This community was very nice and they were very friendly people, it was larger and walking would have been an issue for my client and her loved ones. The laundry and all the amenities would have been to far from her reach.

We chose Solstice because it was closer to where he used to live and so he is familiar with the area and feels comfortable there. The apartment that we chose is a good size for him and what he needs. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I would recommend to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked Solstice, however it is just independent living and they were not going to be able to give adequate attention and care to our loved one.

My tour with Solstice was good, but I do think they could have done better with their follow up. It was too pricey for what I was looking for.

The staff are very friendly. And the residents are friendly as well. Transportation sometimes needs to be a little more desirable. They can only take so many people at a time on the bus, and sometimes people just get on the bus to ride and don't even have shopping to do or appointments to go to. And that takes away from those who really need to go. I like my apartment very much. It's a nice size, and bigger than one we had previously at a different place. I think they need better maintenance people, but I know they're trying to hire people and are having problems finding applicants.

Everyone is really friendly and it feels like home. They have a lot of activities like corn hole baseball, card games. My loved one is teaching the others how to play poker and they also have treasure hunts.

Our loved one has yet to really complain about the meals so we think she is happy. We also know she is happy with the outings they take her and the other residents to especially to the nail salon. The value for cost is more than reasonable especially with all of the services they offer.

For us, food is the biggest issue. I would recommend this community to others though based on my experience

It's all gone fairly well. I would like to see more activities, and I think they ought to be able to bus them more places and get them out and doing a little more. I know a lot of that is related to Covid having their hands kind of tied. So as things open up more, I think things will be better. They did have a big barbecue for everybody recently. The staff I met have been alright. They just seemed kind of busy. And they haven't been fully open for us to meet everybody just yet. It seems to be clean overall, but I think things could be maintained a little better. When I visit my loved one, I have no complaints about her apartment or the hallways on the way there.

Really enjoyed the people; felt like they enjoy working there and love the seniors who live there. Very informative as well. Facilities a little older, but clean. Food looked wonderful.

During the couple of months our loved one was there, we did the community was well kept. The value for cost was pretty good, but due to the restrictions the activities were completely shut down. The food was another big complaints, sometimes it was good and other times really bad so it was very inconsistent.

The person who led our tour was very good, and it was very helpful to be able to see the facility. They actually recommended one of their community partners to us, which was a very positive experience, since it was closer to me. I also liked the community partner's layout a little better. Having a virtual tour was very hard though, not because of the facility, but because of the platform.

The people are nice and friendly. I like it here. The residents have a good time. I'm happy living here. overall The staff has an open door policy and you can talk to anyone that you need or want to. The residents had a meeting with the chef and things are being worked on from this meeting.

What really stood out to us in the beginning was the management staff, they are overly nice there. The appearance of the facility is really nice and we would recommend the Solstice Senior Living to others

I thought the apt. felt homey, and the food looked good. Communication was good between the staff and our loved one and they kept him well informed and up to date. I would recommend this community to others.

It is a great community. We had some issues on resistance helping us out since we live out of town. We expected a little bit more assistance since all of us are out of state. We have to check in with the staff, the communication overall has been good.

Due to the covid restrictions the activities are still pretty limited. Our loved one says the food is good but sometimes the portions are to large. We feel that she is being well taken care of there and we no longer have to worry.
