They were very friendly and very helpful. They invited us for lunch so that we could experience the cafeteria and the facility first hand. They were really helpful with showing us a lot of the rooms, answering any questions that we had, and getting us really well acquainted. My mother is going to be moving in soon and we are very confident that we have made the right decision where she will be at home and well cared for.

It is Amazing! It is so perfect for us, as perfect as it can be for the situation. We love Yosemite Gardens. They definitely get a five. I can't give them enough positive reviews.

We toured this community while looking into senior living options for a loved one. We really liked the look of Montgomery Park! It is a nice size, with 114 units total. It's smaller than some of the other communities we looked at, and has a cozier feel to it. The staff is very friendly, and the building itself is always kept immaculately clean! It's Dad's first choice, and it is so nice I'm wondering when I can move in!

My mother moved from her own home of many years to The Oaks. She was not happy to be making the move. But she has adjusted well, almost 2 months later. Much of her ability to adjust has been due to the exceptional staff! They are kind, caring, interested, treat the residents with great respect, and really have tried to include her in activities. The facility is spotlessly clean, extremely light and bright and my Mom's apartment has large windows, a balcony, and looks out at the immaculately cared for grounds. I looked long and hard for just the right place for her and this is it. I highly recommend it!

Atrium of Grand Valley is a very nice place, overall! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff have all been friendly and professional. I've been particularly pleased with how communicative the staff is, they get back to you quickly regarding any questions you have, and keep you updated on the status of your loved one.

I visited 6 senior living facilities in Corpus Christi. I visited Harbor Place with an appointment and found all to be most friendly. I was impressed with the layout of the facility including cottages. The residents I passed in the halls were happy and friendly. The next day I took my father to visit my top two facilities, starting with my number 1. After the tour with Jeff Wendland, my father said "this is it, I do not need to go anywhere else." My father has since moved in and settled in to the routines. He has had the biggest smiles on his face when describing how nice it is at Harbor Place. It is also great to have the helping hands group to provide additional assistance as needed. We are using them for washing my father's clothes, filling his medicine dispenser and getting him involved in an exercise routine. Of course Harbor Place would not be getting these high ratings from me if not for the efforts and sincere caring from the managers and staff. They are an awesome and devoted crew! I also found my first impressions to be reinforced by comments from residents who have been at Harbor Place for a while.

It's clean, and the staff is friendly.I'm satisfied with care and services they offer.I was very well pleased with every part of this community. I have no complaints and things are going well and would recommend Golden Mesa.

They do an absolutely fabulous job at Montgomery Park! I've worked in the health care industry for quite a while, so I've had a lot of experience with senior communities, and Montgomery Park is right at the top of the list! The staff here are friendly and professional, and they makea real effort to get to know the residents as individuals. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they've got a great variety of activities and events to keep everyone engaged and entertained! And the dining experience is top notch, the food they serve is delicious. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking into senior care in the area!

Since we have join the family at Charbonneau-kennwick,Wa everything has been great, The management, and alll of personal to go out of the way to make the goldenage somewhat liveablle. Thanks Jerry and Irene

Facilities very clean. The people are friendly and helpfull. The food is good. Beautifully landscaped ~25-acre gated community for retirees thru skilled care, in separate buildings. Many activities and available care. I would recommend Carriage House Estates

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. We thought The Gables at Guilford seemed like a nice place, overall! The facility was clean and well kept, and it had a homey feel to it, not quite as institutional as some places we saw.

Welcoming clean bright and cheery wonderful food, Great value for money. I want to move in there. Very active staff and admin.

The only thing I can that needs improvement is the activities director just has them jumping around and not much else to do for activities like another facility that I looked at. Overall this is a very nice facility and very happy when mom was there.

I love being here although I was SURE I was going to hate it. The management on site & staff have become the family I don't have. I may have to move as my financial situation is a problem, but that does not detract from the home atmosphere. Small glitches are few and fixed fast as well as happily. The food issue is mostly personal taste and upset over "normal portions" of a balanced diet not being the personal taste of the residents or relatives who have cooked for themselves for decades. The loving seniors who live in the past & the physically needy , many of whom are morbidly obese, make up the vast majority of complainants. Differences of opinion ( white or wheat bread, cheddar or Parmesan cheese, attentive service or too slow) are the major complaints heard in the common areas & addressed at the monthly managers/residence meeting. The primary complainants often do not attend the meeting or unfortunately do not sit up front where they can HEAR the meeting. Complaints are often muttered to those seated nearby instead of addressed to the managers who could form a correct answer. I choose to enjoy my life at Holiday's Cottonwood. I have made friends & enjoy the activities. Always plenty to choose from to suit a variety of tastes. O quiet corners for some small groupings or deep thought, as needed. The rooms can be somewhere to sleep or your sanctuary as needed by different personalities. The safety features are impressive. The management AND residents are all caring, concerned & friendly. If I have been "ignored", it's usually that I didn't hear them or vice versa. We all laugh about any silly thing we did. There's a lot of laughing & loving to do, come join us at Cottonwood Estates.

We loved Maplewood community and facility. We think, it might be a great place for dad. Right now he is taking time to think of his next step.

My Mother couldn't be happier! She says living here at South Towne Ranch in Sandy keeps her going strong at 89 1/2 years old! She utilizes the physical Therapist on site to help. Home Health is here also to assist in her bathing & medications. This place is better for her than living with me in my home. She is totally satisfied here, she says it's a blessing for me to have found this place for her! Her one bedroom apartment is plenty room enough for her & most of her belongings. She has all she wants or needs here! The food is absolutely wonderful! It's nice to have someone else cook 3 full meals everyday!

I really enjoying myself here, I think Rock Spring is a fantastic place! They really do an excellent job, I would give them high marks across the board. The building itself is fairly new, and they always keep everything looking very clean and well kept, and there are never any unpleasant odors. I've seen a few of the other communities in the area, and Rock Spring really provides a great environment for the price! I'd highly recommend it!

I was very well pleased with every part of this community. The food was exceptional, and the residence were quite busy with activities. The place was very clean and nicely designed and the most impressive was the way the staff staff knew everyone of the residents by name, and also they were able to coordinate great health regiments for the residents as well.

They are doing a fantastic job. We are very pleased with the service. The food is one of the things my loved one likes the best. We don't have any issues with how clean things are kept, or the staff. They are just doing a great job.

Price was reasonable all around. Not cheap mind you but taking into account the very professionally operated business, worth the money. Both staff and residents were happy and friendly. This isn't an assisted care facility but an over 55 apartment system with tons of amenities. Maintenance was superior. While it is a large place with somewhere around 150 residents this is a plus. The large size allows for a community feel with lots of choices. I am looking for my Mom and when I turn 55, if it were to fit into my lifestyle, I would be happy there myself.
