I have had this service for many years with Options. What I like the most are the caregivers they send me, They are competent and dependable and they provide great companionship to me. The office staff are good and the overall quality is their services is excellent.

Option For Senior America worked well with us to find affordable care for our mom. The person they sent was wonderful, but she is retiring at the end of this month. They are sending a replacement. We are looking forward to her helping.

What I like about Options for Senior America is their dependability and the fact that they have wonderful, excellent, highly qualified, and compassionate staff. Their quality assurance visits are beneficial and the care caregiver they sent us is excellent.

Caring staff. Helpful branch staff. They make every effort to make sure we have coverage. The overall quality of Options homecare services is excellent. So is the responsiveness of their staff at the branch and the corporate level.
