Juniper Communities

I like the care that my grandfather was getting here.We were happy that he liked the meals and they offer him a great variety to choose from. They offered him activities that were enjoyed. We liked to know he was active in the community with the other residents. We would recommend this community for families look for good care and good value.

I wanted to say thanks for all you did for my mother, J.M., and the thoughtfulness and care that was taken as she neared her end. I especially wanted to commend one of the aides, who came up with the idea of putting my parents beds together so that my dad could hold my mom's hand. It gave him great solace. You have a great set of aides there, and I've been impressed with the care they take.

Great place, clean, friendly, lots of activities for folks to do. Also lots of activities for family to go to as well. Nurses/caregivers are wonderful.

Clean, well maintained, staff friendly, attentive to residents, love the living room & dining room, grounds well kept, beautiful flowers. Lots of activities. Receptionist always smiling, helpful.

My parents are very comfortable since their move to this community. The staff is all very friendly and accommodating. The place is kept spotless and the meals are fantastic. So far we have no complaints, everything has been great.

Hi. I have been very pleased with Poet's Walk and all the staff members. I have never heard an unkind word uttered to staff or to any of those receiving care there daily. All staff members know their guests by name and are attentive to their needs. The guests and their visiting loved ones all comment on the good food and and attention to ones individual needs. I visit my husband most every day, but when I am not there, I am grateful for the assistance they give my husband each day and the phone alerts they give me when something needs my attention. Caring for the guests is a team effort....well performed. [Removed]

Brookdale Preston is a GREAT Place for your love ones. Their Memory Care Neighborhood is Awesome. My mother lives there and I must say its very clean and the staff there are very hands own with her.

This is a new community and my cousin is doing very well here. He is happy and likes the staff members that are very nice and caring to him and others. The food is very good and he is pleased with everything. He does enjoy the activities that he is participating in. I loved that this is a community that truly cares about the well being of others. I highly recommend this for great care for a loved one.

I have lived happily at Wood River Village for 16 years. The staff is wonderful, food excellent and activities galore. I always feel safe and I am ensured that when I need extra care it is here for me.

A welcoming atmosphere from the first moments. Staff friendly and always concerned about residents at all times. Public and private spaces well maintained. Daily activities and special events are easily accessible.

JV is just like being at home. I love Juniper it is so friendly, warm and welcoming. This is both the atmosphere and the staff. The family likes that the fees are paid monthly instead of yearly. When I am ready for Assisted Living I will definitely going to Juniper Village at Chatham that's where I know I will be safe and well taken care of.

Our dining manager goes beyond our meals. Kris K. sat with me when a nurse needed to help someone else, Kris, stayed after hours waiting for the ambulance to make me to the hospital. He is so willing to be helpful and is so pleasant.

If a historic inn interests you, check out Juniper Village of Meadville. It retains its charm & cachet, giving your loved one a permanent address of timeless luxury. But above all is the staff, who are unfailingly kind, considerate and friendly. My mother is request was out of the ordinary, but they were willing to accommodate. The dietary service is high quality and variety.

A wonderful place for my dad to receive great care. The staff is outstanding and helpful. The food is very appealing and a good variety. Activites are offered. I would highly recommend friends for great care.

Let me begin by saying, we have visited MANY assisted living facilities throughout the country before deciding upon Juniper Village at Chatham for my father. We were blown away by everything Juniper Village has to offer. It is not just your run of the mill assisted-living home. The attention to detail and the compassion shown by the staff is what makes this place home. I have not come across one problem at this facility and my father couldn't be happier. His life is constantly filled with happiness, comfort and love and this makes my life more pleasant. Thank you Juniper Village for making aging in place,a possibility.
