Excellent friendly, caring staff. Accommodations, services rate an “A” too. Staff/Nursing/Resident ratio was very good. Friendly. “Affordable” compared to competition. Administration was excellent, too. An “enjoyable” 3 1/2 month stay. If assisted living again become necessary. I will return.

Tuesday grocery bus is so very helpful! The chefs here are great (food choices are good) the house keeping department does a wonderful job. The nurses and nurse aides are very helpful (take my blood sugar twice daily). Connections department has fun activities. I painted a flower pot.

This was a super experience for me. The administrator staff, kitchen staff, nursing staff, activities staff, housekeeping staff, maintenance staff etc. were excellent. They went above and beyond in taking care of me. Juniper Village is a beautiful facility with superb staff.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Juniper Village at Brookline for the lovely family events you have throughout the year. You provide such nice opportunities for families to gather with their loved ones living at Juniper Village at Brookline and spend time together with good food and good entertainment in a lovely atmosphere. For those who can't travel, it is nice to be able to spend special time with their families. And you are very fortunate in having such a good chef on the staff. I also want to commend you all on the lovely Easter flower decorations you have throughout. The blooms provide bright colors and add a wonderful scent of spring.

The grocery bus is my favorite land if you can’t go, [Removed] (the driver), will get it for you. The food gets better and better. You can have whatever main course you want and choose your side dishes! [Removed] (transports) gives you rides to different apartments. The connections department has lots of neat art and crafts. I’ve made 3 door hangers (American flag, Nittany lions and hello spring).

The staff at this community are fantastic and the aids are great. The residents I have met are nice and mom is making friends. The food is good and the community is very clean. They offer daily activities and I would highly recommend this community.

I have been a resident of Juniper Village for over 4 years. It was the best move I ever made. The negative comments you may read were written by one person about a resident that did not adhere to the contract and her family got upset when management required the contract to be enforced. Don't believe everything you read, see for yourself. The new owners are spending a lot of money on upgrading this older facility. The increases in monthly fees are in line with other facilities in the area. The by-in fee is lower and monthly fees are lower than many of the other facilities in the area. This is the only facility that has balconies or porches on all apartments, most of them enclosed. This was a major consideration in my choice. There are many activities offered to the residents. When they are canceled, it is because the performer does not show up, or not enough residents sign up for the trip. It is not the fault of management. When you get here, ask to talk to [Removed]. Our mom Gloria entered Juniper Village ( Wellsping ), Williamstown, New Jersey in October 2016. She was well cared for & loved it there. She participated in the activities & made new friends with both staff & other residents. While she was there, my wife & I felt she was in a safe, well managed & happy environment. The staff always kept us update with information & always had time to talk with us. Sadly mom passed away in December 2016. The staff showed much compassion & were there to help us in any way they could. This is a wonderful facility & we highly recommend to anyone looking for a facility for their loved one.

My husband and I were greeted with our names inside of a frame that was sitting on the receptionist's desk and when we left the building we were given a box with a scone for each one of us! The building both inside and outside is very nice and clean and appealing. The building and the rooms had large windows which let a lot of sun light in and brightened everything up. All of the rooms had their own shower which was a plus. The rooms were generous and spacious and had a large closet for the resident's clothing, etc. The only thing that would made the surrounding more favorable from my point of view is to have a large therapy gym for the residents to be treated by Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. Treating patients in their rooms limit the therapist's ability to provide the patient with all of their needs. Otherwise is was a very nice place for my mother to reside.

I am quite pleased with the quality of care of my father at Juniper Village Wellspring at Brookline State College. Juniper Village is professional in operation and considerate of the resident's memory care needs. The staff is friendly, helpful, and understanding. Their activity director are always trying new and fun ways to engage the residents. Knowing that someone is looking out for my father's needs gives me peace of mind.

My mother has been living at Wellspring since June 2016. I could not be happier with the staff: from the executive director through the hands-on aides, everyone has been attentive, involved, caring and kind. We especially like the fact that mother has a physician's assistant who supervises any and all medical needs. The physical facility itself is equally pleasing to our family: Wellspring looks like a pretty house, not an institution. There is access to a lovely outdoor garden where activities are held in the warmer months. We looked at several memory care homes in both Pennsylvania and Florida, and chose Wellspring above them all.

The staff is extremely friendly and well-trained. They go above and beyond to care for the residents as well as the family. I've learned so much just watching them interact with the residents. The facility is beautiful, very clean, and feels like a fine hotel. There is comfortable seating and pleasant rooms to visit and participate in activities, which are numerous. The connections staff makes an heroic effort to involve residents and keep things fun and interesting everyday; and outside entertainment is scheduled frequently. In the four years I've been visiting there, I've never seen any staff member become angry or frustrated with a resident. Each person is treated with the utmost patience and care, with a keen eye to the residents individual needs, concerns, and personality.

Thank you for the chance to see the Glen Campbell movie, "I'll Be Me" last week. Touched all emotions plus some boot stomping to "Rhinestone Cowboy." I appreciate what Juniper Village does over and over again to enlighten our community about Alzheimer's. Thank you again for a meaningful evening.

All the depts including the nurse staff, housekeeping, connections (with the grocery bus on tues morning and the kitchen and dietary aides are great! Having a choice of food at every meal! Having best friend's who give me flowers every week. The house keepers make my bed special and do an excellent job cleaning my room! My mail is in my box everyday as soon as possible! I love Juniper Village!

Professional hosted very well - Well designed units - well explained to group - Clean, bright, warm, friendly environment - and tasty lunch.

I visited Juniper Village Senior Living at Brookline for their annual Trail of Trees holiday event. My son and I had a great time touring the buildings and admiring the holiday decorations. A truly fun event! The food and drinks were delicious! The building was clean and welcoming. Both staff and residents were very friendly and greeted me with a smile. The calendar of events and activities appear to be very diverse. It seems there is something for everyone! I hope to come to more events in the future.
