Juniper Communities

Moving my Mom out of her home was a very hard decision to make. Where Mom would live was not. I heard wonderful things about Juniper in Williamstown. I never looked anywhere else. My mom is always clean, dressed, fed and well taken care of. The staff truly cares about my Mom. They understand what we are all going through. They listen, give support and show compassion. This is not just a business for them, they care about your loved ones. I know that everyday she is safe and well cared for. My Mom was never a social person, never participating in group activities. In Juniper I found her playing Bingo, making candy and even playing the drums. You could not find a better "home" for your loved one. If I had to describe them in one word, it would be compassionate. They truly are who they say they are.

I am a volunteer for Juniper Village. I help with special occasions and do a talk/show and tell every month for the Red Hat Club at Juniper Village. Volunteering is so much fun. I love the residents I interact with.

My family member has lived at Juniper Village for almost 9 years. I'm pleased with the quality of her care. Everyone from the receptionist to the dining room staff and every one in between seems to be interested in her well-being. Their compassion is outstanding. The facility is extremely welcoming and comfortable.

My mom has been a resident for about a year and a half. I needed to take some time off to handle some medical issues and know that my mom is 100% In the best hands- which is very comforting!!! The staff there is incredible!

Juniper Village at Meadville is a great place. They provide great activities for the residents to be involved and stay active as well as a great nursing staff to ensure their health and wellness. Their leadership team is the most caring I have ever met and the staff are none less than stellar. As others have reviewed, the building could use some updates, but it has such character, I am glad they have kept many things the same historically speaking. This is a great choice for Senior Living and I can assure you would not be disappointed. Any concern that has ever arose, was addressed quickly and with compassion.

The staff and management at this community is by far the best around. This is a community who truly leads by example. I have had the pleasure of visiting Juniper Village at Meadville on many occasions and cannot speak enough good about them. From the Executive Director, [Removed], to the housekeeping staff, every single person has been extremely kind and helpful. [Removed]runs a well respected community and I have seen great changes with Juniper Village at Meadville under her leadership. What a true gem they have found in her. The care demonstrated by all of the staff here is just amazing. From having deficiency free state surveys to winning a National Quality award. I guarantee you would not be disappointed bringing a loved one to stay here. The building is not fancy and new, but it has great character and I cannot speak highly enough of the care! Don't let the age of the building deter you from receiving quality care at a very affordable price.

Wellspring is a beautiful, safe, caring environment for the residents. I am a home health nurse who has helped coordinate services between our agency and Wellspring residents. I can attest first hand that the services provided at Wellspring consist of quality and care. I think anyone with family here can rest assured that their loved one is in a wonderful place!

Our experience with Wellspring was terrific in all aspects. Our loved one, in the early stages of dementia, went to Wellspring after a short stay in Juniper rehab. We were not sure if it was time for her to reside permanently in assisted living, and the administrative staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and understanding as we considered this decision. Our family member struggled mightily with this change, and the staff could not have been more kind and patient. Their skill in dealing with the needs of such a diverse group if residents was inspiring. The environment is remarkable...social and cognitive stimulation are constant. Ultimately, we chose the 30 day respite stay. But when the time comes, we know Wellspring has everything our family is looking for in an assisted living/memory care facility.

We work as Community partners with Juniper Village at Wellspring and have been so impressed with the staff's expertise, enthusiasm, and passion for providing the very best for their residents. In particular, [Removed] is an outstanding community ambassador for Juniper Village at Wellspring. [Removed] organizes events that connect Juniper Village at Wellspring residents with the arts and the local community. Through her work, [Removed] makes Juniper Village at Wellspring a vibrant, connected, and fun environment for everyone to enjoy.

Besides having Alzheimer’s, our father has been a very difficult and challenging man. We were concerned that he would not work out in a care facility. The staff at Juniper Village have been truly amazing! They have successfully worked through several challenging situations with our father. They have genuine affection and caring for their residents and we see the affection goes both ways. Our father is finally adjusted and content at Juniper Village and we are so grateful.

I have been a resident here for about 5 years. I love the people that live here, the workers are great too. I'm always busy with activities. I have made many friends. The staff is very accomodating. When I ask for something they respond quickly. I always get my medication on time and never have to worry about it. The food is good too. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great facility layout for optimal engagement between staff and residents. Great staff – very caring, compassionate, helpful and knowledgeable; always present and helpful. Residents allowed to live their lives as independently as possible while in a safe, healthy and caring environment. If it were me, I would want to live at Juniper Village at Louisville, Co.

We took a tour of the facility and it was very nice! The staff were willing to answer my questions, and we had a nice time while visiting. Overall, the tour went very well!

We find the staff to be loving and kind to our father. He is always treated with respect and in a professional manner. The activities are engaging and keep him stimulated. He is encouraged to help others and feel useful we always know that he is in a safe environment.

The Marketing department was really amazing the first week Mom was there. Not only did they help her get acclimated, they also introduced her to many new friends who ate dinner with her and always helped her get from place to place. It's so comforting for us to know she'll be eating incredible food and is surrounded by a team of individuals from Marketing staff to food servers and maintenance personnel who really care about the quality of service they provide. They truly have a "gift" and are a blessing to us!

The community is very bright and open. Two lovely courtyard gardens enable residents to spend time outside. Mom says the food is pretty good! The staff is warm and courteous with the residents.

Nursing staff excellent. Care taker excellent. Excellent care here at Juniper Village.

After living at Juniper Village for a year it’s quite obvious we made the best choice for dad. The staff were patient, supportive and played a vital role helping dad transition from independent to an assisted living environment.

This is an outstanding community.I like the care that he is receiving. The community is cleaning and the staff is friendly. I think that they might try and give him more options on his special diets needs. They do offer activities for the residents. I would suggest that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.
