We chose this community because we have had previous family members stay here. We have always had good experiences and they continue to get better. Our loved one is starting to socialize more and more so it makes us happy we chose Cherry Creek. It is located in a residential community. We are very happy with it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone

We chose Cherry Creek because it was the best fit for my mother-in-law. She no longer drives and they offer transportation servies, also the location is only about ten minutes from us. She really likes it, and if she is happy, we are happy!

Very nice with qualified staff. We are considering this one. Only concern is bathroom accessibility for wheelchairs. Aking for a modification.

The tour w/staff was great. Found the place to be warm & inviting and the residents looked happy and were very friendly. Seems like a very good deal for the price.Had a 2nd visit on Sat. and took him for lunch this time with staff. Visit was wonderful and think he liked it! Thinking about putting $ down to reserve. Not a better deal around!

Has options for meal plans. The two bedroom looks like a very good value. Not as new as Coventry, but very nice.

I moved my parents into Westside Garden Plaza on 08/11/11. We still have a lot of boxes to unpack so that they can move in the apartment.

Everything is wonderful about this place.

I’ve been consistently impressed with the professionalism and transparency at Mayfair Village administration and staff. From the first tour, the staff were upfront about what services they offer, what’s included in the cost, and any limitations. There were no hidden fees or unrealistic promises—just honest answers and a genuine focus on resident well-being. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a high standard of care while building trust with families.

The Bridge is okay, but communication is an issue. If you want to make sure your person is getting the best care, you need to be involved. Follow up and make sure what they understand is understood by each department and not just one person. I know part of that is turnover, but a big piece is when they sit down and got through an entire list of what your loved one likes and needs help with. It doesn't always get communicated to the people who are actually doing the job. Everyone is really nice and I haven't had anyone be unpleasant. Communication seems to be an issue and I know that's everywhere because everyone is busy, but that to me, is the biggest piece. It's just a matter of being involved, but that's anywhere. You can't just hand your loved one over and say here she is, while expecting to receive everything. It's only been a couple of months, but there are things we specifically asked for that are not the "norm". If you have something like that, you have to be on top of that. They take care of her; they check on her, take her blood pressure and everything else they do on regular basis. If there are specific things you want to have happen with your loved one, be involved and reiterate those things. The nurses, aides, staff, and everyone is great. I've had no issue with anyone. They have however many residents and it's hard for one person to understand what all the idiosyncrasy of what all those residents need. Due to turnovers and shift changes, I make it a point to be there once or twice a week to check on her and see if she needs anything, or if there are any maintenance issues that need to be addressed. In general, the interaction I've seen between residents and staff have all been positive. They have been very helpful of other residents, as I've seen. If you want it to happen, make sure you follow up. Everyone you see is well taken care of. One thing I like is that if they don't come down for meals, one of the aides will come up and get them for mealtime. If you don't want to come down, they will bring a meal up to her, just to make sure she has a meal available. You have to be your loved ones advocate if you want your loved one to receive the best care possible. If you want to make sure what you want is happening, be their advocate.

They have some staffing shortages and are having trouble keeping people, to the point that they've had to cut back some services. I've thought some of the Covid rules were excessive, although I do understand. We've also had some problems with theft. A staff member was stealing money from my parents, although I think we got that solved.

All of the staff here have been nothing but amazing. The meals and dinning are having some issues, it was a five at first but now it is a three they are doing some work and trying to get things back together after having some problems. I think that out of all the communities that we saw this one was one of the best in the area. It is a great place to move into and do not hesitate. Also once we got signed up and finished the papers the sales people disappeared and I think that they should hang around, I just felt kind of lost with no transition after signing on just be proactive during this transition period.

The food is the best part - it's great! It definitely beats my cooking. The people here are friendly. The staff are really good. Their cost was a lot cheaper than anther place we looked at, and comparable to others. I just wish they had garages here though.

We chose The Bridge at Columbia because of the convenient location as well as we were impressed after talking with the staff. The price is on the higher side, but I think it is a great value for what you are getting. They were really good with providing all the information up front, I left with no questions unanswered. I would recommend them to others looking.

We are looking at this community for a family member now and we like it a lot. The staff are very good at what they do. The biggest complaint i have was some of the things that we were promised were never delivered and my mother - in law- just went without the beginning introductions.

I think my friend is really enjoying it. If I was going to pick a place to go, I would go to Garden Plaza. For one thing, it's reasonable compared to other places. And it's very nice accommodations. I know my friend is happy there, and we're very pleased that he's there as well.

There are currently no activities going on during the pandemic. Please come here and the staff is willing to assist you. The community is willing to accommodate you as well. We are very happy here. Overall I don't think I would move to any other place. It is comfortable. I would recommend to others.
