My father and I are happy with all aspects of the service. Weekend caregivers is a little spotty but I know that is being addressed.

We are very satisfied with the support and communication with Song, the care coordinator! He has been a positive asset to Options and the caregiver [name removed] is more than a caregiver, but part of our family.

I was referred to Options by a senior advisor who gave me several names. I called a couple but the interaction with [name removed], the Director of the agency made me go with Options. Their personal touch and sincere effort are very appreciated. My only recommendation is to make sure the invoice arrives before the payment is taken out.

I was 100% satisfied with the friendly and professional care provided by Options personnel to my Mom, [removed], who had been released from rehab and was back in her senior living apartment with my Dad, [removed]. I spoke personally, a number of times, with Options' President; she carefully sized up my Mom's needs, and artfully chose staff members who then were present 24/7 with my parents. Mom and Dad had never had 24/7 care before; I was very pleased with the professionalism and personal interactive skills displayed by the caretakers from Options. They were very willing to provide just the amount of care needed, and to be present less often as my mother's recovery progressed. I asked Options' President if I could give a rating higher than "5;" if I could, I would.
