When I first toured the facility last March 2016, I was very impressed with everything. Most things have lived up to my expectations since moving in Nov. 1st except the food. There is a vast difference between the menu and quality of the food from last Spring until now. It is appalling!! I do not expect four star cuisine but I do expect soup that is not watery, meat that is not overcooked and dry and portions that keep getting smaller. The residents pay for this and, for the most part, are not able and/or cannot afford to go out for meals. I know that this comes from the corporate offices. It is unreasonable to expect people to put up with being so taken advantage of this way!!!! I don't care about the corporate bottom line!!! I hope someone will actually read this. Even more, I hope someone will take this seriously and do something about it!!!!!!!!!

Very nice facility with nice options for the community to enjoy including transportation, exercise facility and trainer, nice community room for everyone and families. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions.

My mother in law was sceptical of the idea of moving in here but now that she has been adjusting, she is having a really good time. The staff is very friendly and the community is kept clean for the most part. There was one incident where the bathroom needed to be cleaned and I ended up having to do it myself. My loved one is making a lot of new friends, the other residents are very friendly. They all go on walks together, dance, and go on trips together. It has been a good experience for her so far.

Very nice, a bit too far for us from San Rafael, units smaller than most and with tiny kitchenettes.....

I took a tour of this community and I seen a nice looking place and it seemed cleaned. The staff appeared to interact with the people good. The person who gave us a tour was knowledgeable and focus on our needs. They did a good job.

My loved one is super happy with this community as I am. They do offer a variety of activities, but my loved one has not participated yet. David the entertainment director is awesome and caring. The meals are wonderful and I'm glad that they give healthy choices for my loved one to eat. The place is always kept clean.

Everything has been going good with Englewood Estates. My mother in law who resides in the community likes it. The staff are attentive and communicate well. The meals are healthy, taste good and have the correct portions to them. The housekeeping does a great job maintaining her room clean as well as the rest of the community.

This is a great place for my dad. the staff is excellent and very caring. The community is very clean and taken care of. The activities that are offered are a great help to my dad. I would highly recommend this for the care of others.

Our care has been good for my mom. The staff are a "4" in my experience. She says the meals are okay and feels that the portions are small. I also believe my mom is safe and getting care. I would recommend this community.

This is a little older community that I liked. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was not able to get my mom over to see this community. This is a clean community that has complimentary transportation.

My brother in law liked living at Harbor Place. The food is good. The community is clean and well maintained. The staff were nice. They offer transportation and they are pet friendly.

We had a good tour of this community. The staff we met were nice. They offer a lot of different activities. The community seemed clean. This community was a little farther away than the one we chose.

Dad seems to be very happy at Lakeview Park. The staff have been very helpful and friendly with the move into Lakeview Park. Dad enjoys the variety at meal time.The community offers an assortment of activities for the residents to enjoy. The community is kept very clean throughout. I would recommend Lakeview Park to anyone looking for a senior living option!

I chose The Springs for my Grandparents who relocated to California. I looked at several places before I decided that The Springs would be a perfect fit to keep my grandparents happy and comfortable. Our overall experience with the staff, the move, and adjustment has been far better than we expected. My grandparents weren't quite sure what to expect and made this big move at the tender age of 90 and 92. They have really blossomed since being at the Springs and have enjoyed all that The Springs has to offer. My Grandmother says the food is delicious too and that was her biggest concern, as she has been a great cook for many years. I can't say enough good things about The Springs except, Thank you!

This is a lovely community and I'am having a great time here. Everybody has been very kind and welcoming. I love the staff, they are helpful and respectful. The community looks great. They offer lovely activities daily. I enjoy the meals, the food is nice. I'am very pleased with my move here. Overall I would recommend it.

The tour guide at Tamarack was very knowledgeable. He was able to explain all the paperwork properly. The interaction between the residents and the staff was great. It was a clean place. The community offered us a complimentary meal. There was a smell of the building that wasn't very pleasant. Overall it was a great tour.
