The staff are friendly and the people are friendly also. When you think about all that you get you get a lot more than you really realize anyhow. This is a community and when you are looking for some place to retire you want a community and not a place where people don't associate and get together. That is the thing I can say highest is that everyone is so friendly.

The Bridge is accommodating and they seem to really care about the residents. I like that the community is smaller and it feels like the residents are receiving the right attention from the caregivers. The portions of food is small. The food is bland due to dietary restrictions in the community. Some of the activities available include chair exercises, bingo, walking club, field trips, entertainment, and more for the residents to choose from.

If you can afford it, I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one enjoys the food provided. The rooms are nice and spacious. They have a kitchen, and wheelchair access in the bathroom. The staff are really good in answering questions or concerns I may have about my loved one.

My mom is very happy here at The Garden Plaza at Cleveland, it is a great place. She is happier than she has been in a long time.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked this community because it is both independent living and assisted living. However the biggest drawback is that road going in and out is pretty busy and for a 90 year old still driving that was a concern.

Even though cost may be more expensive the one thing that I like is that the cost is a flat rate instead of being add on services if the level of care changes. I have already referred this community to the others around me. I am very happy with the results from this community. They have activities like bingo, movies, different exercises, word games and more for the residents to do to stay busy.

The staff members when we speak to them over the phone are very friendly, and provide great care. The meals are great according to our loved one, he just hoots and raves about it. They do offer up activities for those who want to participate and be social, we also think the value for money is reasonable.

My dad has lived at Garden Plaza for 6 months now. He came from another community and is so much happier now that he is here! He has so many friends, goes on a lot of the outtings, and activities. He's so much happier and has a great quality of life. We are glad we found this place.

The executive director and the leadership team is very competent and caring with the family as well as the residents. From the start of this process the executive director has just been so helpful and caring.They have activities like daily work outs, and special music. They always have activity sheets for the residents to pick up to keep busy. There is a lot of interaction between the residents and they are always around each other and interacting with each other. My loved one liked to stay to herself but I did see a lot of interaction among everyone else.

Cascade Park seemed like an amazing facility, we had a great tour experience with them. For us it just came down to the location.

My father had a really wonderful experience here at this community. They were very friendly to our family. They took the time to get to know us every time that we came in. I would recommend this community to anyone.

I never actually toured the facility but I spoke with them. All of the staff were extremely friendly and we had great, in depth conversations about the care. It just ended up being too expensive.

Our family had an in person tour and the gentlemen who at the time who we think was the associate director was wonderful, he was very communicative and information and even made follow up phone calls after our meeting. The apartments were very spacious, but they have small ramps and stairs and we felt with our grandparents having mobility issues that would become a problem over time. They do have a kitchen area.

Cherry Creek was right up there with the community we chose. And they're actually owned by the same company. Cherry Creek isn't quite as fancy as the one we chose. But I would definitely recommend them also.

They're very responsive, and the place is kept very clean. It's almost like living in a hotel - it's just beautiful. It is a little tricky not having things like a little convenience store on-site, or a buddy system for them to show you around. I think those things would have been helpful. But they're doing a great job. The food is a little bland. But they're so amazing otherwise. They offer a lot of activities. And it's a great value.

The staff are always very encouraging and accommodating, if they can do what you ask they will and if they can't they will tell you so we appreciate their honesty. The nurses are very caring and talent and the maintenance team is always there to help. We really enjoy their transportation, the driver is very punctual and professional.

The main thing that stands out to me is the wonderful care that is provided for your loved one. My husband has been there two and a half years and likes it very much. The dedication and friendliness of the staff is amazing!

I like having a nice apartment with the benefits of having healthcare if it's needed. I feel very safe here. They offer lots of activities, and I am completely satisfied with the value. It's worth the money to us.
