The staff at Cheyenne Place is outstanding. They are helpful and address your concerns immediately. They have 3 chefs employed there and the food is so good we complain about gaining weight. The grounds and the community are exceptionally clean. I had a small issue with my air conditioner and the maintenance person came and fixed it the same day. They have at least 8-10 activities a day for us to enjoy. I would recommend this community.

This is truly a wonderful community, I have adjusted very well to it. Everyone is here very nice and kind. The community looks great and everything is nice and clean. I really enjoy the staff, they have been very helpful and kind. There are many activities through the week offered. The food is great, I haven't eaten this good for a while. Everything about this community is great. I always recommend it when new people come to tour.

We have nothing but nice things to say about this community. Staff is very friendly. Dad loves the food. Happy with the care services provided. There are lots of activities here, Dad has a keyboard and headphone in his room to listen to music, residents go on bus rides around the country side to experience the scenery. They also have checkers and a pool. Dad is happy here.

What they have done well is they are very responsive to any of my loved one's requests. They are there the same day to work on any maintenance issues that she might have. I think that they are very attentive.

They get the transportation mixed up sometimes but, its a great place. Both my mom and dad are here, and I love it because they love it.

We were charged with caring for my husband's 90 year old grandfather this past summer and we're way over our heads. When I was put in contact with Prestige at Manteca I was surprised how friendly and understanding the staff is. We toured the facility with our senior and he loved everything about Prestige! Our loved one went from giving up on life, to having hope once again. Once we moved my grandfather-in-law into his new apartment he and we took a much needed breath if fresh air. We no longer have the pressure to care for someone in need of care and people who are loving towards him. We appreciate all the staff! We get notified of falls and always know he is in good hands. We are really pleased Autumn Wind Assisted Living Community. Overall everything is great. I have no complaints. We are just really happy with this facility.

It's wonderful, he loves his cottage. They are pretty helpful there. I don't have anything to complain about. The assisted living would be a little on the expensive side if we needed that, but the independent living is quite reasonable considering all that is included.

I love them at Prestige Assisted Living at Henderson. The director is fantastic. There were some issues at the beginning but they got them resolved immediately. 90% of care givers here I absolutely love. They are very patient. The staff does such a great job especially given the circumstances. Very pleased here. Overall just a great experience.

It is a wonderful place. They are wonderfully positive and helpful and when I ask they respond immediately which is really nice. I know they are there for my mom. My mother loves the place, loves the people, but her only complaint is the food. It could be a little bit better, but that's it.

Very nice facility. Set meal time and the personnel notify residents of the time. Residents are well cared for. Many planned activities. Rooms are fair size and cozy.

Our top two were both Prestige communities. This one and another one. We chose the one that was closer to us. The only thing that didn't work for us here, was the outside doors to the rooms. We wanted a little extra security.

Our experience with Sullivan Park has been a very good one so far! The staff here is very friendly and very accommodating. The office staff were a big help throughout the whole process with the paperwork. It is a very nice place, overall!

While we were here only a few months we felt like we had lived here much longer, because everyone treated us like old friends or family. Very caring staff who go the extra mile! Great food and activities! Clean, modern and excellent living facilities, well maintained!

Sullivan Park is over the top in quality of care, facilities, staff, meals and activities! We live in the cottages, which are Independent Living, across from the Assisted Living building. The food was a huge surprise! I had expected cheap, tasteless institutional meals. But NO! The meals are not only carefully planned to meet nutritional needs but also are delicious, varied and served nice and hot, with the rolls even still warm! The activities directors for both facilities, Independent and Assisted Living, are fun, caring, work so hard to provide wonderful things for residents. They even threw a sumtuous party for us and we got a huge gift bag! The Veterans' Day program was fun and emotional, with period music, live entertainment, certificates, treats, and personal recognition for Veterans and their survivors. Fresh roses, special cake, local military members who mingled with residents, flags, tons of decorations, and a fabulous meal all were highlights of the occassion. I am getting to know the people who live in the facilities and they are all happy living here. I think because the number of residents is about 40 in the Assisted Living, they are like family to the employees and to each other. Staff is so caring and friendly! We LOVE it here! The cottage we rent is gorgeous, looks new, is warm, comfortable and spacious with a fireplace, granite counters, and extra wide door to accommodate wheelchairs. We love having an enclosed garage in winter & in rain. So quiet and lovely landscaping, too. Just heaven on earth, really!

We relocated my dad to the Prestige Assisted Living at Claremont back in June of this year. My wife and I and other family members all agree this was a good move for our dad. Not only did it allow us to get our dad closer to family, it was the care and attention we received on our arrival. The help that Michelle and her staff provided in getting things setup was wonderful. Everyone has been supportive and shown great care for our dad. We can not thank them enough for their support.<br />Thank you so very much.

My mother just moved in here and really likes it. Even though she misses her home she is no longer able to take care of herself and this is the next best thing. She has the privacy of her own little apartment but can enjoy socializing when she wants. The facility is well kept and mom loves the food. It is nice and quiet, in a quiet neighborhood. All the staff are friendly and are good at keeping me updated on how she's doing. They host a lot of community events and always have a lot of fun activities for their residents. My mom made friends quickly. Overall Sullivan Park made this transition as smooth as it could be.

It was eye opening to help my senior 85 year old friend & renter to see how much he needs help managing his medications, feeding himself & not flooding the house again or worse. He just needs to pick a move in date.

When I contacted the staff at Summer Place,, I had less than a week to find a suitable living situation for my 93- year old mother who was about be discharged from a post-surgical care facility in Bend. With no clue and no family to assist me, I was in over my head and nearly despondent. My request for a tour of Summer Place was answered immediately and I found: not the medieval environment I remembered from my youth, but a home that my mother would be proud of. This facility is extraordinarily clean and organized, with up-to-date knowledge of the social, physical, emotional, and medical needs of the residents in its care. The respect and rapport between administration and staff is also apparent. Grace Hall, the executive administrator, knows the name and status of every resident. She is gracious and takes a personal interest in providing the finest care possible. She and Nancy Silliman, the head RN, were sympathetic to my confusion and reached out to put me at ease. They didn't hesitate to take all the time necessary to ensure that I was comfortable with the life changes my mother was about to face. When problems arose that threatened her placement or well-being, they were quick to inform me of them and to get them resolved. For the length of time that she was there, my mother was comfortable and satisfied that she was being well cared-for. A fiercely independent woman who I thought would never accept having to leave her home, she was content, and told me repeatedly that she was in very good hands. The interior and the grounds are beautiful and set in a quiet, out-of-the-way neighborhood. If you have need of assisted living, please visit Summer Place Assisted Living. Very nice. Clean, professional center. Very high on my list, however, I still need to determine the timing of any move AND if the rest of the family wishes mom to be in the valley or the east bay.
