The staff know my name and greet me each time. They offer activities that appeal to me and are flexible with my schedule to welcome new residents. The repairman is prompt in repairing any problem with my apartment. The residents enjoy the food and special meals for hoherlidays. There are religious meetings, bingo and trivia get togethers are offered. I have enjoyed my porch for enjoying the nature. The building is kept clean. It has been a joy to live here for five years.

Environment is very pristine; and staff and residents are very friendly. Response to maintenence requests are completed in a very timely and efficient manner. The front desk staff is very professional and very friendly. The overall ambiance is one of peace and tranquility. The location is great.....tucked away away between beautiful trees and shrubs in a very inviting neighborhood. Numerous events/activities are arranged on a monthly basis to meet the varied interests of residents. Highly recommend the Sommerset as a wonderful 55+ Community!

I received all the comfort of home at a place so liveable. Their amenities all are faveted as Great. The food, yum, yum, their services are too rewarding. I'm so relaxed living here for close by are grocery stores, restaurants, and big box stores

Moved to Summerset over two years ago, and this was the best choice that I’ve ever made. I’m 95, and I enjoy each moment being here. Ideal place to complete my last miles of this my earthly journey.Happy Happy! Joy Joy!

We came to Sommerset this past spring out of necessity due to my mom's failing health and inability to stay in her two story home. After researching a few places, we made the appointment with Wendy and she was very kind to my mom and showed her several ground floor units. I kept telling my mom it was HER choice in a retirement home but immediately we could tell she felt welcome and liked the warm and friendly environment. Not only has my mom's health improved, she has gained many new friends and is the Bingo queen every week. My mom now calls Sommerset "home" and that is truly the best experience we could have wished for.

My mother relocated here from upstate New York after much discussion with my brother and I. I live locally and when I toured this community I knew it would be the place for mom. Mom subsequently toured at a later date and felt the same. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the dining hall offers an incredible social experience as well as fantastic cuisine and the overall group activities really helped my mom get acclimated to her new home. We are very grateful to Somerset for providing our mother with safe, warm surroundings. Thank you!

We chose TerraBella Sugarloaf because it just really felt like it was the best option around based off for others that we looked at. The others felt depressing or smelled, but Terrabella was very bright and clean. When I called my brother to tell him this was the place and he asked why and I told him that this is a facility that I would want to be in when I get older. The staff have all been super upbeat, friendly and welcoming. They are also excellent with communication to the family. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.

I am a resident at Sommerset Retirement community and everyone seems so friendly and the monthly expense is what I can afford.

The main deciding factor for us when picking Overture Cary is that it is only independent living and 55+. There is no meals and dining here but there are a few activities included in the monthly rent and we would recommend Overture Cary to other families.

Overall, a great living experience! The residents are very friendly. The staff is friendly though not always pro-active. The Alders-Rockwall has a lot of activities for the residents. There are a lot of amenities - Theater, salon, pub, tool shed, library, workout room, pool & spa, laundry room with plus size washers & dryers. The public area are spacious & well maintained. The apartments are spacious with 12 foot ceilings and are wheel-chair friendly with wide doorways, king-size toilets & low counter tops. They are carpeted & have hardwood flooring. For a luxury apartment, the included appliances - stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer & dryer, dishwasher - are sub-standard. They are adequate but definitely not "luxury," top-of-the-line. I would recommend Alders to any 62+ adult looking for independent senior living.

There are a few stains on the carpeting in the hallways. We absolutely love it here and the staff is so nice and so helpful.

So many options from floor plans to activities. Great management team that truly want to keep you happy. The location is near shops, restaurants, medical facilities and several highways. The residents are friendly and helpful to all they meet. We love it here and you will too. Stop by and say hello.

The staff is awesome and have enjoyed my first 3 months. If you are looking for a place where you can make life long friendships the Orchards is the best. I just wish I could do a 30 year lease

The only concern I have is the numerous times the power went out. Apparently there is an issue with the grid in our neighborhood.

We are over joyed with our new Director! A resident of 2 1/4 years I plan to stay at Arietta forever. Hoping and praying the rent will be affordable!

FUN Activities are available daily. Repairs/Maintenance work daily. Activities cover a large range of what you want to do! There is always something appealing to all the residents. Handicap accessible. I applaud all personnel that work at the Lynnwood site. They’re professional and listen. Literally, everything is at your fingertips! Gym, Computer Room, Lounges you can reserve for private parties. Friendly RESIDENTS.

I have lived at Alders just over a month. I am so pleased that I chose this friendly home. There are lots of activities. Got to ride on our new van for a ride to the movies! Thanks, [name removed]
