I think mom is happy and as independent as she can be at Carriage House Estates. She has already made some friends and enjoys going to the dining room to socialize. They have a good selection and variety of the meals that they serve. Mom has participated in some of the activities that they offer like baseball bing bag and Bingo. She really enjoys going to their beauty shop once a week. The community reminds me of a huge beautiful hotel. She likes her apartment it's the perfect size for her and being on the first floor she has her own private access to her apartment. Sahe also has a small patio area. I'm glad she is finally happy and living in a good area that we all feel comfortable with.

We did have a tour of the community and I didn't care for it as much. They were a very big community, we were looking for a small facility. They were not the size we wanted.

My daughter toured The Madison looking for a place for our loved one. It is a lovely community. The landscaping is beautiful and well-kept. They gave a nice presentation of what they could offer the residents. We had to choose another community that provided nursing care for our loved one.

My father has recently made the move into this community and so far we are pleased with how things are going for him. The staff have been very attentive to all of his needs and make sure to keep in good communication with the family about his care plan. He has had no complaints about the meals and is enjoying the activity program throughout the week with the other residents. Overall it has been a great place and I would recommend it to anyone.

My father is doing well so far since his move into this community. So far he seems to like it, and doing pretty well. I do feel comfortable with his move to this community. I know he is safe, and in good hands. They have a good staff. So the experience is going pretty well for us in this community.

I was very pleased with the overall feel of the village. I thought the studio was small but 500 sq ft is small. I liked the small fridge and the bathroom was terrific but was pleased to see people out and about and happy. The price is a little high for my family member. .

The only improvement they need is the breakfast. She is not a fan of the eggs and would like a bigger variety to choose from.

The staff is very helpful. The administrative staff has done what they could to help. This is an older community and it was just sold. We are hoping the new owners will complete some needed renovations. The food is not my favorite. They offer daily activities such as bingo, games, entertainment that comes in and ice cream socials. They offer transportation.

My wife and I are doing ok here. The staff and residents are friendly and nice very welcoming. The community is kept clean and well maintained. The food is very good here. We would recommend this community to anyone. There seem to be quite a few activities being offered and we have done a couple, not a whole lot.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for myself and I was very impressed that I made the decision to the make the move here. I really liked the open floor plan and the size of the apartments that they had available to all of the residents. I have had a chance to try a few of the meals and so far I am impressed on how they taste and the quality of the food. I am very much looking forward to living in my new living environment.

Loved everything about the atmosphere. My mom felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door. I am concerned about the rent going up in the future, but the price seems perfect to start.

Boone Landing might have been my friends first choice but pricing was a bit higher than he wanted to pay and he felt he would need more assistance with his daily care than was offered there. The staff gave a wonderful tour of the community. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and it really was a very nice place.

I might have taken a second look at other communities if I had understood that this property was more in line with independent living and they don't have nursing staffing on the property. The grounds are very well cared for beautifully landscaped. The staff and the residents are happy. I've been told that the food is a little boring could use more options but what they have tasted good. They offer a variety of different activities and social events

I have no complaints of how things went for my mom and I when we had taken a tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them. The property was beautiful and they had a lot of great amenities for all of the residents. I would have loved for my mother to attend this place but it was too much of an independent living.

Very clean and well-maintained community. The staff is very friendly. My wife and I enjoy the independent private cottage that is very clean. The meals they provide are well balanced, we enjoy the dining experience. there are a lot of activities if you wish to participate. The staff is friendly. We enjoy the nice walking paths outside.
