This is the fourth community my loved one has been in, and this is by far the best community they have been in. My loved one is interacting more than I have seen my loved one when at the past communities. The Bridge has been able to assist with setting up physical therapy. My loved one is using a walker for the first time without assistance, and this is due to the follow up of the caregivers and other staff members. While visiting I have always seen the residents happy. This makes the family happy to see our loved one engaged and happy and socializing. All the staff members have been very engaged with my loved one, other residents and victors.

The staff at Heatherwood Retirement Community is amazing. Everyone knows your name. They have a variety of activities. My mother is thrilled here. She's happy again. They have Independent and Assisted Living at this facility. The staff is attentive. I highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

My interactions with all of the staff has proven to be excellent. They are very helpful to me as I live far away in another state. I would recommend The Bridge to anyone looking for assisted care in Ocala, FL.

We toured with Garden Plaza and had a great experience. It was just that my loved one was not wanting to move back to South Florida, so we kept her near my other family members.

My mother in law didn't end up move into Inn at Garden Plaza as planned. But the tour was nice. The staff went above and beyond for us, and the food was great.

Overall, the Garden Plaza is a wonderful place for mom and the staff are all very pleasant and helpful. There's not a better place for mom! She's very happy there, Mom doesn't like the food because she doesn't go to the dining room and hasn't participated in any activities yet...not that the staff hasn't tried, repeatedly. She just prefers to be very reclusive.

There is a lot we like about the Bridgeview Estates community. The price is good for the size and community amenities. The independent living style is a big plus. We would most definitely recommend this community to other families.

The Bridge was second choice it basically came down to [facility name removed] moving a little faster with the whole process ... Seems like good management and it looked cozy , nice sized rooms etc.

The friendliness of the staff members gets a 5+. Even with the staffing struggles that are going on, the staff are extremely helpful. There is a beauty shop there where someone does pedicures and manicures which our loved one is delighted about. The meals are still good (even with the occasional "take-out" meals does to staff shortages.) When it comes to the activities our loved ones comment is "they have things for people just my age! " We have a discount for VA, and we owe our whole experience for learning about a VA supplement to make this move possible to our counselor from A Place For Mom.

We love Harbor Place at Port St. Lucie! We needed something quickly and they were so helpful and accommodating...we were kind of in crisis and the admin person even came in on her day off to do the intake/assessment for us. The staff goes above and beyond! Facility is very clean, and everyone is friendly

I picked this community because, the other places were not as nice. It's a great community. The residents are friendly to each other, and they check on you. It's nice. I would recommend to to ther families.

It's a great place to live and great people to spend your time with. We picked this community, because it was next to the VA Clinic. I can see that improvement are needed in areas, but off hand at this time I can't see them.

We picked this community, because of the caring staff. They have made my loved one feel pretty much at home. They have activities, such as; trips, movies, bingo, craft, choir, and special events for the holidays. I would recommend to other families.

Our first impression with Cascade Park is that it has a very homey and cozy feel to it. The meals and dining service is getting better and better and the activities are getting better as well. The overall value for money is outstanding, and based on our experience we would absolutely recommend the Cascade Park community to other families.

We really liked the entire community has a whole - a very nice building with very rich and nice furnishings. Our loved one was only there for about a month but with the experience we did have we would recommend this community to other families. The meals and dining service was very good - they made really nice quality meals and they also had a really nice variety to pick from.

One of the biggest challenges of being a daughter is telling your 92-year-old dad that he can't live in his own home anymore. It was very important to find a facility that offered him all of the independence he desired, that was affordable, and provided support for those times when he needed extra help and attention. After looking at several places in Northwest Broward County, we found Garden Plaza at Inverrary, an independent living facility. [Name removed] in the sales office was an absolute angel in introducing us to the facility and talking us through the process of getting my dad moved in. [Name removed], the director, was incredibly efficient in addressing any bumps along the road. In fact, every staff member we encountered - from the dining room servers, receptionists, security guard, social director, and of course, administration - have offered superior and responsive customer service. I know it's early days in my father's stay at Garden Plaza but first impressions are usually spot on. It's a good sign when the staff and residents show genuine affection for each other! I highly recommend Garden Plaza at Inverrary as a first stop on your search for Independent Living options. Make sure you ask for [name removed] in sales. He was critical to smoothing out this transition for everybody involved and was an incredible blessing to my family.

Initially the Bridge at Paradise Valley was our first choice. The staff here were really great - but they were limited on their care. They did not take my dad because they felt that they would not be able to take care of his needs - in particular his diabetic care needs.

This is the best decision that we could have made for our loved ones. The overall care that they receive, has assisted in improving their health and this is a big plus for our loved ones and family. This community is close for the family to visit our loved ones. The doctors are close by as well to be able to take our loved ones to the doctors. The staff communication with the family has been really good. There is an open door policy for the family to meet with the staff or directors. There is also a community council to gain feedback from the residents to make changes in the community. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices to choose from. The food has improved as there has been additional staff hired in the dining room.

Our family had an in person tour and we really did like the community it showed very well, but we had to disqualify them as a choice since they did not offer memory care and we knew that would be in our loved ones future.

The woman who we worked with was very nice and followed up promptly. Even to this day she will still follow up with us to check in and wish us happy holidays. They offered 3 different levels of care here. I thought they had a really great set up, but unfortunately it was just too expensive for what my loved one would be able to afford.
