There is actually an owner on site everyday. They have been responsive to my loved one's needs.

Has been a good place for our loved one. Many options has allowed our loved one to settle in nicely and make it like home. Food options are improving over time, more options more selections. Needs more fresh vegetable and fruits options. Activities are improving as well and seem to have decent program. Nice facility and kept up and clean. Friendly staff all around. Residents are also quite friendly.

We are very pleased with our decision to move to Legacy Pointe. The facility is clean, most of the staff are friendly. They answer our call pendants promptly. The quality of food is good and the menu offers a variety of choices. The facility we were in previously was much more costly and less space. We now have two bathrooms which is a real plus. Our apt was just remodeled and beautifully done.

The staff is extremely friendly. There lots of activities and outings. Beautiful campus and location!

I chose Deer Park Village because of all of the activities and amenities that are provided for residents. The apartment sizes are adequate, they have several different models to choose from and it works out very well. The people here are outstanding, my loved one was in assisted living for a while and they were phenomenal over there. The only downfall is the dining experience, they need more help and covid is not making it easier on them. They have divided the meal times and sometimes they have run out of food or the quality is not as good. We are just now getting back to more people eating at once, but they still need help. Overall I would recommend them to others looking.

[name removed] the life guidance counselor made the experience fantastic. We had 2 caretakers that were amazing, but others that were concerning. The thing I was not anticipating was the additional care that we would have to bring in as her Alzheimer's progressed. I had to work with off site agencies to come in and provide extra care even though we were paying so much for her to be here. Towards the end we benefitted from the fact that she qualified for hospice, the care got much better after that and we were thankful for that. We are still dealing with back billing and there has been a lot of turnover so there has been issues with communication. They had an activities calendar, but whenever we went to visit it did not seem like they were doing many of those. I would just tell others to make sure to account for when or if your loved ones Alzheimer's progresses, you will have to bring in extra care and that was something that was not explained to me in the beginning.

This was a nice community, it was not as clean as another community that I was looking at. I liked the dinning area a lot and they gave a lot of information on the tour. However, my mother- in law was at another community and I felt like they would be better together.

This was a good community for your loved one. I liked everything about it but one thing. I did not like the medicine distribution process. Everything else about this community was good to go and I have recommended it to others. They had activities like arts and crafts and holiday activities, games and more for the residents to do to stay busy in the community.

Our family had an in person tour and it is a very nice community but for us it was harder to get to, and the parking situation was not the most ideal so we thought it would be harder for our family to come visit. The conversation with the executive director was wonderful, they seemed to be very accommodating but in terms of the community itself, it just felt a little more confined.

The Landings Senior Living community feels more like a hotel or apartment complex, it does not feel institutional. The activities right now are a little limited just due to the covid restrictions, but based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to others.

This was a nice community. It was a little more expensive. There was just another community that worked better for my loved one.

We had a good tour at Woodlands Creek. I felt like they wanted to understand and accommodate the unique needs of each individual. I thought the tour was very informative.

The community is very clean and setting all the covid restrictions aside the activities provided for the residents are wonderful. Something we specifically liked for our loved one is their upper deck view, it is just breathtaking. The outdoor space is wonderful and a great place to relax.

I felt really good about the community. This community was a bit to far away from where I wanted my loved ones to be. They are still driving and we wanted them to be in an familiar area without the highway.

We looked at several different places and we liked Atria the best because the apartments were more functional and nice and we also liked the staff and activities that they provided. They do have a new executive director and he has been fantastic and has done wonderful things already in the short time that he has been here. I would recommend them to others looking.

This is an average community. They provide good care in memory care for my loved one. The food can be bland, but has a lot of variety for the residents to choose from. The community allows cats and dogs.

My loved one has been there for three months and we have been pleased with the care they are receiving. We would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The food is excellent, they have a lot of fish options, and good vegetables that aren't overdone. The menu is diverse. Some of the activities include card games, bingo, live entertainment, and more for the residents to choose from. The activities director is very engaged with the residents and trying to get them involved in the activities offered.

Everyone is really nice. It seems to be a really nice place, with a good layout, and lots of things to offer. The residents seem really happy. They always greet each other and us. No one looks miserable like we've seen at other places. It seems like everyone is pretty independent, just like the community name says. It seems more like a hotel than a nursing home. I really have nothing negative to say. Her apartment is small but pretty nice, and it seems to have everything that she needs.

I would recommend the community for someone who is fairly independent. There is a struggle in keeping the cleaning staff for the resident's rooms. It was almost one month before my loved one had another staff member to assist the cleaning on the entire floor of the resident's rooms. My loved one likes the food sometimes.
