The staff at Inn at Garden Plaza are professional and personable. The housekeeping is reliable and friendly. Limited to 30 minutes per weekly visit, but that is enough to vacuum, dust, mop, clean the bathrooms and change the sheets and towels. Communication is very good. This is a good value for money and the place says full. There are several units moving in at a time. We had to wait about 10 days for private internet hookup. Meals are right size portions, varied, good quality and delicious!

The staff at Garden Plaza at Inverrary are wonderful! They are caring, friendly and helpful! My mother was blind and needed assistance to go anywhere, dress, eat, etc. She always commented on how wonderful the staff was! Housekeeping is okay. You are not at a five star hotel, so all of the corners are not cleaned every week, but the weekly cleaning is adequate. Communication with the family members from the medical staff is excellent! Communication with other departments, such as housekeeping, culinary, etc can be improved. The move in process is very simple. You have an empty space to fill as you want. There are separate elevators for the movers and they can also recommend some companies that they have had good experiences with. We used one of the recommended companies for the move and were very pleased with their services. The meals are adequate. The menu is fairly extensive and you can get as much as you want. The dining room staff are very friendly and will assist with eating, as required. I would definitely recommend Garden Plaza at Inverrary to others and already have to some of my mother's friends.

This is the best place for your loved ones. There is a wide variety of things to do and lots of friendly residents and staff. Apartment sizes are great! They have one and two bedrooms available. My sister is in a two bedroom with a washer and dryer. I think that all of the apartments have washers and dryers in the units.

It is a peaceful,beautiful, and comfortable community. I would recommend to others.

The care services are not applicable because our loved ones are on the independent living side. The community is very nice, the staff members are super friendly and there is a lot of space. They have big closets as well as varied menus with a lot of different choices for the residents. We would recommend Westiside Garden Plaza to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Dad was there for a little over a month, His health did not let him enjoy the staff and amenities of the community. Our family experience with the staff and residents was wonderful. The director was extremely professional and helpful with every question and the medical director was nothing short of superb. For a loved one that will assimilate and adjust , I could not imagine a better community.

I would definitely recommend Mayfair Village Dublin Assisted Living. The staff are friendly and helpful. My loved one hasn't complained about the food. We're satisfied with the cleanliness. My only negatives would be that they don't have a lift van and they haven't gone on any outings in the 2 months that my loved one has been there. Also, I wish they had more activities like chair volleyball. They give a discount to veterans, which has made them more affordable than other places that we visited. Overall, I feel like we are getting our money's worth at Mayfair Village Dublin Assisted Living.

Based on the experience we have had so far with Mayfair Village Dublin Assisted Living we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones. It is a good facility at this price with additional options for extra care.

My loved one is a resident at The Bridge at Ocala. The staff at this facility are caring and they take pride in the care that they give to the residents. The housekeeping is good. Communication with the family is great. We are aware of everything that is happening. The Director gave us her phone number on day one and asked that we communicate with her if there were any issues. The move in process was flawless. The meals are good. There are different choices and the residents receive a good balance of nutritional meals. I would recommend The Bridge at Ocala to others.

What we like the most about The Bridge at Inverrary community is that everyone is very caring, helpful and friendly. My mom loves the food and the planned different activities and overall loves living there.

My mother has been a resident at the Bridge for 1 year. Since being there, her health has improved tremendously as well as her cognitive state. I believe this is due to getting her meds on time and regularly, socialization and nutritious meals. As well as a loving environment.

All of the staff, including the dining room make her feel special, and that is something we like the most about the community. Everything is always so clean. She has been not feeling well for a few days and they have really taken good care of her, they called me, and I REALLY APPRECIATED that!

It has the capability of caring for my loved one through phases of her life, if she were to require more care. We had a great rapport with the admissions director. She was easy to talk to, prompt with responses, and went above and beyond to make this move as easy as possible. We would definitely recommend it and so far wouldn't change anything. She likes the meals, has made some friends, the staff is very nice, and it has a very clean, welcoming appearance. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and there are so many amenities and activities.

My mom is currently a resident at Cherry Creek Retirement Village and she's happy here at this facility. The staff and all are great. The cleanliness and value for cost are great. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

I moved my mom here in May this year. It’s a nice clean place. They have a lot of activities every day. The staff is very nice and helpful. The grounds outside are beautiful! I highly recommend this place.
