We really like all the staff at The Bridge at Hickory Woods, they are really good there

We haven't had any issues so far, when mom wasn't up for meals they brought them up to her and have always made sure mom is okay. Overall the community is very clean. My mom loves it there and has recommended the community to other people. They have a library, were you can read and do puzzles. The residents receive 3 meals a day plus there is a full kitchen in her room. They have a chef in the main kitchen and most items are homemade, with many choices to choose from. They ask residents for what items they want to eat that might not be on the menu and will add it to the menu, there are waitress that come to the table and take your order and all the food is made to order. We really like that her room is like a whole apartment with a step in shower. She really enjoys being in this community. The community is out in the country, open area and safe. They have transportation for the residents to get to doctors, they have trip to the stores like target and other day trips.

I only toured 3 or 4 other facilities, but this was the only place that interviewed my mother and then had a buddy system where they found someone with similar interests who could show her around and help her get acclimated to the facility. We absolutely love it so far. The staff have been more than great. They have a wonderful selection of activities, more than any other place that I toured. They have a salt water pool, happy hours every Friday, a bistro where they can all get together, etc. They even have a van to take the residents out and about. When you walk down the hallways where the residents rooms are, in front of each persons room is a little cubby area that they are able to decorate and personalize as they please. It is so cool so that way you can get an idea of who that person is and what their life is all about. The experience has been very personalized, I would recommend Inn at Garden Plaza without a doubt.

We had a great tour experience at The Bridge at Lawrenceville - this facility was our second choice. the only downfall was that it had elevators, so my loved one gave it a hard no.

The cost, size of apartment, friendliness and they had good food. The staff communication is friendly and helpful to the residents.

My loved one wanted to move into the community; however, the community wasn't able to accommodate my loved one's health concerns. This community felt very secure for residents.

Harbor Place at Port St. Lucie has a high end hotel atmosphere, but also has a very comfortable feeling to it. The apartments are beautiful, my Dad's had been redone - tile, granite, new carpet, and is very roomy for an efficiency apartment. . I would highly recommend Harbor Place for others looking.

My mother just loves everything about it. She's like a new person since she moved there. She really enjoys the friendship and the activities. And she likes the apartment. A unique feature that factored into our decision was the fact they have covered walkways so you don't have to go outside to get to meals, etc.

Staff, security, and recreational activities are great.

Honestly, I would give them 5 for everything so far. I love that place and they work with my sister who can be a little surly and unpleasant at times. I have had nothing but a very good experiences. I am very happy with The Bridge at Inverrary community.

Highland Cove has management that is committed to assuring quality service to all who come here. They make every effort to get what the residents need and want. The food is good. The director hired an excellent dinning director. The sales director works tirelessly to find new people needing independent living or assisted living. The place looks good most of the time. The activities director goes out of her way to serve the community with interesting things to do. Maintenance is excellent, overseen by a competent handiman. Housekeeping is adequate. Highland Cove has its problems, but staff works with residents to solve problems as they arise.

Have you ever wanted to feel like Norm on cheers? Then this is the place for you. When I came in every one knew my mom it was like visiting with old friends. She loves being here. The girls at the front desk are so helpful. And the facility is lovely. They work hard to keep it that way. And I love going to lunch with her the foods great and I enjoy meeting all her friends.

This place feels like home when you walk in the doors. Everyone is so friendly and has a family feel to the building. They have so many fun activities and the food is like homemade comfort food. The retirement community has an amazing Staff and never feels like a facility.

I have lived at Highland Cove for approximately 7 years. The staff are always so nice and helpful to me. II first lived in IL but have happily transferred to AL. My favorite part of the community is how clean and safe it is. There are places to walk my dog and I know he won’t get hurt.

They treat everyone like family. They remember my name everytime I come, no matter what time of day I come. The food is fabulous! Restaurant quality. The care staff are always attentive to my family's needs.

Highland Cove is a wonderful community here in Salt Lake. Every time I call the front desk is so happy and always willing to go the extra mile. I’m looking forward to moving my parents here. They did a video tour with the Sales Director and they are excited about all the cool stuff they saw on the tour. Dad really liked the Dining Room and menu options

I am a real state agent that specializes in helping seniors. I have seen many senior facilities. Highland Cove is clearly the best that I have ever worked with. The staff is excellent and responsive. The meals are outstanding. The community is the best part of Highland Cove. It doesn't feel like an "old folks" home.

Tons of outdoor space and lots of greenery. All the people that I met were very pleasant and nice to talk to. The places that we looked at are also very cozy and well-kept. The staff that I ran into all had been there for a very long time which means it is a good place to work.

Nutrition: HC’s registered Dietitian and cooks prepare balanced, tasty meals. Grounds: I walk the gorgeous grounds without needing to weed or mow or trim. Director: he has been here two years and leads by example and by serving. Sales: Honest, truthful. No empty promises. Apartments: HC has unique design with more ground level apts than other centers. I was hungry and isolated. Now at Highland Cove I am full, happy, and thriving.

My next-door neighbor moved into Highland Cove in [date removed] I have watched her go from being lonely and depressed to having a full active social life, incredible food, friends that care about her, and most important she’s having fun again! I love this place!
