NA for care, none at this location, but they care for you ?? There is no food, but they have pastries in the am 3-5 days a week, & slowly getting better I think with the more people that move in. + have happy hour 3x a week & people bring stuff down & share. I feel they do a good job & the people also putting together joint things as well. I feel it us good for the money. Nice to be a close community.

Active and safe community for those 55 and up. Has so many events to keep people entertained and a variety of options for different interests. Welcoming group with nice staff and the place is kept clean. Couldn't ask for a better place, in fact, a place like this community should be offered everywhere.

Its very nice here. The other residents are very friendly and helpful. They bring a little fresh air to the place. The staff is very nice snd helpful too. They are always pleasant and keep you informed as to whats going on.

All brand new. Friendly staff. They lost the director, sounds like some conflicts with a few things. No care facility, but had an emergency button in hallway we had to use once. They have a continental breakfast a few days a week, just muffins or bengals. Happy Hour three times a week for residents, free drink. Have had a few activities & they were cute. I will rarely high, but still winter months, again brand new has been nice.

It is a great place to live. Close to shops and grocery store and Close to family Lot of activities going on

I moved my mom here November of 2006. She was a resident at The Gardens of Annapolis just a month shy of 18 years. The Gardens is suited for active seniors. Everything is close and conveniently located including grocery stores, restaurants, a CVS, banking, Annapolis Mall and other shopping, and a hospital just a few miles away. Mom didn't drive but she did take advantage of the bus service the Gardens provide to get to and from her doctor's appts. The residents look out for one another which is also a plus. Monthly calendars are posted with fun activities and events. It is a secure facility. The buildings are very well maintained both inside and out. The parking lots are well lit and everything is walker and wheelchair accessible, including their private bus. The management staff is also second to none! They are never too busy to help a resident or answer questions from family. Each apt has its own private balcony. Moving Mom to The Gardens was the best thing we ever did for her!

When I walk into Sommerset I had a good feeling. Everyone was so nice. I felt like I was home.

Staff are great! Always ready to answer questions and help. Apartment is professionally cleaned weekly. People we have met are friendly. Lots of activities, frequent trips off campus for dr, shopping,movies,dining, etc Food is good too!

This is a great place to live for all people 55 and older. They have all kinds of activities if you want to join in them. There's no pressure if you don't. They put a calendar out every month so you know what is coming up. There are pot luck dinners and brunches and cooking with a chef, exercise classes food truck on certain Fridays. Lots of things to do. I love it here.

I would tell them that so far this has been a very quiet and peaceful community, which is something I really appreciate. The front office staff are warm, friendly, and accommodating. For the most part, the residents are informed of issues in the community normally in a timely manner. So far, my decision to live here has been a good one.

I am totally happy with my apartment choice. There is safety n quiet but there are multiple activities to be involved with. Great place for active 55+ adults!! Great spot being right next to shopping. I wish there was a grocery store in walking distance but the nearest store is not far away. But I have so many other shopping choice next door.

Most everyone is friendly. The recreation director is so good at what she does, we have something to do most everyday. I feel safe here. The upkeep of the property is kept very well. There are locked gates & doors, we have a committee to plan our activities for the month, there is something for everyone.

They do a great job of maintaining physical structure, always clean, rapid response to any maintenance issue, secure. The apartment sizes and the amenities offered here are great! I highly recommend The Orchard at Arlington Highlands.

I can't say enough about the staff here they are so accommodating for anything that you might need with your apartment or any kind of questions that you have about things going on in the building or you know the Activity Director she puts out a calendar every month and boy is it packed full of things for you to pick to do or you can do all of them I mean it's great it really is I love this place and any of my friends and family that come a lot of times they bring food in and we sit downstairs and have lunch in the down in the dining room and all and it's just it's just so nice I can't tell you enough about Directors they also have just been so helpful and in every way for me and my husband thank you so much I hope to see you here sometime come take a tour believe me you'll love it

I find Sommerset to be a very nice place to live. The apartment I live in is very comfortable. It is cleaned weekly and the bed linens are washed and returned. The food is quite good for a facility like Sommerset. There are numerous activities, trips and weekly entertainment.

My experience has been extremely pleasant working with the knowledgeable office staff! I feel very comfortable knowing my loved one will enjoy living at such a beautiful community! The amenities are top notch too!

It is a great value for seniors who are able to live independently. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful and the response time her request is immediate. I highly recommend Gardens Of Annapolis .

The Point is an Excellent place for those 55 and older. I highly recommend this place. It's easy to live there plus you get to meet people and build new relationships. Plus they offer a variety of events and there is always something to do. It is a very friendly community. I to plan to live there. In addition you never have to go far to name brand stores and restaurants. It's simply beautiful. I always tell others about this place The Point of Siena Ridge.

The staff here at Overture has been very helpful and courteous. The apartment sizes are good, I really have no complaints about the experience. I would definitely recommend Overture Stone Oak to others looking for retirement living.

Friendly very informative, answered all my questions. Apartment sizes are compatible with others we have rented. This is a great choice.
