The Cascade Park community is very clean and welcoming, the staff members and the residents living there are all very friendly. Our loved one was the one who made that final decision - he really enjoys the atmosphere, and he really likes the apartment size. We had a previous family member there and she always enjoyed participating in the activities. We have even spoken to other families with loved ones there and they have spoken nothing but praises with Cascade Park

It has been an ideal place for my dad in the independent living side. They provide the comfort and care that he needs. He has made a very comfortable transition to living there. The apartment is nice. It's spacious, clean, nicely appointed, and new. He likes the people and thinks it's a great community. And we like that there is no nickel and diming or hidden costs - everything is included for his daily living.

Everything is fine and she seems to be enjoying it. She was in a studio, but we got her moved into a one bedroom which she likes a lot better. The residents that live there seem to be good and happy people; they are friendly. I would recommend The Bridge at Hickory Woods to others!

They were very welcoming from the start. My mom has fit in very easily and is doing better than I could have imagined. Much of it a result of the community that has been created there.

What sticks out about The Bridge at Charleston is: 1.) It is convenient located in a friendly community. The staff is wonderful and they make every resident feel like family. My father absolutely loved it there. 2.) They are also close to a college with a football team. For all the football fans, they can sit outside and listen to the game.

We have been very happy with Garden Plaza, the staff members get 10 stars across the board. On the day of move in the staff and residents were phenomenal, they were all so welcoming and even offered to help us move in. Our loved one transitioned much easier then what we thought and it surprised us. She has not done a lot of the activities yet but she is getting out and meeting knew friends, and enjoys the day trips. She loves the meals and dining and so have we. When you go to eat its like eating in a fine dining restaurant, they sit you at a table and serve you food off a nice menu. This community is head and shoulders about other communities - it is more expensive but its more upscale and its like walking into the Ritz-Carlton.

The value for the money is good, compared to other places. The resident manager is the most enthusiastic, and caring person. The interaction with the residents is touching. I strongly recommend this facility, for anyone looking for a good place, for their loved one.

My loved one, liked the food, and it was very good. They offered a lot of activities but my loved one did not participate in any. The value for the money was good, but was expensive. They took really good care of my loved one. The satff was very friendly, and compassionate. Overall, it is a really great environment.

The people are always friendly, and they keep the rooms extremely clean. Have had the opportunity have meals with my Dad and I can confirm they always have a great variety and high quality foods served. I hope to eventually end up in a place like this when I am ready.

I think in the beginning it took some time to familiarize my mom's needs with the staff. No matter what you have to be an advocate for your loved ones and stay on top of the staff to insure the needs are being met. Even in the best places that needs to be done. No place is perfect.

My experience with Heatherwood has been excellent. The staff are helpful and communicative, the room is very nice, large and has ample storage. The care has been excellent - the price increases the more care the person needs.

My mom has been happy at The Bridge so far. They have activities to keep the residents busy and EVERYONE is very friendly. They have been very responsive when my mom calls for assistance, which I was initially worried about. So far so good!!??

When you walk in it feels like a hotel and you just know it is going to be a safe place to be. It is a super nice facility and they have been so kind to my friend. She has a night nurse than comes in to check on her every night and she will sit and talk with her. [name removed] who runs the place is so involved and is there all the time working on things and interacting with the residents - he is so nice. The facility itself is super nice and we love it. It has been a really good fit for my friend. The staff have gone above and beyond and really helped us out with figuring out VA benefits. There is a little porch that my friend goes to drink her coffee every morning and she has met a friend as well. I am so thankful that we chose The Bridge at Hickory Woods and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place for your loved one.

We had a wonderful tour experince with The Bridge at Paradise Valley. The facility was very nice, clean, and the staff could not have been more helpful. We went around Easter and they had the facility beautifully decorated. All of the residents that we saw during the tour seemed to be very happy.

I would tell others how attentive they are to residents, and how patient & kind they are. It's like a home environment with a circle of friends. Communication is very good between the community and our family. In fact, they picked up on my moms sickness last week and they made sure to contact me and let me know what hospital they were taking her to. They are very communicative and they keep me informed every step of the way. Although I'm there frequently, they make sure to keep me updated when I'm not around. I would absolutely recommend The Bridge at Orlando to others.

We visited several facilities, and The Garden Plaza at Cleveland was the best we saw. We're very happy with our choice and have had a good experience so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My mother can be particular about the food but is warming up to it. The facility physically is very nice as well, especially if you're a more active senior.

The staff members get 10 stars they are extremely friendly. I really enjoy my apartment it is gorgeous and so nice. I really enjoy all the different activities especially enjoy and bingo an taking advantage of the pool. The house keepers are fantastic and such a big plus. The meals and dining service is little to be desire - we aren't sure if it has to do with supply chain but it could definitely be improved. I would recommend this community to other families and have already recommend it to others. We get great value or the money.
