They were very nice and toured us around the entire facility. We spoke to residents. Everyone was nice. During the move in process they kept in touch and were very helpful. Once my mom moved in though it was hard to find someone to get answers when needed because their move in coordinator had left. Some things they told us had changed though; she can’t park her scooter in the hall, there is no Sunday brunch; salt water pool is actually chlorine. All things that were selling points. The food is awful, over cooked, tiny portions, they run out halfway through the 2 hour dinner period. Good things include the indoor pool, lots of activities and the maintenance man is wonderful!!

Unfortunately my dad had a brief experience here, but I'm sure he would have loved it if things had gone differently. Very friendly staff and attentive to needs at move in. It would be great to see more planned events throughout the week. Keeping busy and getting out of the apartment are needed.

Staffing issues resulted in no cleaning occurring for a couple of months and with no financial reimbursement. The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. The staff is great; work orders addressed in timely manner. Office staff are very helpful. Dining staff are customer focused and great. When it comes to the meals there are decent options but difficult to maintain a low sodium or low sugar diet with some of the options. Food is good, overall.

Her main complaint is the food either not being hot, or very good- but not every day. They have lots of activities, but she doesn't participate in much. She is enjoying making new friends & meeting new people. She is even volunteering in the "gift shop"

I toured Robin Run and I liked it. Their memory care unit was located on the 2nd floor. The community was nice and clean, but the rooms were a little small. I did like them, but we chose another community because they couldn't accept my mom based on her level of care & behavioral state.

Our loved one has only been there for a few months now and so far we have seen no red flags. There are plenty of activities for residents to do, but our loved one does not participate. We wish without special treatment that the staff would reach out more to our loved one to see if she would want to engage with others.

The community is kept very clean on the inside and the outside, and the staff members are very friendly. We do like the food, they gave us a fairly wide variety to choose from, we can also choose if we want small portions or big portions, and the activities are starting to back up which is really nice. This is a down to earth and family orientated community

I would tell people not to move here until the food service has gone back to normal. the food is not good. I would like the washers and dryers to be better. The rooms are nice and they keep the grounds clean. This place is so much better than where I was before

Located in quiet Raymore, Missouri at least 45 min drive from KC. Does schedule trips to KC for cultural events, but unsure how often. The garden homes are very nice w attached garage open floor plan and within close proximity to community center. Has an indoor pool. It is a buy in plan so it can seem pricey. It is an age in place facility with many health services on site, including memory care, rehab & nursing home care. Must consider this one. It eliminates the need for the family to make last minute decisions about whether to move Mom as her age/heath dictates the change.

This is a great community but it's not for Mom & Dad. It has a buy-in that makes it cost prohibitive.

For the most part I'am comfortable with my mother's move to this community. I would suggest that they have more activities available for the residents. The meals are good, she is pleased with the meals. The community is well-kept, but there is a lot of updating needed around the facility. The care staff is good, they are taking good care her. The administration needs to understand the needs of the residents, and put out the money needed to improve the community. Overall it has been a pretty nice experience, and this is a community I would recommend.

So far I'am pleased with my mothers move to this community. They are doing a good job caring her, and her needs. She is doing well, and I know she is in a safe, good facility. This community has worked out well for my family so far, and I would recommend it.

The staff is doing a good job at taking care of my loved one so far, and they keep track of her and make sure she is doing well. My loved one is not big on participating in activities, but they are offered. From what I have heard, the meals are nutritious and good. I think they are doing a good job and we are happy with our choice.

This community seemed to be very nice, but still was bigger then what my mom would of felt comfortable in. The staff was very helpful and caring. The community was very clean. We did notice alot of activity there at the time. Families wanting a big community might like this community.

We toured here when we were looking for options. This was a nice place, and everyone was friendly. This just felt a little too large.

Almost too much to choose from the services are very diverse to meet everyones need. The residents were fun and friendly as was the staff. Great activities and lots of amenities not offered at other locations. Gave four stars because it has a borderline commercial feeling instead of being a community.

This is a pretty decent place so far. We have not been here long, but aside from a few minor bumps in the road, the transition has been good. It's taking some getting used to, but the kindness of the staff helps tremendously.

We bought a garden home at Robin Run Village and will be moving in there in about three weeks. The staff are all really excellent. They have even allowed us to stay in one of their apartments as we have gone back and forth getting everything set up. They have fed us when we have been there, and the food is above average for this kind of place, though not excellent. The only drawback that we have is that the place has a little age on it. They said it would look like a brand new home, but it looks like a refurbished house. Still nice and very clean and well kept, and they have listened to our feedback and have been very accommodating.

I have been at Christian Care Senior Living offer a month now, and the only complaint I have is the food. A lot of people have turned to doing their own coming. Besides that, the people here are very nice, and very accommodating to my needs. They keep the facility extremely clean. I would highly recommend this place to others, in fact I've referred two people already that are now residents. I got my first month free because of the referrals. That was nice.
