Friendly helpful staff. My mother is well taken care of. She participates in all the game activities. Room is well taken care of, clean & cozy. My mom is as happy as possibly could be here.

We have really enjoyed our time with colonial gardens. great staff with great food.

All residents are cared for with dignity and respect. Nobody is left out or forgotten. Very clean facility. Staff cares for residents as if they were their own family.

All of the staff were very caring and attentive to our mother. We thank God for them. There is no better place that could choose for your loved one. They are truly family to us and to our mother.

Our Mother was here for over a year and a half before she passed. The staff were excellent and very loving to Mom from the very beginning. I could see the love she had for them as well. I will be forever grateful to Colonial Gardens.

The staff members at Colonial Gardens - Fort Worth have been there for a very long time which is something our family likes a lot about the community. they are very caring and loving to all the residents. What we like most about the New Hope Assisted Living is the care givers and cleanliness. It is a very home like setting. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Overall we've had a great experience with The Gardens of Castle Hills. All of the staff are very caring except for one of the PCAs. Once I told the director about it though, she was much nicer.

The most satisfying experience with care providers, environment/conditions and food service is excellent. Management is outstanding, ideal cost benefit!

We picked this community, the size. I wanted a small community for my mother so she could have more one on one. The staff and office personnel seemed sincere. I would say go here. I really didn't get to experience this place because my loved one passed.

The best part of my new home is the atmosphere is to my liking and I would like for this to continue to by my permanent home

I have power of attorney for my sister who has mental health issues. My experience as a caregiver is made more difficult because I live 200 miles away. The Gardens of Castle Hills offers different levels of care. My sister has been a resident of the "memory care" section at "The Gardens" for 4-1/2 years. I have always found the building to be clean, the atmosphere pleasant and the staff caring and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility.

Manager is awesome. She responded to any questions 7 days a week and immediately addressed. Very caring towards my mother, spent lots of time with her and assisted my mother with any needs above and beyond. She consistently checked with my mom to see if see needed anything or to just chat. I choose Blossom Care because of her caring and attitude toward the care of residents.

My husband, who has young onset Alzheimer’s has lived atvthe facility four years, since age 63. New management bought the facility, Gave it the name Gardens at Castle Hills, and have created an excellent, home-like facility. Staff is loving, friendly, and well-trained. The Activities Director creates ongoing engaging experiences for residents and their families. Furthermore, the food is excellent and beautifully prepared. Not as important, but a wonderful feature, is the beautiful grounds.

We picked this community, because of the way that they were able to intect and deal with my loved one. My advice to other families, is to ask lots of questions, and get all the information that is needed. Overall, they are awesome.

I moved my 88 year old dad here about a year ago. I am so thankful for the kindness and care The Gardens provides on a daily basis. The caregivers, chef, nursing staff, owners all know him and take good care of him. Love this place!

The Gardens is just wonderful! Their staff absolutely treats my Mom like family, and are always available to help the family with any needs. Mom felt at home right away. I’m so thankful for everyone who works there!
