Tour went well. Very nice community with great people. Everything looked nice and clean.

My tour of the Whispering Creek went great. The place is very clean and well maintained. Everyone was very nice, it all came down to location.

My mother has really gotten involved in the many activities and events they offer at this community. They have great holiday parties and allow the residents to volunteer around the facility if they please to stay active. Her favorite thing to do right now is the bean bag baseball and help take care of the plants around the entire building. They offer a great breakfast in the morning and always have a hot delicious meal prepared for dinner. I am concerned that maintenance has not fixed her dishwasher or her oven since she has made the complaints.

The community is comfortable and so far has been a good fit for my loved one. The staff has been very friendly, they help her up when she needs to get up. They take her to appointments whenever needed. We have not heard her complain about this place. She is making new friends and has her own little group at her lunch table.

The staff was very delightful and nice and answered all of my questions. The dining area from what I saw was big and nice. The staff was really good about assisting the residents. It looked like they offer a good amount of activities. The only thing that made me not go here was that you would have to walk underground. That can be hard when your loved one is in a wheelchair.

The community was in the process of expanding the Alzheimer's unit, so they are currently under construction. The staff that offered the tour were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to address all of my questions.

Very nice & pretty. A little more expensive. Bigger apts & very nice. Repainted and carpet each resident. Great guide, spent an hour with me. 1 meal a day & continental breakfast but full kitchens. Meals looked good but didn't try. Cost for transport to Dr. other transport included. Buy in and cleaning fee when you leave, both pricey. People looked happy and staff friendly.

Loved it. Seems perfect except a little further away from my daughter than I was hoping for and a bit higher in price.

Silvercrest Garner was a wonderful community. The apartment we viewed was much larger and nicer than we expected. The staff were very kind and addressed all of my concerns. They offered activities for the residents and they kept the community very clean. We didn't choose Silvercrest because it was a bit far for our family to visit.

I did a tour of this community. It was close to home i liked that it was affordable. The food was perfect it was also very family oriented. This community was definitely something to consider for the future.

My parents are staying at a nice community. The staff are doing a fine job providing care for my parents. The meals that are served seem to be good for my parents. The community is clean and kept up for residents and guests.

My in laws are doing well since moving into Arvada Estates. The staff have answered our questions and are very helpful. They like the food and they have a good variety to choose from. There are a lot of activities for the residents to enjoy. This community gets my recommendation.

Ben and the staff are very friendly and helpful with questions. We moved my dad in on a holiday weekend but were still able to get things set up and started for him. The food service is slow but delicious. It would be helpful if the transportation service ran a little later in the day but we are able to work around that. After a two week period my dad seems to be fitting in fine.

We really like this community. Everyone is very nice and friendly. The community and our room is very nice. They do a very good with keeping everything nice and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. They are always there when we need some help. There are nice activities offered. We love the meals, the dining area is really nice. Overall we are happy and I would recommend it.

We are very happy with them so far. We don't have any complaints at this point. It's clean and the staff has been friendly.

It is a beautiful facility, but not the right fit for my Mom. They have great activities, but my Mom has dementia, so she could not really participate in the activities. I think the facility for assisted living is outstanding. The food is very good and the gym was nice. For what they say they are, I think they are a great facility. It would be a great fit for someone that did not need the level of care that my Mom does.

The staff is great. This is a beautiful facility. It is has lots of light and it is a calming serene atmosphere. They keep the residents very active and engaged. Great place.

Was a very nice setting with nice apartments but too expensive and too far from Omaha.

The thing I noticed most about this community was the rooms with floor to ceiling windows. Some had decks. Lots of light. The staff member who gave me a tour seemed very eager to point out all the positives to me based on some of my comments. I was invited back for lunch which I shall take advantage of the invitation. one negative . it is located some distance from the family I have in the Des Moines area

This place has had some growing pains, but my mom is really happy, she has made friends with the other women that live there and that is really important. There have been changes with the management staff which was unnerving to me, but the Executive Director and Nurse are very responsive to any issues and do a good job of communicating to me what is going on with my mom. I know that everyone in this place has their eyes on my mom to make sure that she is safe and involved in activities. The ED has been very responsive to all of my concerns and I finally feel like someone is staying on top of people to make sure they get the job done, bottom line.
