The staff and managers at Golden Mesa are very caring, loving devoted people. All of them have made my family feel so comfortable and welcomed every time we come for a visit. The food is very good. They provide transportation which is very helpful. The cost is very reasonable for all they provide and now being able to lock Mom's rent in for life. Mom is very relieved to never have to worry about her funds. We would highly recommend Golden Mesa

We are happy with the community. It's excellent. It's clean, and the staff is friendly. She loves it all, we don't get complaints about the food. It seems to be a reasonable value, and we don't really find hidden charges at all.

A+ for amenities, friendliness, activities, food, appearance, pricing and staff.

My whole experience with The Madison was great. They were wonderful in terms of getting my mom settled in and making it a smooth transition. They have just been absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about them.

We have found that the residents are all pretty friendly. The staff and managers have really worked with us to accommodate mothers requests for the meals. They have really gone out of their way to make it a good experience.

The place there at The Springs of El Cajon is very clean, although there are a few places where there is a little bit of a faint smell. My only complaint is that for doctors appointments, they only do it for two hours two days a week, and I think it should be four hours two days a week. The people there are all very very friendly. They are always smiling, and always very helpful. It's been a great experience and I would highly recommend The Springs of El Cajon.

I am very satisfied, they are doing a very good job, and mom is satisfied. They address all the concerns and answer questions right away, and they are very communicative. The night time meal can be hard to digest, but they have brought in a couple of chefs to address the issue. The food is really good quality, it can just be a little spicy.

The people at Montgomery Park are very nice and friendly. So far it has been a really great experience.

They are great! I don't have any complaints so far. It's clean and the staff is friendly. He likes the food, I would hear about it if he didn't. The value is there, and it's one of the reasons we chose this one. Of all the places we looked at this was the most affordable.

Very positive experience. My dad went from living on the third story having to climb stairs and be alone, and now he has made a bunch of friends and is in a place where he can get around easily and enjoy.

Well, we moved my mother from Maine. She was in her town for 50 years! She was totally entrenched in the town living, was 78 and been there since college! The house was too big and Maine winters too difficult now. We moved her to the Gables after CAREFUL scrutiny of ALL the independent living homes from Rocky Hill to Guilford and everything in between. The Gables was hands down the most lovely and the ground are unparalleled. So, off we go. The apartment was painted to perfection, all items were perfect from blinds to the oversized phone. The Managers are FANTASTIC and just there to help!! Stephanie and Dale were totally kind, warm and professional through the entire process, it was a total pleasure. When we arrived, it was uneventful, they give you your space, thank you! We set the apartment up with all my Moms antiques. Then, we brought her over. SHE LOVED IT. The dining room has six huge windows from ceiling to 3/4. It looks like a glass wall. My mothers looks out onto the dirt road and lawn and loads of gorgeous trees. It is Fall and absolutely gorgeous, looks like Maine. We can't wait til the leaves all drop and it snows. It will be so gorgeous. <br />Safety is paramount there. I toasted something for my MOM, the smoke alarm immediately felt the over heat and a tad of smoke and off it went. Within 1-3 mins, Nicole was at our door and checking it all out. Thank you!<br />With the lease comes the oversized phone and a life alert wrist button which my Mom wears, what a piece of mind! <br />All I can say is Thank you!!!!! I did not know it could be this wonderful. After 1 month my Mom is heading down to many meals, taking the bus to the grocery store and making many, many friends. You folks do a true service. Thank you!

This is a wonderful and excellent care facility. My Mom really enjoys eating dinner because the wait staff are very friendly college kids. She also said they remember their names and also the food they enjoy too eat! Overall, this is a great place and I'm happy that my Mom is enjoying it. Highly recommended! 5/5

The other residents here are to get to know, but once you've been here a while, they let down the wall. It's my home and I treat as such and the managers are wonderful. If you find it's time to leave your home and move to a retirement home, I highly recommend Cottonwood Estates.

My mother in law is a resident at the Carriage House Estates. My husband and I are very happy with the environment. The employees take an interest in the residents and treat them with respect. It is a wonderful place where my mother in law can feel independent yet be cared for. She feels comfortable and enjoys participating in the daily activities.

My experience with Cottonwood Estates has been good. My father was welcomed in, and is happy there. The staff are caring and very friendly. They make it a point to check on him and make sure he's comfortable. Overall we're satisfied with the services.

I'm very pleased with Tamarack. I'm staying there now, and I'm very satisfied with the services. They feed me well, and staff is very friendly. I'm satisfied with the care they provide. They are very attentive. I would recommend it to others.

Very nice for an independent living. Like the idea this is a home. Think it will fit into plan well. Hopefully can get mother there. Like the idea of adding home are there. Price seemed reasonable.

It's been really great, we really like it. The staff is friendly, and they have good service. We think the cost is very reasonable for the quality of care that we get. They have met and exceeded our expectations. We have been very pleased.

Things have gone very well with Cottonwood Estates so far, I'd give them top marks across the board. They have a lot of activities to keep the residents entertained, the staff are very friendly, and the facility is clean and nice looking. I've also heard from my loved one that they do a good job with the food.

This was one of our top two. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We let my mother in law choose for herself. She picked the other one based on the fact that it fit her personality better. They were both equally nice.
