietary and care needs. I would recommend Living Court Community with qualifications.

My husband could only stay there a few days because he needed more care than that. When I did learn in those few days was that they were very caring and very good at their jobs.

We picked this community because of the availability of respite care, apartment style room. It was positive and a good choice when for our needs.

This is the only place I lookedin Nampa that is totally independent. All others were assisted living the residents are really nice and I have a full kitchen. I took a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt. I have my own washer and dryer a nice patio with privaciy cost is about what an assisted living would be.

They would say they were going to do something, and never get it done. They said they ordered new blinds for her room...she was there 5 months and they never got there. I had to ask many times to get things like the toilet fixed. They housekeeper was supposed to come once a week, but didn't...I was changing her bed sheets myself. Once it was almost a month without vacuuming. Although they say that the laundry is put into a bag with your room number on it, and only your clothes are washed by themselves, and returned...they lost several pair of her pants and they had to be tracked down. She also had other peoples laundry mixed in with hers that I returned to the front desk. There was a pair of pants that obviously wouldn't fit her. The next day, they were back in her room again! I would like to add that the administration staff are not very good. We have had several issues with them. The care staff are great, hard working people who loved my Mom. She had a great sized, nice room that was perfect for visitors.

It's good.. they've had a lot of staff turnover but again, that's to be expected as is a difficult job. We picked this community, because they accepted private pay until medicaid was approved. The tour experience was good.

There are plenty of fancy Assisted Living/ Memory Care facilities in Newport Beach, but if you are looking for something more home-like, intimate, small-scale, the NBMC is the place for you and your loved one. The staff could not possibly be more loving, caring and attentive.

My mother is a current resident at Autumn Wind Assisted Living Community. Overall, the experience has been good to very good. This facility is wonderful. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

We are very happy with Sullivan so far the care and the communication. Would definitely recommend Sullivan Park it feels like home. They have many activities - although no option of a movie night or group TV space. Just getting us on board with the paperwork and working out going into later on Medicaid was reassuring.

This month (April) marks six months that my aunt has been a resident at Linda Valley Assisted Living (LVAL). She has shared with me that she is enjoying the facility and loves the staff as well as the food. I have witnessed the staff at work and appreciate the care they extend to the residents and visitors. When areas of concern have been raised, responses have been forthcoming. Overall, our family and our resident loved one are happy with the care she is receiving at LVAL.
