This is a good community. The staff are outstanding and always caring about his needs. They offer a good variety of healthy meals. I saw some of the nice activities that are offered. We would recommend this community for the care and value to others.

My dad and I really like the facility. [Removed] who gave us the tour was terrific and very informative. The largest studio seemed roomy enough. People were all very nice. I is close to my home, so a real contender!

It was very pretty here. It was a good contender. We decided against it because the price was a little too high. It was also newly built and there wasn't many residents. I felt this wouldn't allow for much socialization.

My mother is adjusting well at HarborChase. Any issues we have had have been resolved quickly and the staff is very accommodating. We chose this community because it's clean, has a wonderful environment and the staff is very friendly.

Very pleased with the care and concern shown for my mother. She is having a difficult time adjusting to her new situation but the staff is trying to work with her to come up with compromises to satisfy her wants and still tend to her needs.

After the tour and an extensive discussion with the directors, we decided Harbor Chase is the only place we would consider for our mom. The open, community layout and the positive feel we got from the residents and staff were far different from other "locked memory units" we visited.

Everything is working out very well for my husband since his move to this community. This is a nice facility, they do a great job with keeping everything nice, and well maintained. They have a lovely staff, they are taking very good care of him, and his needs. I gained a peace of mind knowing she is safe, and in a good place. I would recommend this community, it has worked out very well for us.

My dad has been here for a few months and we are pleased. The facility is new and very beautiful. The staff has gone above and beyond on several occasions and seem to genuinely care for the people living there. They need to add more activities which I know they will do as more people move in.

I can't wait for my mom to move in and neither can she. She's had her apartment picked out for a while and we're just waiting for them to open officially. They are the most compassionate people and truly love my mom. We feel like we are part of this amazing family now. Best decision ever!

Beautiful community with excellent care and staff. It's so nice to see my mom having fun and making new friends. We are planning on moving in my husband's father after the first of the year.

The care that my loved one needed this community would not be able to provide. They tried their best during my tour to try to accommodate my loved ones care needs. They had a nice and tidy place. With nice attentive staff. Various meal plans are offered to meet the residents special needs.

Wow! Gorgeous Community & amazing amenities! I had the pleasure of meeting most of the department heads during my visit & it is obvious that they all truly care about people & the company that they work for. I was very impressed.

I attended an event & it was so impressed with the food & the staff. Everything was prepared from scratch & it was high-end restaurant quality – not typical for Assisted Living. The chef personally welcomed everyone & asked about the food. He was in the navy too! Great guy. Great Experience.

I have toured a lot of places looking for the perfect home for my dad & i finally found it. The place is beautiful but it’s the staff that made me choose to move him there. The sales Director Jenny was so attentive. She listened, took the time & showed compassion for my situation. She was honest & trustworthy. I’m looking forward to visiting my dad here. They are fun people who care & there is so much going on. He’ll sleep like a baby.

This place is amazing! They are brand new and from the time I walked in the door I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. The problem is they are not ready for move in yet. they have to go threw several steps as a new facility with the state licensing.

This is a lovely community and my wife is doing very well here. It was a hard adjustment, they are taking good care of her and her needs. The community looks great, they do a very good job keeping her room and the facility. The staff is wonderful, they are always there to help her. The activities at this community are amazing. There is live entertainment and happy hour. I know she being cared for well and in good hands. We couldn't be happier. I would recommend this community.

The staff are great, the food is great, the community is clean. I feel the staff are a 5! My mom enjoys the meals and likes it very much. There are activities for her to participate and she enjoys it too. It is lovely here and Mom is having fun and doing really well!

The overall experience has been very positive. The staff has been responsive and genuinely appear interested in my stepmother's adjustment and well being. In spite of the fact that i was assured that her laundry would be handled separately, her clothes are not in good condition. She did receive medical attention in a timely fashion and is now receiving PT and OT.

I highly recommend HarborChase of Coral Springs. Starting with my initial visit to take a tour it was clear that the staff truly cared, and working there was more than "just a job" to them. Now, I know that my first impression was correct. They work together as a team and bend over backwards for the residents and their families despite every day challenges and difficult demands. There is warmth, compassion, and camaraderie throughout the building, and it is clear that from top to bottom the staff respects one another. My loved one is safe and content; my family and I are happy.
