For the average person, this is a great place. It's an older facility, but a nice one. Everybody is so friendly here, both staff and residents. My mom has made friends and is very happy. When there are issues, they're pretty good about taking care of things. I do wish their communication with the residents would improve. For example, they have a community laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. One of the dryers was broken for 6 weeks but nothing was mentioned about it. When I asked, I was told that the part was ordered and they were waiting for it to arrive so that it could be fixed. Understandable, but even just posting a sign in the laundry room to let the residents know would have been helpful and appreciated. The food is good, they do a really good job with variety. The director is great and seems to always be available. He gave us his personal cell phone number and email address, he's even here on Sundays! I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

What our family really likes about the The Bridge community is the staff team, they are so kind and so friendly. An area we do think they could improve on is just faster and better response time for the residents as well as just more attention to detail. However based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend them to other families.

[Name removed] and the team made everything so easy on us and really went out of their way to make this placement work for us. We had a terrible time finding placement for my in-laws and they really went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would highly recommend this facility to others. The grounds are so nice, lots of room to walk and get some time outside. It's so nice to have a place that the kids can run around while we are visiting and the weather is nice.

Overall, this is a nice place. The Director isn't always as available to answer questions as we need. It took a couple of months to get some small issues resolved, but we got them taken care of. It's a little bit pricey, but comparable to others in the area. Most of the staff is pretty friendly. Housekeeping is weekly and they do a good job. My loved one speaks very highly of the staff and this facility. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The amenities are nice. We have a little problem with the medication aspect of the day. The appts are not always well managed.

The facility is older but it's nice and the staff is awesome. For the money it is the best I could find, 4 is a good rating from me. Dad doesn't use the activities but they always have something going on! 1/2 glass of wine and the piano gentleman sings and plays some afternoon is really nice OSU TAILGATE with snacks on game day . Special meals per medical requirement and front desk [name removed] is awesome. [name removed] on a scale of 1-10 would get an 11!

I would tell a friend that they are a wonderful, warm community that deeply cares about its staff and residents and you can tell from the well attended events and the kindness staff. I would ask that they increase their capacity to take residents on trips. Maybe buy another van? They only have 1 van and the same group of women sign up at each outing so as not to leave room for other/ different residents to go.

They are very friendly, and clean and have great activities often for the residents. The campus stood out over the other places that we toured. Very open and welcoming.

It takes awhile to settle in, but everyone is friendly.

This is a good experience overall. However, if your loved one has a lot of care needs the community may not be able to meet them all. It would have been nice to know more about the demographic of the residents when we posed this question to the community during the tour. There are three meals a day served to the residents along with snacks that are available. The residents also have choices to choose from. The community is able to provide hygiene care, housekeeping, changing of linens, and medication management for our loved one. The community took a bit time to organize the medications for our loved one, and this was a concern for the family at first.

This facility is wonderful in so many ways. The staff is very nice. It's a very clean and friendly environment. The residents are great. Communication with the family is good. The girl at the front desk is always so nice and so helpful. The dining area is wonderful, it's set up like a restaurant. Tablecloths, menus on the table, waiters. And the food is also great! Much better than you would expect. They have a good variety of activities on a regular basis, they really do a great job with them. It's affordable, especially compared to the cost of other places in the area. However, they are short staffed and that causes challenges. They also have a brand new Director of Nursing and Executive Director. Our main issue, which is still ongoing, is with medication. My loved one went without one of her meds for 26 days before I realized it. I will say, they use an outside service for medication filling and packaging. So I don't want to put Mayfair Village totally at fault. But something needs to be done. My loved one has been given incomplete medications several times, as in there's one medication or another missing in her daily dose. It's just stressful and I hope they get it figured out. Other than that, it really is great. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

As long as you understand where your loved one is cognitively. This is a great assisted living and independent living. The staff provided good care, the community was just understaffed. The staff communication with the family was okay, it was sometimes hard to get ahold of them because of them being understaffed. There are three meals a day served to the residents and they have choices to choose from.

It really was a lovely tour with many great features. We just selected somewhere that fit best for our loved one and closer to family.

The staff were really friendly; there were activities if they were willing to participate, and the food was okay.

The staff were very helpful with making me feel comfortable about my loved one living there. The facility and amenities are good, and the cost is very competitive compared with other locations. The staff were not very familiar with my loved ones disabilities and that was a challenge communicating with them in the beginning. They seemed eager to make them feel welcome and I am pleased with the progress since they moved in 2 months ago.

This is a good community with good food. I didn't like their payment structure.

The community is really good in a lot of ways. They are having a problem with hiring staff to serve the residents meals. The food is delivered cold to the residents. The community isn't able to accommodate dietary restrictions. The food really is not great at the community. The staff and residents are great to work with and are friendly. I'm glad I came here and not someplace else.

This is a good place to live. The people and staff make this a wonderful community. The staff are perfect to work with and respond quickly to requests made by the residents. The quality of food could be improved, and it would be nice to see more activities offered for the residents.

My Mom loves it here at Garden Plaza, we are very satisfied with everything. She has already made so many new friends & loves all the activities they offer. We are very pleased with the whole experience.
