Great experience in the memory department. Staff/management was very accommodating and helpful. This one is at the top of my list for my mother.

I visited Harbor Chase with with best friend to visit her mother. This place is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and always has a smile on their face. My friend was telling me that there was recently a change in management. She stated that it was needed change because things were not getting done. I asked her mother what she liked that best about her home, she stated activities. She told that the ED climbed on the roof to fix the AC unit on one Sunday. I was impressed to hear how wonderful this is. I will be sure to tell my friends about Harborchase of Southlake.

The staff has been excellent in helping my husband adjust to new surroundings The lobby is beautiful and relaxing. Meals are great. I am feeling we made the right choice for his care

Harbor Chase is a wonderful place to live ! They have compassionate , trained employees that work diligently to make sure every need is meet ! Their managers are eager to assist you , and are ready to answer any questions you have! I visit the location near Preston Rd, frequently and I’m always greeted and welcomed with a friendly smile! Love just stopping by and checking in and visiting!

I have been in the Senior Living Industry for over 11 years. When it comes to caring for our seniors, I know what is good and not so good! I visit Harbor Chase Coral Springs several times a month and can tell you from the moment you walk in, you are greeted professionally and kindly. As you walk thru, you see how well they care for their residents. There is a lot of TLC going on and many activities that keep the residents engaged. If you want a family feel, a cozy, extremely clean environment, choose this community...I would honestly place my parents here. Take it from me, I've seen them all and NONE can top Harbor Chase Coral Springs!

We booked an anniversary dinner party in the private dining room. We could not have been more pleased with the meal, the service, the beautiful room, the hospitality or the price. It was beyond expectations. It rated 6 stars out of the 5.

We toured this facility. Its new and bright. The memory care unit and staff are very helpful and seem to care about their program. My husband has been there 2 weeks and so far very positive. The food is very good they even had an outdoor picnic. I would recommend

This facility is stunningly beautiful. The buildings are located conveniently close to all things Orlando. I happened to be touring during a presentation by the resident sous chef in his glamorous presentation kitchen. The facility would seem to be well suited to someone wanting the ability to transfer from active living to assisted living to full time care without having to move to other parts of the city.

Mom is doing well and is happy and safe there. She has dementia, so she’s in the memory care unit and the staff there is helpful and so friendly. I’m so glad we chose HarborChase

It is perfect! Everyone is overly friendly including the residents. It seems like love ?? is infectious at Harbor Chase.

New facility, clean and nicely decorated. Staff very friendly, menu looks good, outdoor areas clean and soothing, units are of average size and thoughtfully laid out.

I am sure it will be as beautiful and caring as all the other HarborChase communities.

Our mother was extremely reluctant to give up her beautiful home and relocate to an Assisted Living facility. The management and staff at Harbor Chase have, from her arrival, been welcoming, kind, engaging, and helpful. As time has passed she has become very comfortable and happy, largely due to an attentive, caring staff, friendly residents, a lovely apartment, a large outdoor courtyard which she frequents several times a day, and an attractive and well run facility. She has found a new home. We are well aware that difficult challenges lie ahead, and hopefully, Harbor Chase can meet her needs for years to come. We have seen a fair amount of turnover, and what appears to be some understaffing, especially in the dining room. We have heard that in the Memory Care unit, understaffing is also an issue but do not have first hand experience with that unit. It is difficult for people to stick with low paying jobs in a competitive labor market. But people must go where they can make the most money and that appears to be a factor in the turnover. The new chef at Harbor Chase has infused the dining room with energy and delicious fare and, we are told, is a delightful personality. We are aware that regulations and rules dictate many policies. Knowing that having a purpose in life is essential to all our well being, we wish the residents had more opportunities to engage in activities that better the lives of both Harbor Chase residents and, indeed, the Sarasota community at large. We, as family members, would be very willing to participate in, and support, such activities. All in all, it has been a very positive move for our mother, and our family, and we are grateful to Harbor Chase. We look forward to continuing to be partners in our mother's care and participating members of the Harbor Chase community. Please understand that I never rate companies for doing a great job...But I must take a moment to share my story with the world. [Name removed] was an angel when it came to helping me and my family selecting a place for my mother. [Name removed] worked closely with us, she answered every question that we had and not only did she explain it but she showed us how the program work. Here is what Mrs. [name removed] did, when we brought our mom to visit the facility. Our mom was in the state of mind that we were throwing her away or placing her in a place where she would not be well taken care of... so when we showed up my mom began to cry... and Mrs. [name removed] met our mom and simply gave our mom a hug. Mrs. [name removed] hug was like the hug you received from your mom as a child which make you feel safe and warm. I knew we had chosen the right place. With a Caring Angel " Mrs. [name removed]. I recommend this place and would tell anyone it was a blessing that our family was brought to Harbor Chase. I visit this Community on a weekly basis. I work for a local Home Health Company. Sabal Palms is beautiful! Very Clean, and no bad smells! I have some of their Residents during an Activity, they looked like they were having fun, very engaged. I have also been there during meal time, and the food looks and smells delicious! I would definitely recommend Sabal Palms to anyone looking for Assisted Living.

By far a great place for mom , dad or any loved one in your family. Staff is always there to help with everything and anything.

Wow! What a gorgeous community. I have been to many properties and this by far is the best I have seen for size, color scheme, location and friendliness. The pricing is very competitive as well. If you have a loved one who needs assistance or memory care, go see Sabal Palms.
