It's really hard to say because things have been pretty different than they would be normally because of Covid. There haven't been a lot of activities. One thing my loved one didn't like is the size of the apartments - they are very small. And the food wasn't as good as they tried to make it out to be. The vegetables were lousy, and there wasn't a lot of variety for breakfast. The staff seem very caring. They just didn't always have answers for specific questions my loved one had. We liked that everything is all-inclusive. It might have been a different experience if visitors had been able to come and go freely, if more activities were going on, if there had been access to the dining room, including the all-day dining experience they described to us. As it was, it felt more like a nursing home. I understand that was all due to Covid, but we ended up moving to senior apartments.

The tour was nice it was a good experience and the staff was awesome. The only thing that through us off was that the value was not all inclusive, everything needed was at an extra cost.

The staff members are very friendly and they are always willing to help out. The building is nice and our loved ones apartment is really nice. She is well cared for there and we do not have to worry. The only complaint our loved one has would be about the food, and other residents complain about it as well.

Due to the covid restrictions there were no activities, and the food had to be delivered to our rooms. I did not like the food, it was mostly served cold I would have to heat it up in the microwave. The value of the community was comprable.

I would not recommend this community. They forgot my mother's meals several times. They told us things in the initial conversation things that they did not do.

I love living here. The people and staff are so loving and caring. The activities are a joy. I feel very safe.

It is a great community if you are looking for senior living. The best thing is they are very accommodating for someone that is more independent. They bent over backwards to assist my loved one during their stay. The staff was very nice to work with.

If you are on a fixed income this is the biggest bang for your buck if so I would recommend this community to others

I would tell others that it is a nice place to go, and it is clean. The staff try to work with the residents. The more tenured staff dealt better with the residents overall, than the younger staff. The food was enjoyed by my loved one.

We chose Solstice senior living because of the location, the price, and what they had to offer. The apartment sizes here are appropriate. It has been hard because of covid since they are so limited on what they can do, but I would recommend them.

This community is good for the money. The staff is very friendly and seems they are on top of things.

I chose Solstice Senior Living because of the value for the money, the location is near my family, and I was able to go to a place that offered independent living not assisted living. The apartment sizes here are adequate, I am on the first floor and have a patio so I can sit outside. I gave the food a 3 because of the quality, the portion sizes are small, and it is cold. Also, what they list is not always what I get. I am concerned about that because I am diabetic. Overall, I am very satisfied with where I am, it is very convenient and other than the food I have no complaints. I would recommend this facility to anybody.

I chose this because the apartment was larger than any of the others places that I looked at, it has a patio around it and is very spacious. They have been short staffed, but the ones who are here are very friendly. I do think they need a PR person, when I first moved in no one really showed me around and I had to fend for myself. Overall, I would recommend the community.

We chose Solstice at the time because of the value for the money as well as the location. The apartments here are larger than some other places we looked into and she also has a nice view from her room. The food got a lower score because of the quality of the meals. The best part about this community so far for me is the convenience and for my mom, she has always enjoyed the staff. I would recommend.

Our loved one is now living on the ground floor of the community and she likes her room much better. then the previous room. We would definitely recommend others to take a look at Solstice Senior Living community.

We chose Solstice Senior Living at Joliet because it seemed to be the best value for the dollar. My sister also liked the personnel. The apartment sizes are very good, they are laid out well, clean, and they had all the little things that you need as you get older. The best part about the community would be the activity levels and different things that they have to offer for their residents. I would recommend.
