It is a very friendly community at The Montclair. Everyone I have met with is friendly and they seem content. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is very well-maintained and clean. The staff is very welcoming to our family members when we come to visit. They gave us meal vouchers when we moved my mom in so I have dined there with my mom. The food is good, they do offer choices if you don't like what is being served. When my mom first moved in the staff encouraged my mom to participate in the activities. Now she is comfortable enough to know what activities she wants to do and knows where to go if she wants to join in. There are several different areas to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine or shade. They have nice walking trails to get some exercise. They offer transportation to shopping and other trips and tours. It is a very nice place. The maintenance staff is very friendly. They are pet-friendly so she has her little dog. She likes her apartment which she is still getting settled into. Moving from a three bedroom house into a small apartment is quite an adjustment. But I am pleased that she is happy and doing well.

This community was equally as nice as most of the other ones we had visited. The location was not ideal for my dad it is located near a shopping mall and is in a busy area with lots of restaurants and stores which would be fine for someone who is active but that does not fit my dad's personality. The community was fine though very clean looks good. They had a nice pool which the residents could use. The staff we met were friendly and very nice. They offered a lot of activities and services but many of them my dad would not take advantage of so it was not worth it.

The community I picked out for myself is very nice. It is mostly for resident who are independent with some assistance. They are in a good location for me to be close to my family and I enjoy so much that is here for us. It is kept clean, plenty of activities, and very good staff.

I was very pleased with my tour here, the staff did a great job showing me around and answering my questions. They seem to have a lot of nice amenities for their residents and the staff was very friendly. They did have a studio available but my mother was looking for a 1 bedroom.

I had a tour with the community and I liked how nice the community was. They had the big size room I wanted and my dog was allowed in too but they were too expensive for me. I had to look at other options.

This looked like a nice community when we visited. The people we met were nice and helpful. We did not like that the assisted living was in a separate building. There would have been to much walking for us.

My dad moved in about a month ago. It was just opening and at the time there were about 16 residents there. It is nice and everything in the community is all brand new. He is in the independent side and he is happy and loving the place.

On the tour we saw that there were things that were okay but not as much to do here. The apartments are more compact and not large enough for two people.

We liked this community when we visited. The people we met were friendly and knowledgeable. They seemed to offer a lot of nice amenities and they allow pets. This community did not offer the type of skilled nursing care my love done needed.

Independent apts nicest I have seen..only two meals..very nice facility

The staff were very helpful with getting mom transitioned into the community. She likes the food and they do offer some daily activities. She likes her apartment and the community is kept immaculate. The community does seem to have quite a few residents with memory issues so it is not always as active as she would like. I would recommend taking a look at this community to see if it would work for your loved one.

I thought this was a pretty good community when I visited. The people I met were nice and they do offer some nice amenities. This community was a little farther away than what I was looking for.

I have no complaints about the stay my mother has been having so far at this community. She has been loving it and enjoying all of the great amenities they have to offer. She has been liking all of the nutritious meals as well as the activities with the other residents. We are very happy and would recommend this place to anyone .

I am doing very well since my move to woodlands Creek. I just came back from a resident council meeting and following that, we are going to go see a singer that comes in every month. We have a lot of activities at all times, they keep us very busy around here. It has been a really good experience so far.

When we toured The Fountains, I noticed that the place was very big. We were looking for something smaller and moire homelike. The staff was all friendly and the place was nice, but it was not what we were looking for.

The Solana Dear Park would have been a great choice. They had options to make the first month financial situation easier, but the mother had liked another community that was a better fit for her than this one.

My daughter, and grandson toured this community for my father, and his needs. They were very impressed with their tour. This community has a very good reputation. My friends grandmother lives here, and she loves it. The location is very convenient. Unfortunately they had a three month waiting list.

I really liked the Arvada Estates. The place was kept up very well and had everything my mother would have needed. Everyone was very friendly. The thing my mother did not like was how far it was from where she was currently living.

They were all good and very helpful and tried their best to show us how great they are. There was nothing bad about the place. It was all very nice. They had a community fee of $1500, not what I expected.

Very impressed. Would still be a choice when and if resume search due to location general feeling of apt. living not nursing home.
