The Orchard at Arlington Highlands is an awesome place! This community is extremely quiet, as well as centrally located which is something that I like the most about this community

I currently live at Album Quail Springs and overall everything has been great for me here. The staff is very nice. The facility is kept clean. It's a very nice place, I just miss transportation like I had at my previous facility. I would definitely like to have transportation to appointments. I don't have a car and this would help very much. Others have commented on this, too. I think most of the residents would be willing to pay some each month to have transportation. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Communication is okay, but could be better.

Our family had an in person tour with Alders Rockwall and we thought the tour experience was great. What we saw of this community was really nice.

What we like the most about the TerraBella Sugarloaf community is the friendliness of the staff as well as their helpfulness. They also prepare delicious meals for the residents, and the residents are nice too. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

A Place for Mom was helpful with in securing my parents a beautiful home. Overture Ridgmar is a wonderful community. The neighbors came by and knocked to Introduce themselves. There is a monthly community calendar of events. Social times and more. My parents feel at home and are glad they relocated.

It was close to our son and felt we did not need some of the options offered at other places at this time. Definitely book an apartment. People are very friendly. Would definitely recommend it There are all the shops close by, and Restaurants if you want to go out. Can walk to many places People are extremely friendly. There is a hairdresser in the building.

Management changed right after we moved in. I'm still waiting to see if that will be positive. The lady who helped us move in was wonderfully. She is no longer here.

I toured Avidor Edina Apartment Homes during my search for Independent Living for my loved one. I really liked this facility. It's gorgeous and the gal who runs it is very professional. If I could afford it, I would move there myself. However, they didn't have the type of room or care that we were looking for.

Parasol living blends luxury living with many amenities. The lounge is so well appointed and provides a warm and friendly atmosphere for the residents activities. There are multiple choices of apartment designs, one and 2 bedroom, all are well designed. If you’re ready for fun coupled with beautiful surroundings, come to Parasol Melbourne.

Our family had an in person tour with Overture Sugar Land and I thought the experience and the community as a whole was a great experience, but the location was just not the best for me.

I've been a resident almost 2 years and have enjoyed my stay. The facilities and the grounds are kept clean. The staff is nice and has been accommodating. The mechanical department personnel is outstanding when it comes to fulfilling repair requests.

We are very happy we found Parasol. The staff is great and very helpful. The amenities and activities make living here so enjoyable. The friends we've made are the best part of our days and evenings.

I am a new resident at Parasol Melbourne and had to downsize from a much larger home with a huge pool and I was used to having my Family (Children and Grand Children) come and visit from time to time having large gatherings, I am a Chef so everyone can't wait for Nana to cook and just enjoy Family Time, I just could not imagine living in a 2 Bedroom, but after talking it over with my Husband and meeting the staff here at Parasol Melbourne and checking out the facility and all that it has to offer the decision was made and I believe that I made the right choice.

I am totally impressed with the staff and how nice they are. From our first meeting and the showing of the apartments till actually moving in everything was just as they said it would be. And I am giving a shout-out to leasing consultant [name removed] who is awesome at her job.

I am excited about my stay here. [name removed] have been more then attentive and professional. He is always eager to assist in whatever needs the occupant may have. Sometimes I feel like a pest but [name removed] always ensure me I am not and he is here to help. The staff have been welcoming and supportive under the tutelage of [name removed]. I will continue to enjoy my stay here and the clubhouse activities.

We had a great tour experience with Overture Ridgmar. The facility is beautiful, apartments are beautiful and the staff were all extremely friendly. This is a 55+ community so there are no meals served. My loved one is 96 and was not going to be cooking every day and did not need to be ordering out. It was a great place, but just did not fit our needs.

We are so happy with this community. The residents and staff are wonderful. There are activities all day long to keep the residents engaged and socializing with each other. The maintenance team is quick to respond to requests. The management team has been very easy to work with. There is a full kitchen and washer and dyer in the apartment.

The management is very good. The facility is very nice, clean, well managed & many amenities provided.

My mom moved into Sommerset in [date removed]. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and how attentive and helpful they have been. My mom has the meal option, and enjoys a several-course served meal each night of tasty food. She loves conversing with the other residents at her table. This has been a great independent living arrangement.

I am very satisfied with all of the services provided by the Sommerset Retirement Community. They are second to none!
