My grandma loves playing bingo. The employees who work there are nice. She enjoys going to physical therapy on-site. She like the variety of food and she feels very safe being at Solstice Senior Living at Joliet community.

What we like about Solstice Senior Living is mostly an all inclusive plan. Prepared meals and social activities. At the moment we are unsure if we would recommend the community to others. The food quality has been average and sometimes. Not great for my mom. Seems to go through a lot of staffing changes.

What we like the most about the Solstice Senior Living at Grand Valley is the meals that are prepared for the residents living there. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

We took a tour of Solstice Senior Living at Palatine during our search for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. Everyone seemed very friendly at this facility. The facility was very nice. The atmosphere felt cozy and comfortable.

My loved one is currently a resident at Solstice Senior Living at Joliet and everything has been good for her at this facility. The staff is pleasant. The building is clean. They do not provide care, this is an Independent Living facility. The meals are usually very good, with several options available. Purchasing Home Care is available. There is not much communication with the family, as stated, it's an Independent Living facility. I would recommend Solstice Senior Living at Joliet to others.

My only significant issue with the Solstice Senior Living at Plano community, is with their food. I wish they would have a low calorie or healthy choice on the menu. However, based on the experience we have had so far, yes we would recommend them to other families. Great value for what they charge

I have been very impressed with what has been provided for ame here at Solstice from the friendlyness of the staff and the residents, the great food service, the activities provided and the transportation that prevents us senior citizens from driving and being a menace to all on our roads and highways. Thanks to all that provides the services here at Solistice I am totally spoiled rotten.

Our family had an in person tour with Solstice Senior Living and we though the tour experience was really nice and helpful and we also thought the community was really nice.

Solstice met my mom's needs until her passing last February. The food is never good enough and there is only one elevator for the entire facility. Other than that, the apartment was spacious, clean, affordable with great people to assist. Traditions hospice and Aging in Place, which were agencies associated with Solstice, were invaluable in providing great care for my mom during her last weeks.

Friendly staff, very clean, lots of activities. We picked this community, because of proximity to family and price. I would recommend. The facility has a community feel and the residents are very welcoming to new guests. My tour experience was Very thorough and led by a friendly guide, named [name removed]

The people are nice and interesting people live here. I like the option of picking up my meals and eating in my own living Space

It's been very positive so far, couldn't be more pleased. My loved one feels the food leaves something to be desired...that's been her only complaint! We picked this community, because it felt the most comfortable for my mom was concerned, my mom also chose this facility amoung 5 other options, felt bright & cheery.I would recommend, so far so good.

During COVID times were hard. It was tough to get staff for all needs, but since then there has been a management change and staff has increased. Some residents feel the monthly rent is too high, and I agree, but since it includes everything it is fair. The people are very friendly, there are activities you can take part in if you are interested, there is even a church service each Sunday. They try hard to meet the needs of all. We picked this community, because of all utilities, housekeeping, meals, and activities are included at no extra charge.

Soltice ad Fenton was a great place to live. Fantastic staff! They quickly learn your name and try to accommodate all your needs. The only reason I left because my needs became greater than independent living. The Activities Director is awesome, She has a wide variety of different types of activities from card games to nail painting to events outside. She’s kind and caring, willing to do what she can to solve any problem.

Our family had an in person tour with Solstice Senior Living and it was wonderful, but there are no nurses there and therefore the Long Term Care Plan would not pay.

My family and loved one had a wonderful experience with Solstice Senior Living. The staff are extremely caring, thoughtful, and patient to the residents and families. Everyone here is very friendly. They provide meals for the resident as well. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones.

We toured Solstice Senior Living at Joliet when searching for Assisted Living for our loved one. This facility seemed very good! My only suggestion would be to provide more on the menu, that's it!

My brother is a resident at this facility. It's always clean when I visit. The staff is friendly and helpful. My brother says food is okay not excellent, but they're cooking like cafeteria! Of course it won't be perfect. It's a pretty good place. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
