What I like the most about Avidor Edina is the top notch living spaces and activity spaces. Most of the staff cared. I would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones!

[name removed] the manager is awesome, as are the maintenance staff. They are proactive about keeping the units in shape, and they respond quickly if something does need attention.

There have been a lot of staff changes which it can get complicated. However right now they are trying to make up some lost time. We are having issues with the large increased renewal pricing. My hope is that this be resolved for us seniors and fixed income retirees. The facility is beautiful and is what I hope for.

Overture Ridgmar is very clean and well kept inside and out. All are super friendly, helpful and kind. Only one is not so social. Rarely smiles. Meals are not provided daily however they do a monthly pot luck, twice weekly social gathering with food provided. Once weekly omelet breakfast and many, many parties and events with food and fun provided. There are so many! Mom always busy and very nice wood shop that dad uses almost daily. Very large apartments, all bills included. No extra fee for extra person. All Activities provided at no extra cost or fees

What we like the most about Avidor Omaha is the caring and support the residents show each other is something that our family likes about Avidor. We also like all the activities and the encouraging staff.

My mothers loves it there. She would say 5 for everything except the rent went up a lot after the first year. Lots of people left but new ones come. Yes I would recommend the Parasol Melbourne community to other families. The amenities are amazing.

The Orchards at Market Plaza has very caring staff and residents. However, they do have staff turnover. My sister has memory issues, so change of staff caused some issues, hopefully that is stable with the new management company. Otherwise, it was a very good choice for my sister to live there. There are always many daily activities for interaction. I would highly recommend The Orchards at Market Plaza to others.

I am currently a resident at The Orchard at Arlington Highlands and so far it is working out great. The amenities here are awesome. I even have Church to go to on Sundays here, which is the BEST and Bible Study on Wednesdays. This place is a 55+ active community.

It's an active living community. I think it's time to shampoo the carpet on the stairs at the main entrance. Management and staff have been great. They are there until 5PM. There are numbers to call if there are emergencies in your apartment after hours. Then the main doors are closed. Visitors have to be let in by whomever they are visiting. No desk clerk after hours. Overall, the environment is friendly and welcoming. Management responses are quick.

[name removed] and I moved in approximately four months ago into one of their one bedroom apartments. I will tell you it has been an adjustment, but other than that we have loved our experience. Thus far people are very friendly and willing to help you. The maintenance guys are amazing if there's an issue. There are lots of activities and things in which to participate

I came in during a special rate. The rates were lower at the time. They, the staff, are very friendly and kind. The residents too. Apartment are about 720 square feet, 2 bedrooms. Small, but one can make it work.

I’m a Mom and love living here at Albums Quail Springs! One of the most important things for me is to have my children and grandchildren visit and see the beautiful place where I live and the lovely residents who are now dear friends. They know I am happy and safe. The amenities are first class and the activities are numerous. It’s like living on a cruise ship. Visit the expensive places first, then come see our home. We win by a mile. Gotta run, a pop-up happy hour starting. Tell them [name removed] said to stop by for a look see. PS: We’re a good fit for DAD, too.

My happy place is Album at Quail Springs. A Place for Mom help me find my new home. A Place for Mom listen to my needs, budget and my wishes. They arranged tours to places that fit my criteria. It was stress free. After each tour, we discussed my experiences and how I felt about each one. A Place for Mom is a wonderful caring tool to help you find your perfect new home.

It is a wonderful place to live and there are so many things to do and live at Album. First is the friends that you make second is the Album Staff that they treat you with respect and will go out of their way to help whatever the problem you are having third is Becky Hamil who runs every thing in the kitchen and great room that makes living here at Album worthwhile

I am so glad I live here. Things have changed in my life and the support the other people have given me, has been amazing. So many of the other occupants have experienced what I am going through, really understanding. Their support is very much needed at times.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and you have activities, except for Saturday and Sunday. They have transportation within a ten mile radius and no charge. They also do outings, such as trips to grocery stores and restaurants. The move in was easy. The meals are good, but should be more healthy and not seafood so much due to allergies. I would recommend this place to anyone.

All staff and residents at The Pointe Siena Ridge have been very caring and respectful and polite.

The facility is very friendly. Always smiling. I think I have only run into one person that wasn't smiling and helpful. The executive director is exceptional. Housekeeping is very good. There are brochures everywhere weekly of activities. I have been extremely pleased with TerraBella...we haven't started activities yet.

We all love the staff. The food is good, serving 3 square meals a day, Every Day. I would most definitely recommend this facility to others.
