What we like the most about the community is the front desk people and the activities that are offered. We would recommend Remington Heights to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

It was what popped up when I did a Google search trying to research places for my parents. I would recommend to others. The process was very easy. Your services take a lot of hassle out of the research. I honestly believe the place is very nice, most of the staff is friendly, the place is always clean.

Overall the facility was clean, but after 2 years all of a sudden my in-laws room had bed bugs. It was treated over and over and never solved. Also after treatments they wouldn't come in and sweep or do clean ups so the floor would just be covered in gross bugs and debris. Front desk staff was always so easy and kind. They were both independent living, so we didn't receive much care. The primary care NP that came were good.

The independent side was why we chose it. We weren't there for long because mom needed to go to a memory facility. They where all friendly but sometimes hard to get a hold or find.

l have been involved in so many outside activities. I'm not position to judge. I continue to drive an automobile, but based on the experience I have had so far I would recommend this community to other families.

Very nice facilities and a potential connection with [community name removed]. Overall it was a good experience.

At first it was the most affordable with lots of activities to keep my mom active. She's still very active but they appear to be short staffed often. My mom has mentioned staff not strapping in wheelchair residents and when they turn the wheelchair one has fallen out and my mother went to bosses to ask about it. They don't really monitor any diet restrictions.

I don't like the food, but I do feel safe here

I like where I live I liked it since I moved in 3 years ago and you know it's like with any place you live or if you're working it's like any place you work it has it has its trying times but you know the activities and the transportation and the the mail services we have three meals a day two entrees with each meal and a lot of activities and a lot of socialization and it's basically up to the person how much you want to participate I like the crafts area so

[name removed] checked out [date removed]. All went well, nice facility, great staff, and very good food. The food was prepared right from the kitchen and warm on arrival. Activity directors were very efficient. Rooms were all clean!! A nice place !!

The facility is a bit run down in areas but they keep common rooms and areas of dining clean. They struggle to retain staff and that can get the residents down. Not sure if it is a top issue but there is trouble with the management as well. There are some dining staff that are solid and I am thankful for that. It almost feels as if they have scraps to work with-not sure if they intend for that feeling but it feels like they do what they can for not getting good resources. Overall happy with the choice because we are getting what we pay for as it is on a lower price point for senior living.

Staff in office isn't great. In fact clueless most days. They've started charging for things that they didn't before with not much notice. My sister likes the facility. Likes the company and generally likes the meals.

The staff is extremely kind and caring, From the moment we visited they have been upfront about anything that we questioned. The residents are cared for according to their needs. Everyone is treated as a member of the family.

What we like the most about The Bridge community is the proximity to our home. The bride is less than 15 minutes from our house. The new director is very responsive to our concerns, and the staff is very helpful. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I am currently a resident at Harbor Place at Port St. Lucie and the overall experience for me here has been pretty good. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and the activities are good. However, the food is not great and I don't like the assigning of tables.

All has been fine. Hard to comment in details since I am not there. The van that takes them places has been broken for some time. And there is some issue with the pool as well. My dad still had a car and he doesn't go in the pool so he is not impacted directly, but told me about it. He says the activities are good. I'd like to see more field trips. He has gotten used to the food. It's fine, he says. Value is good.

The staff and facility have been really good. [Name removed], who was the director when we got there, has left and he was great. I haven't had much interaction with the new director. The facility is always clean. I would recommend the bridge to others. The cost seems a little expensive, but I don't have anything to compare it to.

They are better than average. Some staff are excellent others not. They are dealing with the current societal challenges of finding and retaining good employees with good attitudes who truly care. Disclaimer: This is 2nd hand info since my dad has been with mom at meals for 6+ months... #1 Healthier choices. Stevia? Less sugar, salt, cholesterol. Less processed foods. 2nd Keeping the food at the proper hot/cold temp just prior to being served. 3rd making sure residents are served what they are ordered.

The staff is caring and takes a personal interest in the residents The only complaint I hear is about the food, but I can't substantiate that I would recommend The Bridge at Charleston to others looking
