Overall it is a very well run community in all aspects. I cannot think of any improvements for them at this time. My loved one is quite happy there. It is a wonderful place.

They do everything well. We picked this community, because they have large rooms, it's clean, and friendly. The offer activiites, such as; exercise, lap pool, bingo and cards, cooking, woodworking, and cross stitch.

It's a great community! The only thing is that my loved one has just been moved up to level 4 care and we are trying to figure out how often he is looked into. I think our expectations were too high for frequency. We have to remember that it is an Assisted Living facility. They offer all kind of daily games, such as; Bingo, cards, foam ball bowling, balloon volleyball, live singing, church and bible studies, ice cream party's on Fridays and Sundays, Happy Hour with adult beverages, and live animals come every few months like a petting zoo. They have movie nights in the activity room.

My loved one likes the food. They have a lot of activities available, but my loved one does not participate.Overall, it's pretty expensive. We picked this communty, because my loved one liked the food, avalability, and it was a convient location. The staff seems to be outstanding. I would recommend to other families.

What really stood out to us at first was the friendliness of the staff members and their follow up. We have already recommended this community to other families and we will continue to do so.

We feel grateful to have Mom at The Bridge. It has been a good place for her. It's clean and neat. From what we can see, they're taking care of her and doing what they said they would do in our interview. Mom tells me that the food is good aside from the fact that they don't really serve a lot of vegetables.

Other than the walk way being exposed to the elements - for example on windy days if you in the walk way it can be chilly and since the flooring is concrete if it rains there is a chance of it freezing. However besides that it is a very nice community and everybody there is so friendly. We have already recommended this community to other families and we will continue to do so.

I've appreciated the attitude of the staff. They've given me the image of this is really my home and they truly seem to serve us in ways that make me feel t home. I', basically an independent spirit. I choose to do what I can for myself and I feel I am allowed to do so here. I am allowed the freedom of doing for myself of what I can and getting help for what I need. Thank you.

Both the administration and care personnel are competent, compassionate, and affirmative. We are very well cared for and also entertained. Residents are respected, the building is safe. The company is outstanding.

What we really like about The Bridge at Inverrary is the warmth of the staff. Our family experienced this from day one when we met with the director [name removed]. Also, the facilities are clean and cheerful.

They do everything well. Especially all of the employees. They are all amazing. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for their services. We toured several places. The Bridge by far was the cleanest and "happiest" place. The most important part was they worked hard to adjust to accommodate my loved ones special needs and I feel she is safe and well cared for there. I feel they go above and beyond and treat residents like family.

The Team at Highland Cove is outstanding. They truly care about the residents there. The community is clean and inviting. The food is delicious. Feels like home. I highly recommend Highland Cove!!

The place is amazing! We have recommended it to several people. I would move in myself!

They said my loved ones did not qualify or maybe that they don't offer the program that allows then to go on State assistance when their money runs out. This location would have worked out great for us. They were all very courteous and we got to try the meals.

I gave a 5 because each time I talk to our resident , she tells me a different story about how well she is treated . Whether it is the new activity that she was involved in , like I would've never imagined her playing corn hole ! She talks about how delicious and satisfying the meals are . The cleaners that come on a regular basis to vacuum, clean the bathroom, and help her by washing her bedding and putting it back on. She commented on how nice the man that drives her to appointments is to her and how he always speaks when he sees her. She says if there is any problems with her room the staff addresses them right away , or refers the problem to maintenance. Every staff member that she interacts with is constantly making sure that she is well taken care of. Over all I'm sure that she is happy that this was the facility that she chose because of the reasonable rate per month and all of the amenities provided. As she has told us , she wishes that she had come there after her husband passed away 11 years ago instead of going to an apartment of her own

My mom loved the staff and residents. Engaging community. Good food. Made friends quickly. Very disappointed it was flooded by hurricane Ian and will not reopen until June 2023.

We had a very good experience. The Director was awesome. Admissions was wonderful in following up with our loved one and family. The care services were very good and the communication with the family was wonderful. There were three meals a day served to the residents and there were choices for the residents to choose from.
