This was the Taj Mahal of Assisted living. I want to live there. The place is so beautiful. The dining room has many different rooms inside and outside. We were invited for lunch. Food was amazing. The utensils were real silver. If you can afford the high price, this place was awesome

Very nice facility with many options for residents. Atmosphere was quite appealing. Provides all of the services we are looking for.

I do not hesitate to recommend Harbor Chase in Naperville. Choosing an Assisted Living facility for my mom was one of the hardest things we have had to do. My mom needed special attention after her recent surgery. None of us were planning on her recovery also including having to move her from her home! It was a super stressful time but from the very beginning, they listened to our concerns about my moms care and they worked with us to coordinate all of the services that she needed! The staff is so attentive and kind, the building is beautiful, the food choices are fun and it is great that there are different restaurants to choose from each day. My mom has made some new friends and today she told me that she is glad to be there. You have no idea how much those words mean to our family.

Beautiful, lively atmosphere. Great amenities, warm and caring reception. Fresh flowers on the tables. Music in the background. Lots of activities for residents. Well-appointed apartments. Staff was friendly. I was impressed with the dining options and the menus.

A correction to my previous post about the toilet paper, it’s now included. It was my misunderstanding. The director is very responsive to any concerns you may have.

My loved one lived in HarborChase for a short time, but we removed her after she suffered three falls in a span of ten days. After our experience, there, I feel that the community is just too big for my loved one to walk around confidently, and I feel that the staff did not watch the residents as much as I would have liked.

I've been to a lot of assisted living facilities over the past 7 years, and I didn't know that a place could exist that did not look or seem like an assisted living facility. This is a "Four Seasons Resort" compared to everything else I've experienced with my mom, which would be "The Best Western". It's a choice. The benefits are way beyond anything I've ever seen in this industry.

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my Mother. This community is huge and beautiful. I went here several times to look at it and the person who gave me the tour was so sweet. It is a new facility and if she didn’t know the answer to one of my questions, she got back to me a little later. However, this community is more for the younger and active people. I didn’t pick this facility because it just didn’t fit our needs. I would recommend this facility to other families.

HarberChase has been wonderful. The people there are very personal and very kind, and they have spent a lot of time training about my loved one's prosthetic. They have been really accommodating with my loved one's physical therapy schedule. The food here is excellent, and I love that it is a smaller community as well. I knew that my loved one would do much better in a smaller community. HarborChse is an excellent place, and I'd recommend it to others.

Beautiful new community. Spacious living areas, plenty of amenities, lovely decor. Only drawback is that there are only two 2 bedroom units at this facility.

During the recent Hurricane Irma I was privileged to observe first hand how the extremely dedicated Care Partners and caring Management Staff made the most of every opportunity to insure the health, safety and well being of each and every resident. This despite the extreme circumstances ( at times no power, no A/C, no phone, cable TV or internet, etc.). With over 300 people in the building at various times, this daunting challenge was more than met by an extremely capable staff, management and nursing team, and an Executive Director who stayed at the property for over a week, as did many other managers! Care for the residents, both assisted living and memory care was indeed Job #1. Ask yourself, in any future major storm, would you want your loved one at other place other than HarborChase of Sarasota? I think not!

The care at this community is great. We like the staff and the cleanliness of the community. The menu is nice and very appealing. The staff does try and get her to participate. We would recommend the care and the value of this community to other families for good care for a loved one.

This is a beautiful and clean community. We toured this community and we were happy with the staff and environment. The menu and the activities would have been helpful for my mom. The community is small but very nice. We would recommend this community for the care and value for a loved one.

The facility was just beautiful when I toured! We could not choose this facility because it was not close enough to the family home, but I would not have had much of a problem placing my loved one here!

I had the pleasure of visiting with the team at HarborChase of Palm Beach Gardens, and I have to say they were very welcoming and made me feel right at home. Although the community is not open yet, they have beautiful staging areas where you can see the fabrics and finishes that are being used in the community. Great location!

[Removed], Raised the bar, her experience and working knowledge of senior was most impressive. Without question This is a Michelin Five Star location. There was nothing omitted ; The building is incredible,[Removed] has excellent knowledge of various senior options. Knowing how to play in the sandbox.

Clean, well designed apartment, great dining, and a friendly, caring staff that makes this feel like home...but with the support services my mom needs. Best of all worlds for her!!

The staff seem to be encouraging and they have been able to get mom to eat more. She has not yet participated in any of the activities offered. I feel she is getting use to living here and has started to make friends. They keep the community clean and I would recommend it.

So far we happy with my in laws being here. I thought the staff were great. The communication is good with us. I was pleased with how all things were handled when we went to visit them. We liked the idea that they would be together and their dog was allowed to move in too. The best fit for their situation is here.
