When I toured Tamarack, I thought it was a nice place. Every community that I toured had its pros and cons. The staff was very friendly. The tour guide that took me around was very knowledgeable and friendly, but we found another community that for my mother's needs best.

I though this property was very nicely maintained and had a lot of great activities available for all of the residents to enjoy. The staff seemed to be very organized in the way they ran things and were knowledgeable about the different packages they had to offer my mother. I just did not like how small the rooms where, my mom would need more space for her things.

While my mother was at The Springs, she had a good experience overall. It was a smaller community with a more homelike feel to it, very clean. The only thing I would say we wish they had was 24-hour care available. I know it is independent living, but it would be nice if it was offered as well.

The staff are helpful and accommodating. The food is pretty decent. This community does have an older resident population. They offer plenty of activities, however I wish they offered more outings. I like the size of my apartment and this community is in a good location for me.

I love this place, I could live here myself. My friends moved here recently. I think they get the impression that their opinions don't matter but I don't know how opinionated they can be at times. Other than that they like the staff, the food and they are participated in activities. I have already recommended The Springs to a few people.

Mom truly enjoys living at this community. She has made friends. The food is adequate and they have plenty of activities. The staff in general do a good job. There are some things I wish they were a little more attentive to. All in all I would give them a B plus. The community is very clean it is like being at a hotel suite and going down to a beautiful dining area. The community is inviting and I have already recommended it.

We toured this community when looking for my dad. It was a nice community with friendly staff. They offered the best handicap accessible bathrooms compared to other communities we viewed. The reason we didn't choose them is they didn't know much about Veterans benefits and the cost was on the higher side. It was definitely our second pick but we chose another community in the area.

My mother is doing since her move to this community. I know she is safe, and in a good place. They have good staff, and they have been great to work with. Everything is working out well, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. I would recommend this community, it has worked out well for my family.

When I toured The Atrium of Grand Valley, I was happy with how friendly and welcoming everyone was. The downfall was the size of the place, it was too big and we were looking for something smaller and more homelike.

During my tour, I noticed that the food at this community was not very good. Also, the times to eat were very limited and they had assigned times. The staff was all friendly but it did not compare to other communities we toured.

This community is very nice. The food is good and healthy. The rent is a little high. They offer a lot of activities and the residents are very nice. They are accommodating and I would recommend this community.

So far, from my conversations with my mother I can tell she is adjusting well to the place. She sounds happy. She loves that she has her own place, with a balcony. They have bus rides to shopping centers and she has made friends. They have a common area and they provide meals. So far, it has been a positive experience for her.

The Carriage House Estates was a very nice community, we liked it a lot. During our tour, they took us around to all of the common areas and answered all of our questions. The reason we chose another community was because my parents needed more assisted living.

Things are going fine at Montgomery Park. The staff are nice and helpful. The only minor issue I have is that the transportation is only available in the morning. The food is good and they keep the community clean. They offer daily activities and I would recommend this community.

I like this community. The staff is very nice. The need to work on getting the rooms clean. The food is very good. They do offer activities for everyone who wants to participate. I do recommend this community to others looking for a nice place to live for the value and care.

My aunt is loving her apartment at this community. The place is clean and she gets housekeeping to help her maintain her place once a week. The meals have been great up until 2 weeks from now, my aunt and the other residents have been complaining about the meals. They have brought it up and it seems the problem will be fixed soon. Other than that, maintenance does a good job, whenever she has any issues in her apartment, they are quick to fix it.

It's good, it seems like it takes a while for meals to be served. Sometimes what they offer for breakfast is kind of strange to us, like ham and yogurt. It's a safe place and it's clean. We looked at every independent place here in Texas and this was one of our top two. They have great closet space and is a very bright cheery place. They also seem to be the most reasonable. They are eating right and talking to other people, and that is a good thing.

I am happy here with the care that I am getting here. The staff is always helpful and friendly and caring.The communinty is always clean and well taken care of. I am enjoying the menu and the variety of the meals.. The games are great and the have a good variety of music to enjoy. I enjoy participating with other residents. The value is great and the rooms are being up graded. I would recommend this wonderful care that is received here to other families

The Essington Place is a very nice community with nice people. The meals are good, my loved one has zero complaints. The place provides housekeeping for the residents. They have a variety of activities available for all of the residents to come together and interact with each other. The room she is in is very comfortable and has everything she needs.
