Everything at The Carlyle has been wonderful so far! It's a very nice looking facility, and the staff are all friendly and caring. They've really made him feel like family since moving in. I'd highly recommend them to anyone else looking into senior living in the area!

I've been very pleased. They are very clean, and the staff is very friendly. It's a good value compared to other places. They put out a calendar every day with activities, and another one with menu items. He really seems to enjoy the food too. The location was great for us, and everything else about it really made this the choice for us.

You just have to be open to change and to making an effort, but everyone I’ve meet, that my parents have been very friendly. The food is good. My step-mother really likes the care services they are able to offer.

We’re very happy. It’s evident that they are a very caring community. The atmosphere around here is very quiet and congenial. There are lots of animals. We saw three deer yesterday and ducks every day at lunch.

I look forward to when I retire so I can go live at Fernwood. You get to live like a King or Queen. You get three amazing meals a day. The dinning room is quiet, comfortable and very clean. The meals are served by polite young people like your eating at a 5 star restaurant. The rooms are clean, roomy and quiet. You get your own outside place and if you want a different view you can choose from many other seating areas outside. There is activities daily at the Park or away. Always ways to get to your appointments or shopping. The people are extremely friendly and helpful. I never need to worry about my mother-in-law because I know she is happy and taken care of. This place is one of the best around and fair priced.

It’s a nice community. It’s pretty expensive. The food is good. The parking can be a little limited. The people who live there are very friendly. It doesn’t really get expensive until someone starts needing extra care, then it can get really expensive.

Nice visit with Susan Fine and found lots of scheduled activities, swim pool, pool table with tournaments scheduled, putting green and clients very friendly. Clean, 3 meals included that we will sample tomorrow. Price comparable for what offered and close to Lakewood tennis club and family. Meal options flexible and guests welcome without much notice.

The staff is excellent. The activities are excellent. My loved one used a scooter so there is some difficulty participating in the activities. It’s a very nice community . We’re really happy with it.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. Everything here looked very nice! The staff were all very friendly, and the facility itself seemed very clean and well kept. However, this was a fairly large, multiple story community, and we felt like it would have been a bit intimidating and difficult to navigate for our loved one.

Our experience hasn’t been long with this community, but we’re very happy with them. There is enough parking. So far the food is excellent. We are very pleased with our experience with Yosemite Gardens so far!

It's wonderful, just wonderful! Evergreen place is the only place people should be. They have a lot of activities, they have bingo and a rummage sale. I'm a woman of color and it's very difficult to find a place where I feel comfortable, and I do here, it's very diverse, with lots of different cultures. The food is okay, but it's gonna get better. The halls are wide, you don't have to run into each other, and the management is just great!

We were so impressed that we signed an agreement on one of the cottages. Will move in within the next three weeks.

My experience from the very first phone call to the signing of the contract on my moms 86th birthday April 16,2014 was outstanding. We began the journey on Jan 29, and the very first visit there we had lunch together, she played bingo, and went to a church service which she loved! But, knowing mom HAS to have her hair done or she just does not feel good. When we were done with the lunch(superb) bingo and church service it was time for the REAL TEST ! we took the elevator up to the third floor and I could see the gleam in her eye,you mean I can just make an appointment on my own not having to rely on anyone else... I said yes!! Then it was explained to me about the life alert which alerts the live in staff as well as any er type emergency. We were invited at least a half-dozen times to their entertainment programs as well!!! NO DETAILS WERE MISSED!! Robyn Romano,and the live-in management team truly go the extra for the seniors there... When my mom moved in I had to come back to bring some more items, it was later in PM and so I looked in the Fridge and there was my moms favorite treats HERSHEY BARS,REG PEPSI,and 3 of her favorite flavored pies peach,apple and cherry. I asked mom as I knew it had to be someone that knew her.... she told me Cathy Scott had been there a little while ago and gave this to her as a welcoming gesture. I really got emotional at that point and understood that Robyn Romano*Don Phillips/Cindy Lowe and Tillman and Cathy Scott are truly a gift of GOD. THANK YOU

The pricing seemed to be about the same as other places, the meals for family and friends who come to join, seem a little pricey to me. The activities are the only things I am a little disappointed in, they don't have a lot of card and board games. The activities director says she is going to start some things, but it hasn't happened yet. The food has been terrific, but the noon day meal takes about two hours. They do the sheets and towels, but the laundry room is not open until after four, or on weekends. It would be nice if the meal plan was more like a restaurant, it just takes a long time. We chose them partly for the pricing, the other places we looked at had comparable pricing but for a smaller room, they were studios. It was comforting knowing that if her care needs progress, she wouldn't have to move.

It’s easy to give this community fives, all the way down. The community is clean and the staff was great. We don’t any really negative experiences.

It is pricey. The staff is very friendly. I’m there everyday. The staff responds pretty quickly. My mom participates in the outtings – going to the mall. They do have transportation available. They basically.. very, very nice the staff and the residents – they’re very welcoming. The food is fairly good.

They were concerned with my mom until she passed. They were very helpful with her. The food was outstanding !! They have ducks and fish and swimming pool! It’s a fantastic community.

My mother just loves all the activities and service, the family atmosphere her apartment and that it feels like home. We r able to afford the rent but be sure to negotiate it If u r not in a hurry prior planning really helps the stress level. A place for mom is so helpful and their guidance invaluable Thank you
