Your office staff is wonderful. I can't say enough wonderful things about [name removed] and the lady who filled in for her - embarrassed that I forgot her name! The genuine compassion and interest from all involved, from [name removed] down to [name removed]. What a wonderful group of people to work with. My mother is so fond of the care provider. She was a great match.

We have two caregivers providing live-in service for my mother. They split the week into 4 days and 3 days and have been very reliable in providing the service without interruption. The corporate office manages them well and we are very pleased with the service.

I give Options a 5-star rating because I mean it; truly an outstanding organization dedicated to assisting one care for a loved one. I promised my wife I would not put her in a home when diagnosed with Alzheimer's; Options has helped me keep this promise.
